Being bit sucked. Kamina came to that realatasation as the strange Arcanie sunk it's teeth into him. However before he could smack him off, he let go and started babbling again before biting into him again. Kamina was just about to attack him, when the other Fire Type was sprayed with strange looking water and become frozen solid. With him no longer applying pressure, Kamina was able to pull himself loose. Looking over at the source of the strange water, he saw a shivering Anthony. Without bothering to think about it, he coiled his body around him "just hang on, I'll get you warmed up"

As Tini and his friends made their way into the cave, walls fell from the sky, separating them. Tini was behind Eralion, so he wasn't sure if Bonnie and Eralion were together or not. Before he could call out to them, the ground gave way beneath him and he fell. When he hit the ground, everything went dark...

Tini awoke in a strange room. The walls, floor, and roof all seem to be giant blue cushions. It was completely empty, except for a strange creature sitting at a table in the middle. "Welcome, to the Velvet Room. My, such a curious guest this time, I don't think I've seen a creature like you before."

"Um...where am I" Tini asked

"As I said before; this is the Velvet Room. It is a place between dream and reality, mind and matter"

"...I don't get it"

The strange being chuckled "you will, in time. Oh, where are my manners? My name is Igor, and I will serve as a guide of sorts on your journey back to your friends.

"At the train station!? Alexander jumped in surprise, almost dropping the dish he was washing. "The fuck!? Why there? There should be a ton of people there at this...huh, I just answered my own question, didn't I?" He shook his head "anyway, we need to get going" chanting his transformation phrase, he was soon in his normal outfit "granted, I'm sure that other people will be going there to clean them up, I'm still not willing to just sit back. Even though this reeks of a trap. Sure, this might just be a play to rack up a body count...or it could be an attempt to gather a bunch of magic users in one place. Just...just watch your back, is what I'm saying.

Alexander rose an eyebrow "Pushy? You?" He paused "actually...I'm not sure" scratching his head, he continued "I mean, you already do things that should bother me. Like when you stole my bed. The last time someone stole my bed it was an older kid at the orphanage that was making a power play. I responded by attacking him. Then there's your peppy attitude; people like that used to drive me nuts. Honestly. I should find you irritating and unbearable...but I don't. Hell, I actually like having you around, and I have no god damn idea why." Alexander sighed "so yeah. I'm not sure if you're pushy...but I also don't care. Is that weird?"

Alexander grunted under his breath "and now we have a serial kidnapper on our hands. Great, just what we need; more problems"

Alexander didn't trust this girl at all.

Sure, she said that she was sorry about what her sister said, but if that was really the case, then she would have spoken up sooner (which she didn't, by the sound of things). To him, this screamed Good Cop, Bad Cop. And to top it all off; they somehow knew about what happened at the hospital. That on it's own wouldn't be that big a deal, but with the implication that they were trying to play her...it suddenly meant a lot more. The question was; what was their game? What were they after? Right now, this girl was asking if Lily meant what she said before they left. What would happen if Lily said yes? His mind was filled with possibilities and what if's. Then Lily held his arm tighter, and all of that vanished. Right now, only one thing mattered; getting Lily to safety. Trying to figure out what their game was could come later. Taking a deep breath, he spoke "just try to forget whatever she said. Come on Lily, we're leaving" he started walking away with Lily still clinging to her. He wouldn't let her get caught in whatever trap those two were laying.

Alexander facepalmed "wonderful...I just knew this was a mistake." Sighing, he walked into the building and quickly found Lily. Walking over to her, he lifted her to her feet "I just heard from the bird; negotiations went south. Come on,
let's get you home." Looking at her face, even Alexander could tell she was deeply unsettled "I'll go to the store so that you can stuff yourself full of more strawberry ice-cream than your stomach should be able to hold." Putting an arm around her shoulder, he led her out of the building.
