Be it enacted that the City Commission of Lavender Town in the Kanto region assembled that the Mayor of Lavender Town is hereby authorized and directed to ensure the citizens of Lavender Town of have continuous encouragement in honoring and remembering the resting spirits within the sanctity of Lavender Town through the mandatory play of Supah Spoopy Tunes! on the Lavender Radio Tower during the entirety of the month of October of every year hereafter the approving of this ruling.
