I am thinking the CIA would follow her with a drone. But if they know where she is and she doesn't make contact they might have the place stormed. So the only possible work around would be if they were to somehow were able to ditch the drones. But if they are intentionally ditching drones do they know my character is not who she says she is or are they ditching drones just in case.

The Defiance Project

The Dixon Sisters had a feeling that the bastards who killed their mother would send goons to the funeral for any supers that attended. So they scanned everyone at the funeral and nearby. The occupants of 'punk band' van were clearly not the bastards they were looking for, but they were bastards none the less. Everyone at the funeral was given a telepathic trigger command to kill the bastards in the van and to fight through any and all injuries no matter what. As soon as the van bastards burst out the sisters pulled the trigger. Everyone at the funeral started running at the attackers. Before they could force the van bastards to do anything the sonic grenade went off but their legion of funeral attenders were still active. "Stop this infernal noise if you want to LIVE!" The funeral legion were taking rubber bullets and clearly in a lot of pain but they kept going no matter what. The latest husband of Darla was a former professional football player. He ran full speed into one of van bastards. Sending him flying into another.

I'm very pretty interested in this. Would I be able to have a girl with powers of pyrokenisis? Well she eventually gets the power anyway? I've been wanting to do a character with fire powers.

In Legends Sidious began training Maul while Sidious was still an apprentice. Technically a violation of the Rule of 2. Plagueis allowed it because Maul was trained to be expendable, ultimately led to Plagueis' downfall. I'm thinking the same thing applies here.
