Kamina "You bastards!!!! How dare you damage the home of Celes' family!? I will break you!!!" Kamina was currently demonstrating his new race's signature rage...in his own way of course. "I will not stand for this! Do you hear me!? I will not stand for this!" This time directly targeting the Sneasel, Kamina unleashed another Flame Charge "taste my burning furry you scum stains!!!!!!!!" --- Tini As he was busy giving Bonnie some emergency cuddle therapy, the fight with the Scraggy passed before he could do anything about it. When Bonnie fell down, he fell with her, and by the time he had gotten back up, the Scraggy had been buried in the sand. With that taken care of, he could turn to more pressing matters "bad Bonnie" he chastised her as he slapped her with his tail...although considering the fact that he really didn't have many muscles in the tip of his tail, it most likely felt like more of a sideways flick then a slap. "No using Attract! That's a bad Bonnie. You're too eager to use that move. What are you going to do when you face someone it doesn't work on; hold them down and slowly peal away the outer layer of their body!? That's what bad guys do Bonnie, you're not a bad guy. Which is why I need to correct you whenever you use that-hey, what's that smell?" Tini was suddenly distracted by a tasty smelling smell. Sniffing around, he found it was coming from him "?" putting the tip of his tail near his head, he bit down on it "...I taste delicious!" He cheered.

