Ok then. I had it fixed now. Schor is now the ship's 2IC, and the NPC's relation with the NI is now derived. He's now just a fleet admiral, taking commands from the NI
@Devol
I believe Inkarnate has yet to post his or her IC. I don't know if there are anybody else
[@Ozymandiaz]

Ok, sorry there. I thought that the ranks and roles are two different things. He attains the rank of lieutenant, but plays the role of the ship's vice-captain(Since the captain and vice-captain of a ship can be appointed to several different ranks, that's what I heard.) Well, then I would just cross it out. And basically, the Intelligence and the UWSC is two different organizations. Got mixed up with that because of the term Navy. Ok, I'll reconsider my NPC's role. Should not take long. Thanks for notifing me.
I have finally found a picture that best represent him. Blame my artistically blind nature for not being able to draw. ;-:
Tried to fix it a little bit, add a little bit of detail and personality
Mortem

The moment he saw Ash was the moment his third roommate walked in. A girl with short black hair, wearing a pair of leather jeans and a white tank-top, her necklace and earrings had shapes of claws and fangs. She also carried a hunting dagger, in which she had quite a wonderful discussion with him about it at the end of the last school year.

Yes, they are acquainted. And Mortem could finally breathe in relief that his roommate was actually someone he knew, not some weirdos. Lycan's variants in Silverspell was so common that he could have sworn half of those he knew were Lycans or Lycan associates. He only have to deal with that guy in the kitchen.

As Mesuka entered the room and gave him a friendly hello, Mortem simply waved his hand gently in return. He could not talk, so he could not return it as politely as he had wanted. And it was at that time that the male Lycan in the kitchen finally noticed them.

"Well, sorry to be a hair aloof as you all arrived, but I have lunch prepared if you are hungry. I'm Ash Jens by the way, the pleasure's mine."

That was what he said to the two as he place the set of taco down on the counter. He seemed to be polite, and at least level-headed. Then, he turned to Mortem, a little bit flustered.

"Hope that me making this didn't presume too much, if you have a...dietary restriction, I can totally work with that, just let me know."

Mortem wasn't in a position to be surprised by that, since he isn't a living being, but a walking dead. A skeleton without a vocal chord, no stomach, no tongue and no muscles. Not many people knew that he does not eat or drink, and does not die of hunger or thirst, so he should let him know it so that he does not have to over-spend the kitchen's food supply.

Mortem took out the note and quickly wrote.

'Nice to meet you, Ash. And thanks for the meal'

He tore the paper from his note, placing it on the counter, and began writing on the next page

'But I don't eat.'

Then another.

'Literally. Because of no stomach.'

Another.

'So from now on, you only have to cook for two.'

Then, he turned to Mesuka, who was enjoying a warm minted drink inside the kitchen.

'You can have my taco, you look cold.'

Yeah, second in command seems fine. I assume that he's the vice captain. And Mahan, I guess I can just make him a fleet admiral and a distant friend to Schor, but remain ambiguous for the rest of the RP (Or perhaps late until the end). He plays a role in ensuring Schor's place in the Scythian, and might show up if the Intelligence decide to do something big that requires military intervention (Only when the purpose of the Intelligence is completely revealed). For Schor, he follows that NPC captain, but since he's second in command, he has a bit of freedom in his judgement (still has to follow him, but isn't like following like a robot). I wonder that is ok, I respect your decisions.

I'll be trying to get my CS up later. And I wonder if we can have multiple characters. My two characters that I intend to implement are Nelson Schor, a lieutenant on the Scythian, and Alexander Mahan, an admiral or fleet admiral (I have yet to decide). Nelson is the main character in my IC posts, who I will try to upload his CS soon, while Alexander plays a rather passive role, as he is the one assigning Nelson to the Scythian, and he sometimes make transmissions like giving him specific orders. I'm also reserving Alexander for something larger-scoped. So can I make multiple characters, and if I do can I make a character for such a small role?
