Current Sorry for my lack of posts lately. I've just... been struggling to get the energy to write something up. I'm trying some new meds through so hopefully that will change soon.

You know, considering how OP Cucco's are being presented I can't help but wonder why the Hero's Guild really needs anyone else. I mean if you can defeat the big bad by throwing a Cucco at him and letting the flock take care of the rest, why do you need people with swords and hammers?
Ruink

While others seemed to value their time enough to desire inflecting bodily harm on those that wasted it, Ruink quite calmly sat in his seat in the middle of the room and happily munched away on a piece of cooked beef that he had sandwiched between two rather fresh and tasty slices of bread (his fins easily slicing through the bread roll it had been to start with). While there had been seafood present among the selection of food offered to those attending this meeting, Ruink honestly didn't trust its freshness this far inland. Seafood didn't travel overland well after all and besides beef was quite tasty.

Ruink enjoyed having his table to himself; He had accepted early on that no one wanted to sit near the 'weird looking zora' and had thus made the most of it by enjoying a footrest while listening to what was being said and who was saying it. In truth the idea that this was all little more then some sort of strange prank had crossed his mind but when he had set off from his home all he wanted was to have an adventure; If that involved falling victim to a prank like this then so be it. Besides, they offered up some pretty good food for free so as far as he was concerned they had more then made up for the prank in and of itself.

Finishing his sandwich and making sure his blue tunic was on correctly, Ruink took a moment to take a deep breath and calm his nerves. He didn't shout out like the others did; The answers would soon be forth coming, so he might as well wait and see who was left after people had talked and thought things out properly.
Britain shall do as we have always done...sit on the sidelines, drink tea, and remain silently smug and superior to everyone else.

And take over a few more tracks of land belonging to people who aren't white or British... They need to be this pale to own land.
@Sep

Fair enough. And he is planning to talk to Fury about Avengers stuff.

Also, the fact that Tony is injured... does that mean that Pepper Pots will don the armor instead and become Iron Woman?
@Sep

Out of curiosity, would the stuff that's recently happened with the Hulk have made the news? Loki was planning to meet with Ross at some point anyway and I'm fairly certain that finding the Hulk somewhere that Loki didn't leave Bruce is going to raise questions... even more so if the Hulk was on a completely different continent.

Bruce and to a limited degree the Hulk are friends of Loki's. Loki doesn't like people who screw with his friends.

On a completely unrelated note, who do I have to talk to in order for Loki to meet up with Fury?
@Bright_Ops

they

I'm the Rebels :P

Which is why I closed Empire Apps because it's currently the "Sep Rebellion" :P

So... what are you planning rebel scum?
@Sep

Honestly, I'm just waiting for the rebels to make a move. I can't help but feel that they are currently plotting something out in a PM currently and I'm just waiting for the storm to hit.
And Thule continues his duties like the good little solder he is. He even sent an update to Captain Tucker. Boonta is such a peaceful, Imperial system after all; Why should he have to worry about anything going wrong? :P
"This is Squad Alpha reporting in. Everything is quiet on our end Sir. Continuing our patrol as planned towards checkpoint Brave three."

"Squad Tango reporting in. Came across a con artist that was in the middle of ripping off a family. Taking a detour to 'escort' him to the local authorities before continuing our patrol to checkpoint Foxtrot nine as planned."

Thule nodded his head a little as he double checked the map on the pad that he was using to co-ordinate the squads before responding with a clear and impossible to misunderstand "Understood. Carry on as planned and report in when necessary. Over and out." After four clear 'Yes Sir's he was now free to send the status report for his own operation to Captain Tucker. Tucker was a hard man who demanded a lot from his subordinates, but Thule was perfectly okay with that. This was the Imperial Army damn it! If you weren't willing to push yourself to be as perfect as possible you should have joined the damn Imperial Navy instead.

The report itself was a short and to the point text based message since there was little point taking up the Captain's time by calling him when there wasn't really a reason to. It simply read:

Lieutenant Mac'Don reporting in. Patrols proceeding as planned. Minor criminal activity uncovered has been dealt with swiftly and subtlety without disrupting the parade or celebrations. Will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated.

A hit of a button was all it took to send the message on. In truth Thule doubted that anything major would spring up; The various VIP's were all at the Governer's Palace after all. But that didn't mean he would neglect his duty or allow those under his command to neglect theirs.
Not really a fan of the Fallout series myself. I mean it's an interesting setting, no question. I've just never been able to get into the game play of it.
