Location; Room 4-F
Interacting With; Each other (@Altered Tundra@lovely complex)

Felicity didn’t realize how long she had been staring at her new, handsome roommate. She listened to his voice as he thanked his father under his breath. Hades. Her sea colored orbs watched while he stretched and even let an adorable noise escape his mouth. Was she smitten by this man she just nearly met? She did not know, but she did know that she liked looking at him. He was a beautiful masterpiece - no one could deny that. When he turned toward her and finally realized she was sitting next to him, they simply stared at each other. Just like him, her expression did not reveal much of how she felt but when he locked his mesmerizing, newly cut, green grass orbs with her blue, her stomach began to flutter with butterflies.

When he finally addressed her, she took in his voice. His tone was comforting and like a welcoming warm bath after a long day’s work. With that being said, there was still a slight uneasiness in his timbre like the workload of his life weighed on him more and more as the days passed. Putting her pointer finger up for him to give her a moment, she opened her sketchpad and went to one of her older drawings of her mother’s sigil. Not hiding the picture from him, she traced her first name in delicate cursive with her pencil underneath the symbol. Lissie was not putting any magic in the object, she simply wanted to introduce herself without summoning Isaac, her raven. Once she was done, she turned her pad to him and gave the older man a shining smile and a nod that meant ‘it’s nice to meet you’. Putting her pad back down on her lap, along with her pencil, she placed both her hands on her soft, light pink lips to symbolize she could not speak. She was a mute.

When Dante saw that sigil, he recognized it instantly. It was of Hecate, a close friend to Dante’s father, Hades. He often remembered Hades speak of Hecate back when he was still living in the Underworld, often accompanied by him showing Dante her symbol of the three tridents behind a pentagram, and two lunar moons on both right and left of it. So, that would mean the frail, blonde girl that he was looking at was a Daughter of Hecate. Felicity was her name.

Still wondering why she didn’t speak, Dante observed her, seeing her hands on her lips. What was that supposed to mean? Was she trying to show him something on her lips? Dante had a mildly-puzzling look on his face. His head turned slightly to the side, blinking curiously at Felicity. Questions upon questions started to flood his mind, most of them best being paraphrased as:

What is it that she’s trying to tell me?

Dante liked to pride himself a bit in his abilities to observe and pick up on things, but it seemed he was lacking here. Maybe the surprise of her being next to him all of sudden played a part, or she was as mysterious as her Godly mother.

Are your lips alright?” Dante asked, feeling he couldn’t hold it in any longer. “I could get a cloth.” Dante would proceed to stand up. He made the motion to start to stand up, a grunt escaping his mouth.

With a silent sigh, Lissie grabbed his sleeve and gently tugged him back to stay. She shook her head to answer his question. Being stubborn, she didn’t want to have her go-to translator appear out of the blue and talk for her. Instead she let go of his sleeve and went straight into sign language, hoping he could put two and two together, ‘I lost my voice a long time ago, Dante.’ She had no idea if he understood the language but she would wait patiently. Her raven would be her last resort.

And with that, Dante felt like a complete imbecile. The signs were there, yet he did not read them clearly enough. Sign language he understood perfectly, but when it came to simply charade-like body language, he was as foolish as some of the jesters in medieval times.

When it finally dawned to him and he relaxed against the soft couch once again, Dante was mentally cursing himself for his foolishness. When he spent just one short moment doing that, meadow-colored orbs once again fell upon the golden-haired girl. Dante knew he had to apologize. While he did not feel anxious as he did before, again he was in the situation to talk first. He took a deep breath, and went with the flow.

My apologies. I am —” he paused briefly, looking into her eyes so that he could emote his sincerity clearer “—I am usually more aware of things like that.” he said. Dante ran a hand through his hair, noting an awkward undertone in his body language, but his apologetic eyes never left the sight of Felicity.

Giving him a kind smile, Lissie signed, ‘I should say sorry. I assumed you did not know sign.’ A faint blush fell on her face to show she was slightly embarrassed herself. ‘Sometimes I have my bird talk for me but I didn’t want to call him. Not until the Assembly.’ Her face grew pale with the daunting thought that she would be in front of the entire student body introducing herself. She hadn’t interacted with that many people in years and even when she did at parties, she was able to hide away somewhere, eat fruit and draw.

Bird?” Dante raised his half-curious, half-confused brow followed by a noise that hinted the same things. “I didn’t see a bird around, unless he’s in your room.” Dante scratched his head.

Brushing her nervousness away, she took the chance to ask him a favor, ‘When you’re free, maybe tomorrow since today is a busy day, can you show me around?’ Ms. Hawthorne did say her roommate would be glad to give her a tour, but maybe she simply said that because she had to.

Dante gave her a confirming smile. “Of course. You’re new, right? I mean, you don’t look like you’ve been here long.” Whoa, that was a lot to say, but Dante didn’t really notice. “I’d love to show you around.” Dante smiled again, but this time it was more of a friendly, welcoming smile to assure Felicity that he was genuine in his words.

