Count me in. But I wonder about the military ranks within the UWG. I am not forcing you to create an entire ranking system, but I want to know if there is a limit to the ranks that the character can bear. I mean, I intend to make my character a high-ranking officer within the Scythian and do the mind work (I like intellectual characters), but I wonder how far in the ranking system can he reach when I made him?

One question though: What is the name of the laboratory, or facility? I have orchestrated the first scenario of the RP for my character already, but I wonder how he will address the laboratory or facility that he is kept in. Will it just be 'that laboratory' or 'that facility', or will it be something specific?

An in-depth description to make the character description more accurate: Fuyuki is a young man with a fairly thin stature, standing over 175 centimeters tall, and 67 kilograms heavy. This, in normal life, is pretty impressive, but in critical situations, he is very easy to be spotted, due to his unusual height. His choice of clothing is rather bland, as he prefers to wear clothes, the color of which matching or nearly matching the color of his hair: jet black. (Forget the guitar). To make him easier to spot, his eyes gleam a very foreign color: crimson red, which can be the cause of people's attention

Personality: Fuyuki, despite years being kept and experimented, his gentle sides still retains. He is a caring person with a high degree of sympathy, especially to others who have seen what he has seen. Because of this, he is easily affected by moral choice, such as when he helps, or see others help, innocent people. He can console and cheer up sad or depressed people around him (he can fail), but as a tradeoff he can get depressed, or even broken, very (I mean very) easily when he has to commit astrocities against innocent people. And when depressed, he is prone to sob all day long, and can have suicidal thoughts.

He is considered to be kind-hearted, but very naive, since he was taken into custody before he was able to experience first-hand how the world works, and despite being gentle to others, he is cautious to those who appear to be rich and neat, since he has bad experiences with scientists and businessmen. But if you have gotten to his good sides, he is pretty friendly and protective. But when someone dares to threaten him or those close to him, he will not hesitate to show his fierceness, which he had matured over his old timidity during the time at the laboratory. He has also developed extreme hatred for the scientists who commenced brutal experiments on him, as they are the ones who destroyed his life for their own benefits, and vowed to bring down the corporation that brought so much catastrophes upon him at all costs

Biographical Information: Amari was a simple child, born in a family not wealthy but not financially struggling either. His childhood was rather very calm, and was anything any kids would want to experience. A tranquil neighbourhood, a loving mother, a caring father, a few relatively rare but sympathetic close friends, he had nothing to complain about. He used to be a scared child, who was afraid of pain and blood. And it went on for the rest of his high school days. Only when he was abducted and experimented did he grow out of his timid self.

Fuyuki was a well-performed student. Aside from the two subjects of physics and mathematics, his other scores were rather all-around, not bad, but not really exceptional. Teachers loved him, both for his intellect in two science subjects and his good manners. Despite not receiving much attentions from his peers, he was mostly on friendly-terms with them. Little conflicts happened during his school days. During the annual health checking, he astonished everybody with his unusually well-performed eyesights, something in which he took pride. His major in physics was, ironically, universal gravitation, which caught the attention of the scientists that later abducted him.

His calm childhood ended right after the closing ceremonial of his 1st year at high school. Right after he returned home, he, to his horrors, found his parents lying motionlessly on the floor. Their further fate was unknown, either dead or just being knocked unconscious, as just moments after he saw the scene, his eyes were blinded, his hands were tied, and was escorted away from his house.

Ability: Gravity wells generation:

Not to be confused with telekinesis, Fuyuki has the power to create an artificial gravity well either around him or around a certain location that is pinpointed by the use of his eyes. Intended by scientists to be used for space exploration and transportation, he can generate an area of gravity in which the gravity force and area of effect can be controlled and adjusted: From nearly zero gravity, which is none, to a force of over 50G, but the magic number that he usually uses is 6 to 10, in which 10 is the maximum force at which he does not have to over-consume his energy. Otherwise, he would begin to tire himself pretty quickly, and if he has to use to 50G, chances are that he will only be able to sustain that for around 5 seconds. Trying to break that limit can lead to death caused by exhaustion. The area of effect can be adjusted from just a few meters to over a few hundred meters, in which fifty meters is the maximum number in which he does not have to over-consume. The reason why he cannot generate a zero gravity area is that in actual reality, he can, but he cannot mess with the natural gravity of Earth, or any planet that has its own gravity. So if he cannot influence that gravity, then there is no point in creating an artificial non-gravity area.

Also, his one of the major setbacks in his ability is its reliance on eyesight, because the area where the gravity force is concentrated on is pinpointed using his eyes. So basically, if he cannot see, the ability is reduced to only around his body. In other words, rendered to nearly useless aside from sucking things into him. Another cons to his ability is that he can only create one gravity well at the time.

Strengths: Fuyuki has a very strong eyesights, known for being 15/10. In simple terms, he can see things that are 1.5 times further than normal humans with normal eyesight can, allowing him to pinpoint targets more easily. His body is also resistant to his own gravity force. Not immune, but resistant. Fuyuki's knowledge in physics and mathematics is also a buff to his gravity manipulation ability, as it allows him to apply it for many complicated purposes. His stamina is high, so as to sustain the gravity well for a long time.

