Current Smarty Jones... Just... Consider removing the 'Smarty' part of your name if you're going to try and kick up a side-argument here, there's no reason for that. Otherwise, let's just move on.

People don't tend to think about rules when in disputes. Instead, just point out that whoever stops arguing first gets to see the other make a fool of themselves if they going after it all stopped.

The best part about being on the Guild this long is that nowadays, I can sit back and chuckle as the newcomers try to start a fight an instead get all the old hands ganging up on them. Popcorn for me.

Got my first covid vaccination today. I was terrified, but the staff there were very well trained and things went well.

Every few minutes playing Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, I tear up from the memories. It's not often you get a game that truly pulls at the same heartstrings as your childhood playthrough's once did.

I don't know what NPC villains means, but I originally didn't set out to makes this a Heroes vs. Villains thing.

An NPC is a Non-Player Character, a character that is not controlled by any of the RPers, or other players. For example, if you are playing Halo, single player, you would be controlling the main person. The people you are shooting at, the AI, are NPCs, as they are not controlled by any players. In pokemon, you'd be playing as a trainer, and all the other trainers that run in your way and ask you to battle (more like 'force' you to battle) are NPCs, as they are not players. I mean, what player would stand in the middle of a park for hours on end!!!??? xD
Once she was captured, Ruby let out a distressed meow. Could the man not see that she was trying to escape from the building? Ruby could easily go into half-cat form and escape the man's grasp, as he probably would not be prepared for a sudden person appearing to be in his arms instead of a much smaller cat. When the man asked where her owner was, and if she had a collar, Ruby lets out another meow. Rachael would not like to hear that someone was calling about Ruby, as last time, Ruby was kept inside for a few days. This time...

Her thoughts were interrupted when a loud voice came from the stairs. It seemed to grab everyone's attention, except Ruby was still set on escaping. She looked at Josh's face, her eyes locking with his, and she hissed, hissed like no normal cat should be able to, desperately wanting out of his grasp. She showed her teeth meanwhile. All these people are evil. Damn evil. They torture cats. She thinks, while she squirms and hisses some more.
Do whatever you feel like. Catch her, and she'll be a bit... upset, don't, and she'll probably just observe until she feels like, I don't know, turning evil and stealing or something.
Watching as someone made his way over, Ruby panics and struggles to move away from the hand reaching for her. As her last resort from squirming, she lashed out, hissing, her claws reaching for the person's hand, she didn't bother to see if she managed to contact the person, she squirmed again, getting out from under the couch and darting for the stairs. He tried to grab me. Probably to cat-nap me to make me work for this weird hero group. Nuh uh. No way. She thought.
No. I kinda wanted her to be good, but she is more neutral. I could make her a villain if you want. And I said I'd have her walk in on her own, which I did already.

Edit: I may make her a villain. A weak villain, but one nonetheless.
Is anyone gonna notice Ruby?
A hero meeting? Ruby thinks to herself as she listens. What is this, some kind of superman fanboy meeting? If she were not in her cat form and trying to hide herself, she would have laughed. She decided she would come here often, as if this was some stupid fanboy meeting, it would be quite hilarious. Unfortunately, her humourful thoughts disappeared as soon as 'Leonardo' transformed into.. A turtle? Ruby let's out a loud meow of fear. She had never seen such a thing. Her bell jingles as she pushes herself further under the couch.
Ruby was perched on a small ledge, prowling across low rooftops, looking for something she could do. For the past few days, she had been living off of donations of one of the few people who knew her, her only friend, Rachael. Well, that was partially a lie. Rachael wasn't a friend, more of Ruby's owner, as she had 'adopted' Ruby when she was in her cat form. Rachael did not know about Ruby's half-cat form, just believing her to be a normal cat, as every day Ruby went outside for either a few hours or the entire day.

As she prowled around the rooftops in her half-cat form, she took note that a fair few individuals seemed to be entering a building that was inconspicuous. As she had nothing else to do, she decided she would just invade the house with her presence. Turning into her cat form, the black fur forming on her body, her body shrinking down to cat-size. She then made her way down from the roof, trotting her way over to the house, the bell on her collar jingling beside a tag with her name Ruby on it as well as a phone number, Rachael's phone number.

Once she reached the door of the building, she jumped through an open building, slipping in. She followed the sound of footsteps to a staircase leading underground. Seeing as there was nothing else to do inside of the building -it appeared to be quite empty- the curious cat made her way down.
What she found seemed to be strange. Why would the building have barely anything upstairs, but have a basement with rooms? Ruby thought to herself, trotting silently through the hallway, her bell echoing as she went.

Peering into one of the rooms, it seemed to be a meeting room of some sort, and was already occupied by a few people. Her bell jingles as she moves into the room and slides under a sofa, her head now peering out from under the sofa as she listens to and watches what is going on, her bell jingling gently as she moves a little.
I'm probably going to have it so that Ruby was not invited to the meeting, as she hasn't done anything to really class her as a hero (well, not until now, anyways). I'll probably have her walk in on her own, being a curious cat.
Hello. Thanks for starting this up for us. I'll be waiting for the IC, then.

Name: Angel
Description: Angel has beautiful white fur and blue eyes. As she has just become an adult, though she looks more like an old teenager, she is below-average size for a wolf. The fur just above her paws are a light grey colour.
What role you wish to play: Iota. Basically part of the bulk of the pack, usually consisting of pups that had just become adults, newer members of the pack, or disrespective wolves that were not as bad as to fall into the rank of omega. In this case, Angel will be a pup that just became an adult.
Gender: Female
Personality: Angel is quite cheerful and playful. Even though now being an Iota, she remains to have a puppy-like personality. If she sees a threat or feels threatened in some way, and quickly tries to hide (behind a pack member or behind an object of the terrain such as a rock), or she may even run. Angel has a habit of showing that she likes people, mostly in the way of nuzzling.
Mate or crush: N/A
Other: She wants a mate.
