They studied the video for a while. Jameson seemed to pick up the language a bit. The other two still didn't seem to understand a word. Just then their stomach's growled. None of them had eaten for a while. Exactly how much time since they last ate they weren't sure. John knew from searching the house that there was no food in it. "We'll have to get some food. Nicole while you were out there did you see any food?" Nicole indicated no. "I'll move farther out, see what else I could find." She then headed out the gate. Jameson started exploring the woods around the house while John watched the gate. He noticed a distinct lack of cover by the gate. So he knocked down several trees and piled them up near the gate.

Back in town Nicole passes by what she interpreted as a school, level of education unknown. She comes across what looked like street vendors. She studied the currency exchange from the rooftop, she zoomed in on the hands. She waited until no one was looking her way and jumped down to street level. She grabbed a stone and used it to cause a disturbance so she stole some food. Then she made her way back.

Jameson found a four legged beast, no clue what kind of species it was. He could tell it was herbivore, it lacked any noticable defensive means. He rushed it with his knife and slaughtered it. He dragged the corpse back to the front of the house.

Jameson & Nicole returned at nearly the same time. They stockpiled the food Nicole brought back. John prepared an area to build a fire. Nicole stripped branches from the tree trunks to build the fire. Jameson butchered the animal saving anything unedible for possible use later, such as the fur and bones.

ENTER THE SPARTANS

Nicole-B312 had just watched the Pillar of Automn escape Reach with the Master Chief on board. She travelled to the hills but was quickly surrounded. She ducked behind the ruins of a building. Her radar was lit up in all directions in red. "Shit!" She knew she could kill quite a few but there was no way she was going to kill them all. She said a silent prayer then she jumped out of cover and was about to fire on the closest one when everything changed.

John-117 & Jameson Locke were on Sanghelios with their allies formulating a plan to deal with Cortana they had retired for the night. As they prepared to lay down suddenly everything changed.

After a brief introduction and catching up on their respective timelines, the John takes command. "This place clearly will not provide us with the resources to resupply our ammo, so use it sparingly." John orders before sending Nicole out to recon since she still had an active camo from Reach. John & Jameson began securing their location. From their initial observation it looked to be abandoned. There was a large house. Jameson volunteered to keep watch by the gates while John searched the house. The contents of the house had layers upon layers of dust. Each step caused a cloud of dust to be kicked up. It was large for the location but small compared to any ship John served aboard. A quick search yielded no clues or signs of occupants. Didn't mean they weren't none hiding in secret passages.

At the gate Jameson kept took note of all the defensible locations if they were to be attacked. He noted several weaknesses in the wall that encircled the house. "Obviously who used to own has abandoned this place or died with no heirs. Be quite expensive to upgrade to optimum status for this era."

While reconing Nicole found signs of life and avoided them, but she did record everything she saw and heard. There was strange languages and stranger people, none seamed to pose a threat. How they would react if they saw Mjolnir armor was another story. While her active camoflauge was on someone noticed the slight distortion caused by her moving and that person screamed about seeing a ghost. She moved out of sight quickly and made her back to the others.

They were both waiting for her when she got back. She sent them the recording she made.

Personality: He will at all costs no matter what, often disregarding his own personal safety. He is not shy to advise caution. He is generally stoic and taciturn. He is a man of his word, even at great personal risk to himself to keep any promise he makes. He has difficulty understanding 'undisciplined' lifestyles of civilians, but he is fiercely protective of them, when the Covenant committed mass slaughter into a cold rage. He shows exceptional care for those under his command; he has more fear and concern for them than for himself. He is not entirely submissive to the hierarchal structure of the military despite spending nearly his entire life as a soldier. If what he thinks is right involves disobeying protocol or a superior officer, he will do it without second thought.

Ideals: Protecting Earth and her colonies from Insurrectionists, The Covenant, The Didact, & Cortana.

Biography: He was originally created to combat human Insurrectionists. After many battles with them his kind was redirected to fighting the Covenant. During the Battle of Installation 04 he used guerilla tactics to combat the Covenant. When the Covenant accidentally released the Flood he was forced to team up with the Monitor and its Seekers. Eventually he had to fight them as well resulting in the destruction of Installation 04.

John returned to Earth in time for the Covenant’s invasion. When some of the Covenant bugged out for Installation 05 he followed. He teamed up with the leader of the Flood, the Gravemind in order to prevent the religiously fanatical Covenant from firing Installation 05. He was forced to follow the last leader of Covenant aboard an ancient ship being used to power a Covenant ship.

He returned to Earth yet again where the Covenant were searching for the location of The Ark. After they found it he was forced to follow them Installation 00 which was capable of firing every Installation in the galaxy wiping out all sentient life in the galaxy. To prevent that John board Installation 04b the replacement for the one John destroyed earlier. Since it was still under construction if it fired it would not end life but explode taking out Installation 00. This ended the war with the Covenant.

