Pokemon Mystery Dungeons: Stargate [Always Accepting!] (Not Based On The Stargate Series)

As was generally the case in Mithril's life; he was very happy. The Stargate was a thing of legends, something that had remained close for longer then anyone had been alive, was now open once again. 'Clearly this can only mean one thing;' Mithril had thought to himself 'adventure!' With that line of flawless deductive reasoning, he made his way to the town of Medburn, the location of said Stargate. While his parents didn't expect him to find anything too exciting there, Mithril knew differently; he knew that there was adventure there, just waiting for him to grasp it, to slowly caress it like one would a lover.

As Mithril finally entered the town of Medburn, bobbing as he did, he began to quiver in excitement "here I am. The place where my dream will come true. It's...just...so exciting." By now, his quivering had evolved into vibrating "so...many...possibilities! Mind...filled with...squee! Can't...breath. Suddenly...remembering...I don't...breath. Constantly pausing...narration fading." His vibrating slowed down into normal quivering, before dying down altogether. "Now first thing's first; I need to find my wielder and partner." He said to himself was he went in search of an adventuring partner

Kamina

Had he been able to react quicker, Kamina would have taken the Ice Shards that hit poor Anthony. After all; Ice Type attacks from a Pokemon who wasn't stronger than him wouldn't even cause so much as a scratch considering his typing. However, Ice Shards was a naturally fast move, so by the time his brain had finished processing the attack, it was almost at Anthony. Before he could do anything else, Anthony attacked his bowl bound teammate with what looked like Absorb. "What cruelty; inflicting such madness on someone's mind, making them attack their own friends and family" Kamina growled menacingly, no at all amused by the effect the Confusion was having on the Dragon atop his head. Seeking to better protect his passenger, Kamina draped his tail-fin over him, in the hopes that it would both calm him down, and intercept further attacks. "Just try to rest now. You're not in any condition to fight" he told him in hopes that his voice could get through to him, despite the madness.

Well today had been just great by Tini's standers; he had helped out a stranger, helped his poor friend Bonny with the nightmares of her past via dropping a couple of bookcases on her father...oh, and he had evolved, that was nice too. "Yay! Bonny's on the road to recovery from her trmatic childhood because we beat up her dad. This calls for a victory hug!" Back when he was just a Dratini, he would have barely been able to wrap his whole body around someone of Bonny or Eralion's size. However, now that he was a Dragonair, things were different. He could easily wrap around both of them with plenty of body to spare...and that's just what he did. Coiling around his teammates (oh yeah, William had come back too. Where did he even go anyway?) he held all three of them in a full body hug "ahhhh...hugs are nice."

'Like I have any sort of choice.' Mithos snorted mentally. "Listen Ranathia; you have to do this. If you do not, then you will surly die. And if you die, then what will happen to your niece? The girl is already lazy enough when it comes to her duties, what do you think will happen if her only remaining family dies?" It was pretty surreal to see here like this, she was normally much more strong willed "if you think it might help you focus, we could leave the room."

"Also, some well meaning advice; when you put words like 'foolish' and 'mortal' in the same sentence in an attempt to 'enlighten' someone, it tends to undermine your point by making you sound haughty. In fact, it sounds strikingly like how some of the more pigheaded nobles speak, which is something you should strive to avoid." He finished, not even touching the topic of his and her feeling for each other.

During all of this, Mithos had been looking in Ranathia's direction, and away from the strange man. "If I may be completely honest; it feels like were are being taunted"
