Current location: Mochavine Café

"God..."

It's finally done.

The final line of code for the security program. A completely new and more effective one. Hopefully this would be able to block any more hackers from sending malwares into the government's website. Still, Roland was worried, not because of the efficiency of the program, but because he was going to hand the program to someone less experienced to use. And usually, those who didn't have much knowledge about it ended up messing everything up. He had to make sure that his works, his achievements had to be used to its fullest. And so he spent another few hours working on a separate instruction and sent it along with the program using email. After all of that, he was free, at least for the next few days.

It wasn't exactly the job for this young analyst in the government's department of cyber security. In definition, his job was to analyze data that had relations to cyberspaces to track down criminals, mostly in this city, and so on. But due to the nature of not just the city but the entire country, having low crime rates, life was just...too easy. And so he was tasked with jobs like this. It indeed was interesting at first, but his work was a one-man job, so having to sit countless hours behind the desk really numbed his senses.

Roland glanced at the clock. It was Sunday, and the day was still long. Perhaps he should quit locking himself inside and go out at least once.

He began packing his stuff, including his laptop and charger, in case of any sudden work call, into his bag, and went outside. He had no specific interests for now, so he just wandered and wandered for somewhere, something that managed to catch his interest. Half an hour later, when he couldn't walk any further, he decided to stop at a café nearby.

"Mochavine Café..."

Perhaps a cup of coffee would be nice.

Roland opened the door and quickly took a seat, placing the bag full of computer equipment down next to his chair. It appeared that he wasn't the only one there, but there was one more. A young, yet older than him, woman with long dark blue hair, on her table was a laptop. The cyber analyst couldn't help but cast a few glances at her while he was waiting for the waiter or waitress to come and take his orders. Still, it would be rude to look at her for too long, so as soon as one of the waitresses arrived at his table, he quickly took his eyes off her and ordered his drink.

A cup of black coffee. Simple is always better...
ACION
AURELIA

Acion had finished his conversation and was about to eat his lunch, a bowl of delicious pho, when one of the table leg snapped. The bowl was not connected to the angel's hand. Instead, it was on the table, and the sudden snap of the table's legs gave them momentum to slide down to the ground.

Instantly, Acion's instinct took his place. He was not going to let his meal being scattered to the earth!

Bullet time activated.

The moment the bowl began to slip, everything was going many times slower than it normally would. He could see his bowl of rice noodle leaning to his left, the content inside beginning to spill. He immediately moved his hand into the bowl's trajectory, having predicted it already, as his palm made contact with the bowl's curvy surface. His meal landed gently onto his hand as then he moved it gracefully to level the bowl, his other hand shot up to help balancing it. A nice save.

"That was too close." He said, a little bit proud that he managed to save his lunch from a messy splattered fate. "What just happened?"

He was unable to see what had happened before that, but he could see the short yet polite girl, Kaida, literally lying flat on Roy's lap. Then the girl glanced at Roy, then him, and the rest of the group in a face so red that scientists could made an announcement on a new skin color, before running away. He was a little bit confused by her actions, but before he could bring up that subject to bear...

"The leg doesn't seem to snap due to rots." Aurelia said, as she picked up the armors that fell down to the floor while examining the broken table leg. "So I think this is intentional. But who would have done such a thing?"

"I don't know." Acion replied, his eyes narrowed. "But I know what is about to happen."

He looked at the nearby table, when the blonde guy, Jett, was making a fuss over the other class. He could not hear exactly what he was saying, due to the loud noises that the other students were making after the incident, but judging by his facial expressions, he was surely mad. His instincts told Acion that this lunch would not end peacefully.
Alan Walker

"Don't be" Alan sympathetically addressed Zoey, even if he couldn't fully understand the pain and sorrow that she had to put up against for so long. They had so powerful resolutions for such lowly and common individuals in society. They always say that goodness always comes from the most unexpected of places.

"Well, like Alexander the Great once said: There is nothing impossible for he who will try. If you are so determined to do this, then I have nothing to object to." Alan placed his palm gently on the table. "If what we are fighting for is for the good of the public, then you have my full assistance. I may not be able to go fists and boots, but I can be your eyes and ears."

In other words, being the tactician. From the looks of it, it may seem an easy job. But it wasn't. One could see the difficulties of a physical job, due to its unobscured nature. But the mind work was completely different. It was a lot more complex than simply fighting. But in the end, having a little knowledge is always better than punches and kicks.

"Since I work at home, and have submitted my projects to my company, so I have a lot of leisurely time. If you require any sort of information on something, you can tell me right now, and I'll work on it."

Ok, a small note written. Do you mind if I post it in the character tab, or is there anything I need to add/remove?
@Dynamo Frokane Sure, not an issue. I'll note that he works at home then, for the sake of interactions.
Well, I'll just leave his profession to be 'Government's Cyber Security Analyst'. I won't go any deeper into the government thing, and I won't be intending to develop his story that way. I just want a reasonable backstory, with a connection to his pretty contrasting personality. The furthest I may go is probably adding his workplace. I'm not good at making CSes, so if I wrote anything that doesn't suit your taste or missed anything, I'll make the necessary adjustment ASAP.

Hey, I was intending to make my character a cyber security analyst, and work at Fenton's office, but I don't know if it has that sort of department. Since it's a pretty small office to me, I guess not, but I figure that I should ask you first. If not, then I intend to make him a Federal Government's worker, which is pretty much a fancy title, nothing else.
I'll also keep an eye on this one, since this is a concept I have been trying to get involve in. It's interesting
I'll try to get one up if possible
