Digimon: World of Stone

Thirty minutes, that's really all it took for the dragon army to attack the base of beasts. The scenery changes from a quiet noon day with a clear sky to the sound of fireballs flying through the air and roars from both sides shaking the earth. On one side stood a couple dozen dragons, almost all of them were the same species as the fire dragons they followed here except one digimon that took the shape of a humanoid dragon digimon, his skin was black with small red wings. He stood in the back of the small army yelling commands and such as the lizards advanced.

On the defending side stood Sagittarimon atop the walls of the fort with an army of his own on the ground level.. These digimon took the shape of what should be gentle animals, sheep and moose. But the digimon themselves were not as gentle. They stared down the fiery lizards as if they were equals.

Long range attacks fired from both sides, most digimon getting hit square in the face, others dodging, but one thing was clear to the commander of the Dragon digimon and that was that the wall was not going to get destroyed any time soon.

“Guess nows our chance.” Kiba said as he saw the last of the beast digimon exit the building. “Lets go go go!!!” He said as he, Danny, and Robert plus their partners charged forward into the fort. The other two sitting back.

As the three entered the room they come across what looked like a glass table, electrical wires running through it. "Wonder what this does." Kiba said as he approached a panel to the side of it and flipping a couple switches.

"Idiot don't touch tha-" Wolfy was then cut off by a hologram appearing above the table. "This is a ..."

Kiba chuckled. "It's a map." He said as he examined it. "So we aaare, here?" He said as he pointed to what looked like an enterance all the way to the right. "Over here looks like a computer room." He said as he pointed to a room down the hall.

Wolfy then pointed to under them. "Down here looks like a dungeon. If there are any captured digimon here we need to save them." He said.

Kiba nodded to Gabumons plan before raising an eyebrow. At the top of the map looked like a room, but it looked like it was blocked off, away from the rest of the facilities. "Hey Wolfy, whats that?" He asked

"Who cares, we have bigger things to deal with."

"But what if THAT is where something important is." Kibas said as he looked for a path. He then looked to his companions, "Theres three paths and three of us. Me and Wolfy will go up. Robert, you and your partner head to the computer room and get as much info as you can. Danny, You guys go down and free some innocent digimon." He said as he charged forwards towards the stairs, Wolfy chasing him in anger at his partners rashness.

"Goddammit Kiba!!!"

As the two other pairs stayed outside, a blast sends one of the Moose like digimon and dark lizard digimon towards the other side of the battlefield. "I'll kill you, you lizard scum!!!!"

"Bring it on Antler head!!" They both taunted each other, Both standing in the open field between our protaganists and the fort. "Wait, whats that smell?" The Dark Lizarmon said as he raised his head before looking in the direction of our Protaganists.

"Yes, I smell it to. The smell of fresh meat." The Moosemon said as he also looked in the same direction. "How bought I finish you off after I deal with this ... snack."

"Haha, not if I eat them first." The Dark Lizarmon said as he jumped towards them.

Don't worry it's fine I don't really care how you use digimon NPC's. Honestly as long as its not to off base I'll really accept anything.

Also I'll begin to move the plot when @Duthguy posts but in conclusion Kiba and Robert are going to go in and Phase and Nami are staying outside?

Rainer sighed again at Lee and his conversation, as it was about to continue he heard an explosion underneath them, followed by the sound of running water. “Hey buddy, did you hear that?!” He asked.

"I can't swim! Someone---" he heard followed by the sound of splashing.

“Waters in the hull.” He mumbled in a grim tone. Waters in the hull, which means waters flooding the ship. If this doesn't get solved immediately it's gonna cause some problems. He truns to Lee "I leave the deck to you!” He said as he jumped off the side of the ship and floated under the water, examining the hull looking for the leak. There it is! He thought as he saw a small hole with legs stickers by out of them. He immediately swims downwards and grabs onto a boulder at the seafloor before swimming up to the hole and begins to push the girl up with his back enough for her head to be above water while swimming backwards, dragging the rock with him as eventually the rock plugs up the hole. “Crap. This rock is the only things keeping the hull closed, I don't have anything to keep it in place.” He then looks up at the girl, still struggling but his back is supporting her enough to breath. “Dammit, I'm the only thing keeping this rock here. I'm stuck!”

