@TheUnknowable@DoomFlavored Yes I named the Jedi Knight being hunted after the Marvel Superhero who has a movie coming out soon. I needed a name and it was literally the first one to come to mind.

Darth Maul was on some backwater Outer Rim planet hunting down Jedi with her secret apprentice when Darth Sidious called with instructions to go Naboo. “Sunflare stay here and finish the hunt. Do not let Jedi Knight T’Challa survive. I suspect that black panther to be dead by the next solar rotation. Until I need do not engage with anyone.”

Maul returned to the Scimitar and made her way to Naboo, where she was told she would get her orders. She figured some local yahoos were in Sidious’ way and an example needed to be made or something like that.

@BrokenWashing in my post I was going to have the Sisters kill one of the goons by making him slit his own throat but I thought that might be to much.

The various funeral goers kept up their attack. One of them managed to acquire one of goons gun. The funeral goer with the gun started shooting at the goons. Once Beth Ann was shot. No one attacks a Dixon Sister and comes out unharmed, most just get their brain royally fucked up others die. Shooting Beth Ann was the stupidest move they could ever do, it gave them desire to put more effort into hurting them, it gave them rage, all the ingredients necessary to fight through the noise and the pain. They reached out to more people forcing them to attack. They reached out even farther, looking for lethal warriors, they would have preferred cops but three gang bangers armed with guns and live ammo would suffice.

One of the goons was was shot multiple times in the chest by the gang bangers, as the goon collapsed to the ground another bullet went into his brain. The the gang bangers' vehicle slammed full force into the van. "You could have approached us peacefully after we mourned our mother but you chose to attack us at her funeral. You shot us. We will make you suffer for this until you die."
