(Extraordinary circumstances don't count, or if someone becomes too busy to continue. If someone leaves, I'll reopen the RP to new members, even after the RP starts. I will be putting the OOC up sometime in the next few hours. It won't change much, but it will provide a character tab to put approved sheets. If I give you your age modifier, then consider your application good to go.

Keep in mind that you can lower your initial despair instead of rolling age modifier(There is a 1/3 chance that you will get a 0 and will gain nothing). If you have above 10% despair, I'd say it's worth at least considering.

It's not about your package, it's about how you use it. Just change the angle you were going to make a villain from. I trust that you'll do well at that.