Rainer sighed at Lee's questions, still looking to the horizon as if it had the answers. "I've been hiding it pretty well up until now, it's just that the chaos has ... forced me to use my fishman traits more then I'd like. And I've been hiding it because, well, you may not have experienced it but humans aren't exactly the most accepting of species. If something is different from how they are or from where they're from then they are much more hostile." Rainer said in a shaky voice as he scratched his neck again.

Rainer took a deep breath to calm himself before continuing, "I want to say that I'm on an adventure for justice or maybe salvation like you are, but in actuality I'm just on a journey searching for ... something. I don't know what really. I just know that when I'm sailing across the seas I feel like I'm free and that I'm just one step closer to that ... that something that'll make it all worth it."

As abbygail descended into the hole, Rainer felt conflicted about what to do. He had the choice between leaving now or staying to fight. On one hand these guys were bad guys, they had hurt a lot of people and needed to be stopped. On the other they were already out at sea, no one was in danger anymore, and if he did leave he was sure the purplette and her friends(?) could stop them. Besides he wasn't their friend, he barely knew any of them.

He looked to the horizon at the open seas, I could leave now and it wouldn't matter. He thought before looking at the two other guys here. Kyy who helped hide his fishman traits and Lee who gave him medical herbs. These two treated me with kindness, I'll stay to return it at the least. He decided as he stood by the hole, taking out his weapon in case an enemy appeared. “You guys do whatever you need to do down there, I’ll stay here and keep your exit clear.” He said as he watched Abbygail and then Kyy jump into the hole.

As the group followed Robert who had summoned the bat-like probe, they were eventually led to a Gravimon Base that was built in the middle of a tree clearing, the base almost looked like a three story midevil fort, with brick walls made of what looked like black stones, with no actual doors and instead having archways that led into the building. The group had circled around to the east side of the base, still hiding in the trees, as to avoid what seemed to be a group of Dragon type digimon who were hiding in the west side. "My guess is those Dragon Types are gonna ambush the base any second now." Wolfy said as he examined the base, noticing that there were a couple animal looking digimon scattered around the tops of the bases. "Although I didn't expect the base to be firewalled."

"Firewwalled?" Kiba asked confused.

"Yeah, you see those black bricks that comprise the walls of the base. Its a special kind of brick that prevents digital beings of a certain level from entering."

Kiba nodded before scanning it with his digivice. "It says here the level is Rookie-Champion. So I'm assuming only Rookies and Champions can enter?"

Wolfy nodded, confirming Kiba "Yeah, you can't enter those archways if you're an in-training." He said looking at pabumon. "And I don't think that probe thingy will work in there either." He said looking at Robert. "Though I don't know why they would need to fire wall the area"

Kiba frowned. "Pabu, your gonna have to stay here and hide for me ok buddy?" He said as he grabbed pabu and placed him behind one of the trees nearby, placing rocks and such around him in order to hide him. "Stay here ok buddy?"

"Pabu!!" It said in an 'affirmative' way.

Kiba smiled before looking at the others. "So our main goal here is information gathering, I think the best plan of actioon would be to wait for those Dragon guys to attack and we sneak in during the chaos. Then find a terminal or something." He said tro the others, wanting to hear their responses. "OH, we should also probably wake up Phase shouldn't we."

Did you guys want to post or should I just continue the plot. Also Renny how long do you plan for Phase to be KOd? Did you want him to wake up before they get to the base or what?

Rainer looked away from Lee before whispering "Hiding your heritage and being proud are two different things." Rainer told the Zoan fruit user. Then again, I'm not exactly proud of my heritage either. He thought as an old memory briefly flashed threw his mind. He took a sharp breath, scratching his neck as if it was itching before looking around, trying to distract himself from the topic by assessing their surroundings, specifically the condition of the ship they were on. There are damages to the ships hull but nothing major. Besides the hole, burns on deck seems safe enough to walk on. Both starboard and port sides are doing fine. Bow looks reinforced with extra wood so no problem there, however the stern looks like its been through some shit even before today. I feel bad for the guy that'll have to fix that later. (Himself)

Rainer rubbed the back back of his head nervously at Abbygails question. “O-oh you saw that huh? Haha, um well you see, er I did this thingy,” He said as he fumbled through the sentence sweating bullets as she looked at hi. Fuck fuck fuck, I did not know anyone was watching. Man I have been really careless today. He mentally berated himself for his recklessness. “I’ll, um, I’ll tell you later,. K?” He told the purplette as he noticed the smoke nearby. “Ah, something's happening over there, we should probably check that out.” He said as he tried to divert the conversation before beginning to run to where the smoke on the boat was coming from.
