Orthodox Easter has arrived, which means my time for replying to stuff is going to be close to nonexistent. I apologize.

It's been a stressful past few weeks for me, so I apologize for how that may affect the quality of my posts and my general grumpiness.

I feel extremely tired and stressed right now, so responses might not be of the highest quality, I apologize.

Well hello, what are you doing here, my friend?
Well, if you're still here and you wish to know more about me, then:
I'm a 22 fella who's currently in college and is trying to RP while attending college at the same time. I've been into roleplaying since about the mid 2013's, though I was really bad at it during the first year or so. I "migrated" to RPGuild around 4 years ago since the previous site had banned roleplaying due to a large influx of newbie roleplayers polluting the site with shitty RP's. Either way, since then I've been on this site quite regularly, except during a few occasions when real life took precedence and I had to vanish for a month or two.
As for writing capabilities, I'd like to think myself right now that I'm somewhere in-between casual and advanced levels of writing, though if I'm really into an RP, I'll tend to force myself to write something advanced. As for writing in general, you don't have to worry about that, I really love writing and I do it all the time even when I'm not roleplaying, though there are "dry" periods when my creativity seems to vanish for no discernible reason. General interests include most types of fantasy writing as long as it's properly written, though it has happened in the past for me to be interested in something when I thought I would like it, so if you have an idea and you want to roleplay, then pitch it to me and I'll tell you if I like it or not. As for smut, well, I'm not actively looking for one, but if you think you have an interesting idea, then feel free to pitch it to me.
Well, that's about it, if you want to know more personal stuff about me, or simply wish to have someone to talk to about any topic you so desire, then feel free to PM me.
Iosef parries the hit, and instead charges forward and makes a wide horizontal arc, using the unpredictably longer length of his bastard sword to his advantage.
The sword manages to bang only once on the murloc's armor, knocking him out before the young man blocks the strike and says to the hobgoblin:
"Halt your strikes on us and I'll pay you handsomely." he says showing a large pouch filled with a lot of gold and platinum coins. "Just name your price and I'll pay."
Maryvale takes a moment to charge one of her stronger Dark Magic attacks, focusing a high level of dense magic into her blade -- a feat that regular swords could never be able to obtain, hence the name 'Dark Vibrance' -- and awaiting the perfect moment to strike. "I need an opening!" She exclaims, hoping someone would act upon her needs.
And a opening came, the high elf launched two explosive fireballs, one at each of the leaders. The fireballs didn't do a lot of damage, however, it did throw them back a bit breaking their defense.
Blood sighs and gets off of her own horse, tying it to a nearby tree, and drawing her own blade. "We'll make this quick - we'll thin them out from a distance, whilst those who can't strike at range make hit'nd run tactics. The Grand Marshal's orders may be important, but through his act of kindness, I'm able to stand here today; let's hope to inspire the same."
The Dark Knight then focuses on the energy within her body, letting it flow outwards around her body, or rather, her armour. Channeling that dark energy into her blade, Maryvale aims at the highest cluster of enemies and sends a wave of pulsing dark energy straight at them; her own strength was being sapped away for the powerful dark magic.
"Once it looks like the guards can handle this, we continue."
The young knight nods and pulls out a small crossbow from his back and starts shooting from a distance. The high elf prepares a few fireballs and begins throwing them at the mob of creatures. The Avian meanwhiles snipes people from the sky with her bow, whilst the gnoll and the orc simply charge head on at the mob causing disorder to spread among the mob.
The two leaders were now slowly walking towards Maryvale and the ranged group, their weapons drawn out.
"Of course." Maryvale replies, looking at her comrade with a face that cannot be read due to her helm. "It's a simple strategy: he draws the attention of those who oppose us, and we immediately follow-up with an attack whilst he moves back. Classic layered rush strategy - makes good for a defensive strat, too." She explains as she looks over at the village. "We should probably help that village... Though the Grand Marshal's orders are top priority..."
