Sorry for my absence! A Volunteering position suddenly turned into a Volunteer Leadership position I was not expecting at all so things have been hectic.

Look at you posers, having to bang dragons or sell your soul for magic when you could just play a lute for some. Anyways, here's Wonderwall. - Bards

@Dark Cloud We are still waiting on @Shovel but all they really need to do is just add the edits in. I'll start the IC for now and their group should be able to take part. If they don't get it done before the second turn, I'll just say they were stragglers who got lost on their way.

@Dog Would you be willing to at least say what they present as instead of question marks? Also do you really want to go all in on just Commander? Their likes is a little... eh, but it can work.
@ClocktowerEchos Do we have to work together? And can we still affiliate ourselves without associating with each other?

Working together is highly advised. The way I envisioned it is that you guys are like a company, your PCs are managers and your gangs are departments but there is no CEO atm. You have an overarching connection but right now there is no leadership that can really force you to get together. To the outside, they aren't going to see your gangs, they're just going to see one mass of goblins in a forest or cave.

Any areas that we are lacking?

Military, crafting and builders are the big things that are missing.
I want to ask something before we begin. What are the relations going to be between Gangs? We're going to be founding and managing one settlement all together, right?

Yup, all the gangs are part of a larger group working together. There's probably not going to be a leader at the start but that will be an early event.
<Snipped quote by ClocktowerEchos>

Well actually if I'm thinking logically then at the start the first thing the Conclave needs to do is two very important things:

- Build something; specifically a grove somewhere in a densely wooded area, just simple fencing and like makeshift shelters.
- Hunting/Gathering: So we have surplus food & materials.

Sounds like a good plan. I'd imagine that the shelters would be like really shitty lean-tos since I think only one NPC in Sadko's group has any building skill. Although you could make the case that Exploration and Survival skills could help with making at least temporary shelters. Fencing could be like wicker fencing, the type that you sort of "weave" but even then that's only really good for marking out places and keeping small animals in. Not to mention you need to find the wood from somewhere so that's on the to-do list as well.
@Dark Cloud Remind me if you've said it before, but what is your idea? Wolf riders?
@Dark Cloud Ideally once Dog and Shovel make/finish up their characters although I will admit I'm also eager to start the IC.
@ClocktowerEchos Sounds good, so how many actions can we assign during that time?

I'm thinking like two, one is your "main focus" that your group wants to get done and the other is a "secondary task" that they do when they have time. You can add more tasks but it will slow everything down and conversely if you only have your main task, you'll complete it faster.

There'll also be events and situtations that might pop up and require your attention as Boss of a gang to resolve. (IE One of your gobbos has become sad and slows or refuses to work so you'll have to solve that one way or another. Still deciding if that would count as an action option/secondary task or a "personal matter" that just concerns your boss.)
So I was doing some thinking and I realized that my original idea of "1 day = 1 turn" might get real slow, real fast yet I don't want to skip too much. Even doing 1 week = 1 turn feels like too much.

How do people think of 3-4 days = 1 turn?
