Edit: The more love Beauty feels, the stronger she gets, and her powers become enhanced. If someone were to kill the people that she loves (I.E. Mom, Dad, Family, Close Friends, etc...), Beauty would become a weak harmless human.is that better?

I have one issue with your CS;
The power 'Love' states that if nobody around her feels any kind of love for her, then she will turn into a weak human. However, in the weaknesses, you state that someone can stop her by killing all of the people she loves. In the 'Role in the Media and Public Eye' section it is stated that the public show her love and admiration.
On one side, you say that killing all of the people she loves will make her weak.
On the other side, killing the people around her with some sort of love for her will make her weak.

You will have to choose between the two, both conflict and will not do together.

The one issue I have with the CS is the 15 tons she can lift. If you were to bring that down to 6 tons, your character would be accepted. The 100 tons she can lift in dire situations can stay, as long as you do not use it too many times.

If you want, you may PM me what you currently have as an idea for your character, and I can tell you if it is okay or not. Because in all honesty, it'll probably be fine.

I also want to say that if you do want your character to be well known by the government for example, you may very well post that. Just make sure, as I said, he hasn't saved people from a nuclear bomb or similar.

Another question. Why is a city taking in 'heros' as a protective scheme? Is the government trying something out in this city before doing the same for the rest? Has a third-party managed to get permission to establish their own paramilitary force but replaced the mercenaries with heros? Working on a AI character but don't want to imply somthing within the bio that is in fact false.

Think about Spiderman. The government didn't really ask him to be a hero. He just came and started to be a hero.
That's kind of like what this team is. They came, banded together, and began to be a hero team. Think about Avengers Assemble. Except they weren't asked to do it.
The characters can start having already saved people, but nothing major. The heroes can't have saved the city from something, say, a nuclear bomb. That's a bit much. The most I'd be willing to allow would be the hero saving a small hostage situation, unless otherwise said by Monster. The heroes can't already be known for saving the world from devastation.

"Systems check. Again." The AI known as Sif ran the system check of the ship in less than a second. She wanted to make sure that the ship was still in a good condition for the crew when they got back. "Everything checks out. Again." She says to herself. "Maybe I should... Woah, what's this?" Sif ran a quick status check and simulation of the engines and propellants, running over one hundred thousand simulations within two seconds. Her hologram appeared in the engine room, her face having a frown on it. One of the thrusters was having a minor problem, the thruster not responding within one second during twenty seven of the simulations. That needed to be corrected.

Sif inserted herself directly into the electronics and ran a check. They were the problem, so she quickly fixed it with a script that would direct more energy to firing that one specific thruster, meaning that the signal would travel faster. Another hundred simulations, and she found it was working.
"Now, lets see what the others are up to, shall we?" Sif begins to run a hacking script, quickly stripping away security code and firewalls before entering the CCTV network of the metropolis. She moved a camera so she could see the crew as well as hear the conversation via the microphone in the camera.