"Well, they seem busy with the village guards anyway and it seems someone is already trying to help them already." the high elf says pointing towards the dwarf that was "sneaking" behind the two leaders of this raid. "But the Grand Marshal also told us to eliminate any threat we might find in our way, so we have a reason to help them and a reason to let them die here, what say you, milady?" he asks Maryvale.
The others just agreed with Maryvale, the Grand Marshal's orders were paramount(to them at least) and any delay was unacceptable to their cause.
"What is wrong with you all?" the recruit asks. "We need to help them, there are innocent people and children there, we can't let them die!" he said drawing his longsword, looking expectantly at Maryvale.
It may come to the murloc's surprise, then, that Iosef didn't appear behind the man for the first few seconds.
It wouldn't come to the man's surprise, one would suppose, that Iosef came in swinging his blade (both hands on the sword) at the murloc's knees from behind. Steel armor or not, the murloc's joints would have a good banging. Once that was that, Iosef simply slammed the blade at the murloc's neck, repeating the same swing as he did when he used to forge large farm implements.
The murloc had somewhat expected treason from him as he himself had planned to backstab Iosef in the back, however as soon as he landed the first hit on the murloc, the human had drawn his sword and swung at Iosef, more to push him back than to actually attack him.
"You!" the human shouted. It was the human that Iosef had stolen the horse from. "First you take my horse and now you want to kill my bounty hunter in front of me?!" he shouts at Iosef. "Get out of here before we kill you and skin you alive!"
Iosef glares at the murloc, and sighs as he nods. He then takes the horse by its reins, and walks into the brush for a good place to hide.
He just flashes a smile before standing in the middle of the road and awaiting for the man. A few minutes later, a man on a horse appears, his horse trotting slowly towards the murloc.
"Have you got my money, murloc?" The human asks impatiently. "I don't want to be out here for longer than I have to."
"Of course I do, I just wanted to ask you, what's your opinion on hobgoblins?" The murloc asks glancing at where Iosef was. "Because they would stab you in the back the moment you turn your back on them."
"What are you..."
<Snipped quote by Claw2k11>
"I've got the brass. How many of ya ar' there?" Connor asks, eyeing the orc and the woman intently.
"Besides me and the orc there's these two and another human warrior who should be arriving any moment now." She says. "We're the best of the best, sir, don't worry!"
Iosef is about to stop, but he really, really needed some money.
The Endless Deserts, as Iosef heard, were incredibly difficult to navigate without supplies to stock up on, so...
"Oh, alright! State your business; I'm already busy as-is."
"Well, a guy that I owe money is supposed to be passing through here in a few minutes and I would kill him myself, but his henchmen know me, so I can't touch him or I'll be hunted, but your clean, he doesn't know you are, so while I distract him, you stab him in the back. We can even share the money he has on him!" The murloc says grinning widely. "Deal?"
<Snipped quote by Claw2k11> Connor looks down at the two platinum coins, grinning, before sticking them in his pocket. He walks up to the orc and says: "Ey, guv, ya need some work?"
"Talk to the lady, she's our manager." The orc says with a blank stare.
"That lady has a name thank you very much!" She says a bit insulted. "I'm Meria, the cleric of this team. Hiring us will be a bit expensive, I will cost about one platinum coin a month, during that time, we will be your loyal servants, deal?" Meria asks beaming charming smile at Connor.
Iosef only glares at the murloc as he finishes cleaving through the lasso, and stands up with sword in hand.
"I've got trades that pay better for less," spits the hob-goblin, "and I'm certainly not handing any part of me to you."
"Wait, you ain't part of that rebel force that be attacking the kingdom?" The murloc asks. "Then, I have a proposition for ya. Help me with a little errand and I'll help you with whatever you need, deal?" The murloc asks. "Name's Morian, by the way."
@claw2k11 "Uh... I'll put me brass on the orc." With that, Connor tosses in two bronze pieces and watches the fight.
"That'll win ya 2 platinum coins." The man says. "I don't know why, but a lot of people here bet on the human guy." He says as a bell is rung. "Oh, the fight's started."
The human charged at the orc, swinging a punch at him, who unfazed caught the man's fist, then uppercuts him, knocking him down. The orc then quickly proceeds to savagely beat on the man for a minute or so, then gets up wiping the blood of his hands.
"That guy WAS at the head of a mob, so I suppose that's why they didn't vote against him." He says handing Connor two platinum coins. "Heard the orc and his mates be searching for a job, you might get be able to hire them for a month with one of those coins." He says before going to distribute the wins of the bet to other people.