While most Lich place their soul in a phylactery to become ageless beings, Gran Lich do so accidentally. Not only that, but most of their soul still remains in their body. A Gran Lich can have it's soul spread to up to 5 phylactery, although a Gran Lich's soul can only be spread to phylactery during it's change into a Gran Lich. Also, unlike normal Lich's, Gran Lich's are just as mortal as they were before turning, it's their phylactery that their soul inhabits that become 'immortal' via complete regeneration. They also gain magical properties based on the Gran Lich and what sort of item they are. Because their souls are split between multiple places, they have some resistance against magic that attacks the soul Class Spellsword-A class of warrior that uses magic and blade with equal skill and power. Weapon Gran Edge (shown in picture): A razor sharp blade and one of Laxus' phylactery. It was his father's sword before his death. As a phylactery, it can channel Laxus' magical power Gran Grimoire (shown in picture): Laxus' other phylactery. It is a book with unlimited pages, that only Laxus can read. In it is a complete record of his life, written from his point of view as they happened (events from before he turned are based on his memory). It is also the manifestation of his magic, from which he casts his lightning magic. By letting someone write their name inside the Foreword section of his book, that person can use a small amount of his lightning magic, however this magical cost of this comes out of their own mana reserves. This also grants them immunity to his lightning magic World Lucis Biography Son of a retired knight, Laxus spent his early life engrossed in his studies. He soon grew fascinated with magic, lighting magic in particular. While his self training in lightning magic was going well, he didn't like the idea of being defenseless in close quarters, thus he learned how to wield a blade from his father, even being given his father's old sword. His life was pretty uneventful, until a he came across a Lich. One day when he was taking a relaxing stroll through the nearby woods, he was attacked by a Lich who tried to harvest his soul. Laxus tried to defend himself, but he was no match for the much more experienced Lich. As the Lich began to drain his soul, Laxus lashed out with lighting magic at random, and somehow managed to get a lucky het at the Lich's phylactery. With the Lich dead, the parts of his soul that had been drained were freed from the undead fiend. However instead of returning to his body, the parts of his soul instead entered two items on his person; his father's sword, and a blank book that had once belonged to his mother Personality Laxus is a scholar and a gentleman. He prefers intellectual pursuits over combat. That said, he isn't afraid of combat at all. While he might believe that women deserve to be treated well, that changes in battle. He believes that outside of anatomy, gender losses all meaning on the battlefield Partner Looking for one Fear(s)/Weakness(es)/Limit(s) Laxus' source of power is his two phylactery. While they can't be permanently destroyed as long as he's alive, they can be damaged enough to render them inoperable. Without them, he's completely powerless Skills/Abilities/Traits Because the Gran Grimoire records his life, it can function as a form of photographic memory. Also, he turns it's mages telekineticly; he merely has to will it to turn to whatever page he want it to, and it will on it's own. Likewise, he can also control the Gran Edge (and the Gran Grimoire) telekineticly as well. However his control over it drops drastically if it if further then 5 feet from his body. Beyond that length, then only thing he can reliable do with it is pull it to his hand. While Janus has offered an explanation, it doesn't make any sense Gender Male Age 15 Year First Birthday June 16 Astrological Sign Gemini Species Returned Human-A human who was brought back from the dead by a Spirit Class Spirit Medium-A Spirit Medium is a person who was brought back from death by a soul trapped in the mortal plane; a Spirit. They have the power to see and interact with Spirits and souls. Another power of their's is the ability to form contracts with Spirits. Once formed, the Spirit will follow around the Spirit Medium, protecting them from other Spirits with ill intent. A Spirit Medium is also capable of giving Spirits a temporary corporeal form to fight, they return to normal either once the Spirit Medium does so, or they take too much damage to maintain their form. The amount of Spirits that a Spirit Medium can keep corporeal is limited only by how many the Spirit Medium can maintain. The highest recorded number of Spirits made corporeal by a single Spirit Medium is 11. However few ever reach that high a number, with the average being one or two. Another interesting trait that contracted Spirits have is the ability to Overshadow. Overshadowing allows a Spirit to inhabit an item, granting it some of the it's power (if it's something that can move, the spirit then posses it instead). Contracted Spirits can also posses living beings, augmenting the host's body with their power and conjuring their weapon of choice in a physical form (although it should be noted that they are weaker like this then when made corporeal). However they can only do this to someone a lot weaker then their contracted Spirit Medium. This means that Spirits can posses their Spirit Medium much easier then other people. Weapon Depends on the Spirit possessing him World Earth Short Biography Ash lived a relatively normal life. In fact, one could call it abnormally normal (assuming that's even a thing). However one day when he was just eight, that all changed. A shopping mall that he was visiting with his parents was hit by an earthquake, making it collapse on itself. While his parents escaped unharmed, Ash (who had gotten separated from them) did not. By the time the rescue worker managed to dig him out, he was close to death. He was quickly rushed to the nearest hospital...but it was too late, he died in his hospital bed. That's when he met Mordekaiser. Mordekaiser offered to restore his life if he made a contract with him. Not wanting to see his parents sad, young Ash agreed right away. With the contract made, Ash was brought back to life, much to the shock and joy of his parents Personality Ash is a shy and gentle boy, he wants to get along with everyone, but has trouble reaching out to other people. He also doesn't like violence, being unable to bring himself to harm another living being even in self defense, lucky for him he has a team of bodyguards who have no such problems. He also has a very tender heart, and can't stand to see other people in pain Partner Looking for one Fear(s)/Weakness(es)/Limit(s) On his own, Ash is weak. Since his powers revolve around his contracted Spirits, should they somehow be separated from him, he becomes powerless. Also, his Spirits each have weakness of their own. He's also not much of a fighter, as he has bringing himself to harm others. Although since he has Spirits to fight for him, and he's powerless without them, this is really a non-issue Strange Attributes/Abilities/Traits He sees dead people...no, really! While this is normally limited to Spirits; souls who have been trapped on the mortal plane and have had their forms warped, he can also see and talk to the souls of the recently dead. While this ability doesn't see much use, it would let him solve a murder mystery pretty quickly Theme Song Other

Contracted Spirits

Necron

Personality: A Spirit born(?) to fight, he was the first Spirit to make a contract with Ash, and subsequently the one who saved his life by making him a Spirit Medium. He is a brutal warrior, always looking for his next fight. Not one for tactics, Necron prefers a simple 'Attack! Attack! Attack' approach Powers: His powers can be summed up as; super strength, heavy mace with lots of spiky parts, and more durable then most Spirits. While straightforward, it doesn't make him an easy opponent. He is also the slowest Spirit contracted to Ash

