He's a slightly more insane version of him actually and with some smaller changes. Since ACCA I've been using a lot of Jack-esque characters and find that I enjoy RPing as those slightly unstable characters. I can send you a link to the RP which I'm using the craziest character yet. Overall, I think I've grown since ACCA ^u^

NRP Arena-style battles?

You know how in an NRP you spend you much time making your nation, fleshing out the people, building histories, creating cultures and of course manufacturing a grand army, only for the NRP to die before you get to the part where you can use your epic army?

This is just an idea I had that people could use their Nations they've made for various NRPs and fight it out in an arena styled battle. No real lore, no real reason, just a good old fashion battle. Think like mutli-verse arena or Deadliest Warrior but with armies.

You can either just duke it out with numbers and stats and die rolls and all the fun stuff or just do it as an arena battle. Basic rules would included don't suddenly pull out an extra army or a missile from your rectum without saying you have one before hand and agree on a time period. I can't see fantasy dwarves do too well against a space faring empire with orbital strikes (unless that's you liking).

So, anyone think this would be interesting or would this just fall flat?

Raised in crime and sin, Anderson Jistudan, born Felix Anderson, is well aquatinted with the shadows and the seedy underworld of society. His parents were an American mob boss and a Yakuza princess, he has the largest "family" of just about anyone in Academy City, able to call upon both sides of his family.

Living in Sin City for much of his life, Vegas taught him gambling, bluffing and scamming from a young age. His paranoid father decided to supplement his son's "education" by training him in self defense and how to use a gun, soon put to good use once Anderson started to extort the other kids and poor drunkards for his first schemes. However, one of those children he beat the crap out of for lunch money happened to be the child of the police chief, who traced Anderson to his father and thus the mob he lead. Under the advice of her husband, Anderson's mother smuggled their child off to Japan, changing his name to fit in more, in fears of a police raid on their home.

Once in the land of the rising sun, Anderson was now introduced to the other half of his family, and magic. Under an inheritance by his dotting grandfather, he was giving the Tempore Duratus, the clock to stop time. And after a few years of rigorous, streamlined education through tutors and experience, Anderson had been taught everything he'd need to be the true heir of a criminal syndicate. Of course, his mother wanted Anderson to continue his education, at least for a cover up in the future, and searched for a school before coming across a certain academy in AC.

After the inital shock of seeing people summon storms and teleporting across roof tops, Anderson adjusted and adapted himself to his surroundings. Although the idea of living in a place where it seemed like a place where superheroes send their kids was still a unique prospect, he was back up to his old tricks and already building what would be his own cozy little posse within the city, supported by his family. Time to sin.

Personality

Any one who first encounters Anderson can immediately sense some aura of suspicion and dread around him, even if they don't know exactly why or his background. Along with this aura, instability follows Most often, he's set at a slightly antagonistic personality with varying shades of teasing, sadism, egotism and dark humor. With grand (if not slightly delusional) plans, he ruthlessly chases his goals, showing his questionable morality at these times. Having been connected to the dark underworld of cities since birth, he boasts a remarkable remains calm in life threatening conditions, sometime to the point of being obliviousness.

Of course, he never openly displays these traits, covering them with a very playful, charismatic attitude, showing a kind exterior (which he does have have to some degree behind all of that ulterior motivations). He does enjoy power flaunting at times and mild "bending" of rules since he usually can find a way out of trouble through one way or another.

Biography:
Born to an American gang leader and a Yakuza princess, Anderson’s life has but full of crime and sin since he was born. Raised in Las Vegas for the first half of his life, he has learned how to gamble and cheat like it’s the back of his hand. At the age of eight, his father was killed in a street fight against a rival gang and Anderson was smuggled away to Japan where he was to live with his mother.

Although she is a tough Yakuza princess whose beauty betrays her intentions, she is very motherly towards Anderson and very supportive in his goals. She taught him how to fight and how to shoot a gun amongst other skills like coercion. When Anderson started to build his own criminal empire, his mother granted him a pocket watch that was actually a magical device, making become a magician in a way.

Anderson has recently transferred into Academy City for two reasons: 1)to make money off of the naïve students of the city and 2) to grow his criminal empire. He cannot be touched by Judgement and Anti-Skill after he successfully blackmailed the heads of each organization, much to the annoyance of the law enforcement. Although he is leader of a criminal gang, his actions are fairly tame considering the actions of other gangs, mostly staying in the realm of blackmail, information dealing and fraud.

Personality: While acting antagonistic, Anderson is a good person at heart, always making sure his gang’s member are happy, he does legitimately care for even the people around him as long as they are not openly hostile although he will often cover up his kindness with some dark excuse. He is incredibly charismatic and gladly exploits it to his advantage in gaining people’s trust. He also tends to be secretive, always having an ulterior motive that no one can quite pick out and headstrong/cocky as if he controls the world (which in some aspects he does).

Skills: Anderson is incredibly intelligent and charismatic and thanks to his informant network, he has dirt on just about everyone. He is well versed in business and manipulation with smuggling an easy task. He is also a surprisingly good shot with a pistol and quite deadly with a knife.

Magic: Time Slow: The power that is embedded in the pocketwatch he got from his mother; the world moves to the beat of Anderson, allowing him to move at normal speed while everything else is slowed, giving the impression he is moving faster. It can only be to slow a maximum of thirty minutes a day and rests at midnight. Dispute its potency, Anderson tends not to use this very often in favor of more traditional “methods”. His left eye also glows red maroon when he uses this ability.

- His weapons of choice are a Beretta Raffica and a butterfly knife with a combat knife-styled blade
- The name of the gang he leads is “Coercion” and it deals in information trading and its large informant network. Anderson claims he has agents everywhere, even in Judgement and Anti-Skill but as no one has proven it. Either that or his agents are really just as good as he claims.
- He is noted to be both an excessive gambler and really lucky, so he wins nearly all his bets.
