There are a lot of things in the world to be frightened of but Nana tries her best to emulate herself as someone who can persevere through even the toughest of times. With such a positive outlook on life and eagerness to learn the girl is always prepared for whatever comes her way.

Being a very young star, Nana is also still very naive to the dangers of the world, but she does her best to be a charming, twinkling light that others can look for in their time of darkness. Sooner or later she will be able to be that star that shines brighter than the rest.

Stance on Benders?: Nana has no real stance or preference on benders. She sees them as harmful as other people. Her father carries large prejudice against them but she knows he just grew up being taught to hate rather than to understand.

History: Her story begins with a man named Ren. He was a hard-working gentleman who lived in the Middle Ring. He lived and made enough to live comfortable by himself, being complacent with his life. Things didn't seem too hard until he had found himself a woman to call his wife. He met Hinoka and the two were immediately married soon after their first meeting. It was an arranged marriage brought on by his parents when he was a child. The two finally met after his twenty-eight birthday and married two months later.

Soon enough Hinoka gave birth to a bright and beautiful daughter who was the apple of their eyes. Ren had grown to be excited about his life as it wasn't as complacent as it once was. Now it was exciting with each new step that his daughter, Nana, took. She was a doe-eyed girl full of curiosity who always reached for more.

As the years passed by, Ren's youthful excitability about life dwindled with the on-coming problems of adult and parenthood. He loved his family, but soon all he ever did was work. He wanted the best for the women of his life so he worked as hard as he could to make enough money for them. He wanted them to be happy and to be able to reach whatever they wanted. Ren wanted his daughter to be able to dream and to be able to help her achieve those dreams, whatever they may be.

Nana was a bright student and Ren knew that one day she would be able to make it into the Upper Ring. He was going to do whatever he could to make that happen. He knew what was best for her as she was and still is too young and naive to know better.

Physical Description:
Rainer was made a bit wider and lengthier than most Sirèneau. He is standing tall at a height of six feet three inches with large, broad shoulders to carry his rectangular yet sculpted head and physique. Sirèneau aren't known to have any hair along their body with their skin being made of the usual scales of blues, greens, and purples. Rainer's scales are of a gray-blue hue. The "hair" that most Sirèneau have are just varying designs of fins that each are uniquely born with. His hands and feet are webbed, having it between each finger and toe. And the thing that is unique to Sirèneau is that they have gills, which help them breathe and take in oxygen that is usually on the sides of their necks by their jawline.

The Sirèneau mostly hail from a small planet called Lunétoile. It is an island covered in predominatly water, with it being 90 percent water and 10 percent land above sea level. Most Sirèneau live underground, beneath the sea level, as they are able to breathe underwater. They live deep down under the depths of the sea not knowing much about the life outside of their little world that they have created, that is unless you dream of traveling the galaxy like Rainer did.

Growing up the Sirèneauian man was always the odd man out. He wasn't born and shaped like most other Sirèneau, with him being both wider and lengthier than most others. His mother was a kind and caring person who taught him that the differences between him and the others were given to him for a reason. That idea was always implanted deep into his subconscious and when he grew of age he left the planet of Lunétoile on a small trade and cargo ship, heading for the unknown that was space.

The first few years of being a fish out of water really gave Rainer a reality check. Life wasn't as easy as he had expected it to be since all he had ever known was the shelters of under the waves and seas, but now being on his own he had to find a way to make his own living and have his own life. Struggling with the realities of life though, came at a really large price. He knew that once he had left his home planet he wouldn't be seeing his family ever again. It wasn't that Rainer was avoiding them, but he knew that if he fell into complacency back home he would never leave again, especially because life outside of Lunétoile was so hard. It was easy to fall back on something that you knew would always be there to help and support you, but Rainer dreamed of much more than just living under the sea and raising a small school of your own.

More years passed and during that time Rainer found himself at a small place called Belltown Spaceport. He was a cook for a small tavern who did his best to keep to himself, but somehow the troubles of life always seemed to knock at his door.

• Rainer is proficient in hand-to-hand combat along with above average skills with polearms and knives as they were used a lot to hunting when he grew up on Lunétoile
• Due to reading so much romance novels, Rainer has a superficial and romanticized view on love
• Lunétoile is located in the Zyphus Isles