John was in Cryostasis for nearly five years, believed to be dead. The ruined half of a ship was boarded by Jul 'Mdama's Covenant forces. This led to crash landing on Requiem and discovering the Didact, a Forerunner and his Prometheans. Jul 'Mdama's Covenant quickly allied with the Didact. After receiving a Forerunner mutation to make him immune to the Didact’s Composer weapon, John went on to defeat the Didact.

To defeat the Didact John’s AI Cortana seemingly sacrificed herself, instead she gained access to the Forerunner’s Domain. John went rogue in attempt to keep his promise to cure her of her rampancy. Cortana begins to gather other AIs to join her in taking over the galaxy. John and his team as well as the team sent to capture them team up to stop her but first they had to escape and regroup. During the slipspace jump John found himself on Phoria.

Title: Lieutenant, Noble 6, Spartan

Personality: B312 was regarded as a skilled assassin, a more of a hyper-lethal vector than a soldier." B312 had a tendency to "go solo" during missions, much to the dismay of his superiors. Despite having an obscure past, highly potent skills, and a reserved, "lone wolf" personality, B312 showed care and
compassion for her fellow humans; she often undertook life-threatening actions to assist soldiers, civilians, and the other members of NOBLE Team. Although B312 became fairly close to the other members of NOBLE Team, she shared a great deal of camaraderie with Jorge, and the two soon became friends. This inspired Jorge to give his life in B312's place, and may have, among Noble's other sacrifices, inspired B312 to do the same when allowing the Autumn to escape. B312's bond with Jorge is noted by the fact that Jorge gave B312 his dog tags before sacrificing himself and Emile later refused them when
B312 offered up the dog tags, telling B312 that Jorge chose to give them to B312 so B312 should keep them. Dr. Halsey and Cortana considered her to be of equal ability and trustworthiness to the Master Chief himself, despite the doctor's initial distaste for the Spartan-IIIs.

Biography: Because her file was heavily redacted by the Office of Naval Intelligence, much of SPARTAN-B312's early life is unknown. The Spartan was originally a Beta Company candidate whose performance so impressed her superiors that she was reassigned immediately after training. As one of the few remaining contemporary Spartan-IIIs, B312 was repurposed as a counter-terrorist operator, performing black operations. After several years of being fielded against Insurrectionists, B312 was transferred from his ONI handlers to Spartan NOBLE Team, where took the deceased Thom-A293's place as "Noble Six". B312's transfer to NOBLE came immediately at the start of the Fall of Reach, placing the Spartan in a new territory of teamwork against the Covenant. When the Covenant arrived at Reach she fought on the ground and in space to save the planet. She watched one by one as all of her teammates died. She sacrificed her life to ensure the Pillar of Automn escaped. After the Automn escaped she left the docks and moved into the hills. She was surrounded. She knew she wouldn’t survive but she vowed to take kill as many as possible before she died. Then suddenly and inexplicably she found herself on Phoria.

Biography: Several human colonies were attacked by mysterious Forerunner entities, Dr. Catherine Halsey contacted the UNSC with information. Locke and his team were tasked with rescuing her from Jul 'Mdama, this resulted in Jul 'Mdama’s assassination. After the Master Chief and his team went rogue to rescue Cortana, he was tasked with tracking them down and bringing them in. Their first stop was Meridian, a colony under attack by Promethians. While on Meridian they encountered the Master Chief’s team but the Master Chief won and escaped. Their next stop was Sanghelios which was under attck by Jul 'Mdama’s Covenant. Using a Forerunner Guardian they boarded they traveled to Genesis. With the help of the Forerunner AI 031 Exuberant Witness they were able to rescue the Master Chief and his team. They joined forces to stop Cortana but before they could do so they had to escape and regroup. During the slipspace jump John found himself on Phoria.

Tatiana sized up this Christopher. She pointed to his tie. "You chose your attire very poorly. If we are going to be doing what I think we will be doing, then that will increase your chances of death greatly. I suggest you ditch everything but your basic clothes, shirt, pants, shoes. Just not those dress shoes. Combat boots would be better." She didn't know a thing about him beyond his name and his fancy clothes and his name, but she dislike him immediately. This child she doubted if ever been in a schoolyard fight. "The name is Tatiana." She gave a big toothy grin making sure to expose her fangs.

@The Elvenqueen & @Zetsuko Thanks for reminding me. My character has a smuggling ship. Never did figure out what kind yet.

EDIT: Going with Dynamic-class freighter, I stopped looking around the letter for a suitable ship. Only suitable one I found was Dynamic-class freighter. I figured I would end up using that one. It is my favorite ship from Star Wars.
