@Gunther Belly fat is harder to lose than fat in other areas of your body, and to banish stubborn fat you have to ramp up your workouts at full intensity. I still don't think you're old, maybe it is harder for you to drop unwanted pounds because you're stressed. After all, a person’s mental well being can have a direct impact on their weight.
