Philly is my native land so I had to, and New York City is my promised land.
Issue is that Philly is also my native land and I already have something of an NS drawn up from a previous concept which includes it
We could try talking it out though, how large is your thing going to be since referring to the original NS I mentioned above, I basically had PA and some of NJ/Del; be willing to change if depending on what you're also going after.

Possibly interested but it seems like my idea of taking philly might be taken/contested
What worries me is that we're going to have a whole lot of empty space, although we could try to do something like what they do in wargames where all sides fight all other sides with occasional breaks, truces, alliances, etc.