Eclipse

Personality: Eclipse is a violent Spirit, cutting down his targets with his razor sharp wrist blades. While he is capable of differentiating friend from foe, he often doesn't care that much. So while he's not going go out of his way to hurt them, don't expect him to take a bullet for you Powers: Necron is very quick and deadly...but also pretty frail. He has the ability to sink into shadows, concealing him and protecting him from harm. His wrist blades are extremely sharp, although not super durable

The Doctor

Personality: The Doctor is a strangely cheerful, British sounding fellow. He is by far Ash's nicest Spirit. An intellectual who claims to have been a Doctor in his life (although he refuses to clarify what kind of Doctor, saying that he was 'just a Doctor'), despite being easily the smartest Spirit contracted to Ash, he has a bad habbit of going of on tangents sometimes. Also, he really hates pears, no one knows why, just that he really doesn't like them Powers: Janus has the power to create portals...this is far more powerful then it initially sounds. He can place a portal anywhere within range. On the ground, in the air, or on a wall. These portals can either be used to redirect attacks, or to enhance mobility. They are created from glowing blue orbs of energy form in the palms of his hands. he then throws them, making them form into a portal whenever he wants them to. His staff is also capable of making portals; by throwing it through a solid surface, it will pass through creating connected portals where it enters and exits. He is also capable of creating a portal near his staff that suck it in to one near his hand at will. Despite the many applications of his powers, he has the lowest offensive power out of all of Ash's Spirits

This looks interesting. Quick question before I work on my CS though; are we allowed to create some sort of subspace (ie smaller dimensions connected to the on in the RP, kind of like heaven and hell) for our characters? Not as a home world, but more as a source of power

Kamina For some reason, the Mudkip Breen failed to respond to his staring "is...is he awake?" Kamina wondered. However his musings were cut short when some strange group of Pokemon attack, creating what looked like frozen poison which shattered and shot shards everywhere. Although since Kamina was still inside he was kept safe from them. "You!" He Splashed outside to confront the attackers "I should have known you'd return...whoever you three are!" He declared dramatically. "I will not allow you to interrupt this beautiful family reunion!" And that when Kamina started to glow white. His shape began to change, growing much bigger and serpent-like. To those who listened hard enough, they would be able to hear a heavy rocking song that seemed to be an anthem of escaping oppression and claiming victory...despite being in a completely different language. Those very same people would be later found to have been taking recreational drugs...so make of that what you will. When his transformation was complete, Kamina stood(?) no longer a weak and pathetic Magikarp...but a might Gyarados. His scales a much deeper and richer blue then the rest of his kind, almost looking like sapphires, while the crest on his forehead gleamed like solid gold. "It's happened..." Kamina's voice was filled with awe "I always knew this day would come...but I never imagined it would feel this good..." he started to weep manly tears of joy "witness me and be amazed world!!!" when Kamina was still just a little Magikarp, even his loudest yells weren't really that loud. However now that he was a Gyarados...things started to shake from the force caused by his voice crying out as loud as it could "I have survived the great trial of life that all Magikarp must if they wish to rise up from the pit of weakness, and I did so with my own blood, sweat, and various other fluids! I have now claimed my reward; my new form! With it, I shall rise to even greater heights! Let these fools who would dare to intrude on such a heartwarming event serve as my warm up!" as he said 'warm up' he body caught on fire...literally. He then, somehow (no questions dammit!) rushed at the three intruders while crying out "FLAME! CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" --- Tini Bonnie thought his attempt to cuddle the sadness out of her was an attack 'clearly this calls for more cuddle therapy. No living creature should ever have to be afraid of cuddles.' He then adjusted the tightness level around Bonnie to one that could only be called 'extra snuggly.'This is the worst case of the frownies that I've ever seen. I never even thought a case this bad could be possible. Therefor, as her friend and resident cuddleoagist, it is my duty to fix her.' He would have gone right along, diligently cuddling the sad bunny (stop laughing dammit! This is serious) if not for the Pokemon attacking them. "How dare you! We are in the middle of an emergency cuddle session (why do you people keep laughing at me!?), so go away!" he cried out while using Fairy Wind
