@MaraThere's no word on if S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is getting a release though. Remember that it was announced to be looking for a publisher, not that it was actually in development. Plus, how can you even say that when there's literally nothing shown of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2?
EDIT: Also most of the developers that worked on the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. moved to 4A games, the company that is now developing Metro... So the chances of Metro Exodus being more like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. than S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is pretty high.
And now I'm really done typing out S.T.A.L.K.E.R. every single time.

Oh man, I'm getting a serious Blame! vibe from this. Endless city? Check. Cyborgs? Check. A strange, ambiguous quest with no real ending? Check. The only thing we're missing is a virus that kills off 99% of the population.
