One idea is that you could have a blind teacher in a subject that requires good eyesight like math, science or combat?
Another could be a language teacher who doesn't actually know the language their teaching or always gets words mixed up.
Reminds me of a story where there was a school in Canada that found out one of the "teachers" wasn't even a teacher; he was literally some random jackass who walked in and started teaching