Weaknesses: Because he was experimented inside a laboratory for a whole long year and is intended to be sent to space, his immune system has deteriorated a bit, so he is quite susceptable to diseases. And to add insult to injury, aside from physics and mathematics, his knowledge in practical subjects such as medicine or cooking is terrible, which worsens this vulnerability. And despite having a high stamina, he is a human being, and can be injured and killed with physical damage.

Other: Like it was mentioned above, Fuyuki cannot cook and has little knowledge about arts or musics. His sociability isn't bad, as he was able to make friends back at school, but because he lacks knowledge about teenage stuff, most of his friends were only those who shared his interests.

@Lemons Yeah, 50G is absurd. He could go even more, but because the strength of the gravity is reciprocal to the amount of time he could use it, so if he goes any further, he might not be able to maintain it for not even a second. And I only intend to use 30-50G in extreme conditions, so I have to make consequences to prevent him from abusing the power. Otherwise he would crush everything and everyone in his path

In-Depth Appearance: Mortem stands at one hundred and ninety seven centimeters tall and wears a yellow grey colored armour and black leather glove. The combine total weigh of both the skeleton and his armour accumulated to over eighty kilograms, but despite this, he was still capable of moving gracefully without any difficulties caused by the heavy suit. His armour isn't as bulky as it was shown in the picture, instead, it is quite neat and tidy (no spikes or anything), that is more maneuverable so that he can live his life wearing it as well (to protect him from outside damage that can displace his bones or sever it completely). The meat has all rot away, leaving only his skeletal figure, most of them hidden below the armour, and a cyan-colored fire that contains his souls, burning neatly within it.
Brief Personality:
As a former guard, he is considered very competitive and likes to seek challenges in other students, especially in sword fighting. He's passionate about challenges, and always puts his heart into solving it. Because of that, he has a trigger for his anger when those around him do not face hardships directly and want to avoid them or push them to others, or those whose efforts in some works are half-hearted. When angered, he can be pretty rash and brutal. But when you're on normal or friendly terms with him, he's actually a pretty decent guy. He does not talk often, but fair and friendly

He isn't a total shut-in, he has a bit of sociability, but the only place he likes to hang out is the school's dojo (if you implement it in here), where he practice sword fighting almost every time he is there.

Mortem also has a fearsome loyalty to those who has earned his trust, as his loyal trait died along with his body. He has a common sense of rights and wrongs, but when those that he has grown to trust is hurt or threatened, he will not hesitate to abandon that common sense to protect them, regardless of them being right or not.

Side notes:: He does not eat, drink or urinate (he's undead), and he communicates by writing on a note and a pen that he always carries within him. Also, he has a sword that can only be summoned using necromancy. He has no facial expressions, so he expresses it by changing the color of the flame (basic colours: cyan for normal, red for anger, yellow for excitement, blue for sadness) (There are more colours, but to make it simple, I will explain it when I write it)

He can regain necromancy quickly if he is next to a dead person or at the cemetary. He physically cannot die, but he can be considered dead if he uses all the necromancy he has to the point that he cannot regenerate by himself or by obtaining necromancy from outside sources (that's when his soul and skeletal figure are completely detached)

Character lore

Over six hundred years ago, Mortem was born in a traditional family, whose traditions are to become the imperial guard of their empire. And so he was aspired, and driven to become one. Through extensive trainings of swordmanship, he distinguished himself to be one of the most talented swordman ever, and one of the youngest royal guards to be enlisted, at the age of twenty. Honoured, the young Mortem took great pride when he received his royal yellow armor, something in which the other lower palace guards were envied, and therefore, hated him for being young yet so upcoming and successful. That hatred, later, became a tragedy.

Two years later, a civil war broke out between the royalists and the citizens. Despite having disagreements with the royalists, Mortem's fearsome loyalty prevented him from defecting, as he vowed to defend his king to the end. But the other guards were not so honourable like him, as they quickly deserted their position when they knew that the peasants of the empire had reached the palace, leaving the defense of the palace solely to him. Mortem was killed, stabbed to death by the overwhelming peasants, and the king fled away moments later.

Despite trying his best to defend the king, Mortem was unsatisfied. Angered by the acts of palace guards, he refused the offer to be ascended to heaven, as he wanted to be the one who bring judgment to the deserted guards, and to continue guarding the palace for the king, waiting for him to return. And so the nethergod granted him the wish, and he was brought back to life in a skeleton, powered by the dark magic of necromancy. As he was revived, Mortem sped away in the dark, hungry for revenge

After killing the guards, he returned to the old palace, just as he had promised. And he just stood there, in silence, guarding the palace's gate. Little did he know that he had scared off so many people that the palace soon was desolated, considered to be haunted, and that no one dares to come near it again, even his old master. Many years later, when the empire collapsed due to economic reasons, and when his old king died due to health reasons. Mortem found himself without purpose of keeping this life form. But his soul could not go anywhere else, as he had refused the only passport to heaven. And thus, he was stuck with this wicked body forever (well, he can detach from the body, but he would have to use up all his necromancy. And even so it would not go anywhere but stay on Earth)

After hundreds of years wandering in the palace ground purposelessly, he found himself being offered a place in the Silverspell University to find a purpose in life, learn to update to the modern society so that he, himself, can rejoin it. He accepted without hesitation.

Can you see if he is 'balanced' yet? Because the ideas that usually comes to my mind is pretty wicked sick, and is either very useless or very OP, and requires balancing.