I got here around 7 am! So, yes, I’m very new.’ she continued to sign. By now, Dante should realize that a smile was a usual sight on Lissie’s face. She was a happy-go-lucky girl and if she could talk, her voice would sound like a singing nightingale or at least that’s how most people imagine her voice to be. Before she brought her attention to her sketch pad, she directed the conversation so that he could talk more than just short seconds. She did love hearing his voice. ‘Mind telling me about the school? Pointers? Events? The people?” Once she was done, she grabbed her pencil and turned her pad to an empty page. With her fairly decent photographic memory, and this time making sure he didn’t see what she was drawing (yet), she began to swiftly sketch while listening to him talk.

Humming thoughtfully, Dante tried to think of what exactly she might want to know about. There were a lot of places on the campus that were noteworthy. There were the many shops, the buildings where students went for their classes, there was the assortment of gyms, a grand park where one could go to just get away from everything(that was in the northernmost part of Olympus Academy). It was hard for Dante to just pick a few that could get her interested. As he would look upon her face, Dante saw the eager look she had. It brought a smile to him.

Well, the campus has a lot of things for just about everyone, but my favorite thing above all else is Olympian Park. It’s ways away from the people-infested campus and shops. It’s beautiful. The meadows are filled with all kinds of flowers. It’s on the northern edge of the entire campus right near where the trees are. It’s a place where a lot of people can go to just think about things. I go there for the silence.” As he spoke, it was evident that Dante Belmont spoke with passion, with a genuine fondness for what that park meant to him. He might’ve not been a big talker, but certain things got him going.

Gazing up at him for a moment when he mentioned the park, her expression immediately filled with intrigue. Not only did her roommate speak with spirit when it came to this place, which was more emotion than he was capable of showing, he also unintentionally mentioned a place that Lissie knew she would adore. Was he a mind reader? Did he have an idea that she loved nature, gardens, and anything recreational really? Maybe at the end of their tour tomorrow, they both could go to the park.

Bringing her attention back to the drawing, she let silence surround them. All one could hear was her pencil working its magic against the rough paper. Not too long though, she flipped her pad so that it was facing and resting on her lap. She wasn’t ready to show it to him just yet.

Leaning in closer to him, she gently grabbed his right hand. Her hands were a tad bit cold but her skin was soft like silk. Lissie positioned his hand where his pointer finger was aiming toward the sky and the rest of his fingers closed toward his palm. She stared at him to keep his hand like that, hoping the message was conveyed through her eyes.

Going back to her pad, she swiftly flipped it over, brought it up, and held it in front of her chest. Finally revealing her drawing, Lissie gave a playful grin. The drawing was of his hand in the same position that it was in now, with a red, black, and white butterfly resting on his finger. Colors that she thought about when she looked at him. In the corner of the pad, it said 10 secs, 45 secs. 2 seconds had passed and the butterfly flew out of the picture (signaling it had hit the 10 second mark).

Fluttering in the air, the small butterfly slowly and gracefully made it’s way to his finger and rested itself on it. She would have drawn a portrait of his face but she thought this was a little less intimidating for a thank you gift. When time would run out, the almost real butterfly would return to the drawing and become 2D art again. Then and only then she would offer the art to him. For now, Lissie would watch him carefully.

Dante didn’t know what to do - well, okay, that was a lie. He knew what to do, but how to do it was another story. It was an amazing sight that he just saw. Something that she drew on that sketchpad of her’s came to life. Dante has only heard rumors of a gift like that. An ability that gives the holder of a magical pencil to literally animate their drawings. He thought it was only rumor. Note the surprise on his face.

Dante looked on as Felicity with the most amazed expressions he could. One would wager that he went from a friendly roommate to some drooling fan. It was astonishing how she was able to turn the usual facially-neutral Dante into someone who was widely smiling cheek-to-cheek. It was Dante Belmont was a little kid again. Who knew someone so much younger-looking than he was could make this kind of impression?

That was...astounding.” Dante finally said after a long pause. “How were you able to do that?” Dante asked. He was far beyond the point of being neutrally curious. Dante wanted to know more about her. It was rare for that to happen, but then again, Felicity is proving herself to be a rare girl.

Wanting to keep Dante interested in her and not ready to give him all the answers, she stuck out her tongue and signed, ‘A magician never reveals her secrets.’. She took the next minute to gingerly rip the paper out of the pad and give him the drawing with the butterfly, ‘It’s all your’s, roommate.’ Once the paper was in his grasp, her blue orbs twinkled charmingly, ‘Thank you for your kindness and I hope we can get along for the rest of the year.’ She did allow him to examine her pencil and drawing pad if he wanted to come up with his own theories (and see her other drawings).

And I thank you for your’s. I will cherish it always.” Dante smiled softly, making sure that he did not to wrinkle the paper as he would glance at his briefly. That brief moment, however, turned into a full minute of looking at it. His eyes could not peel away from the sight of how beautifully drawn it was. The detail was lifelike. Given what he just saw, it was not only in a metaphorical sense, but it was also in a literal sense. Dante never was this open and comfortable around people he barely met, but this girl made it easy for him to talk. He felt like he could tell her anything..

And yet, there were just some thing that should never be told to anyone for any reason whatsoever.

In that moment, Dante’s smile suddenly went neutral, his eyes going to the picture, but he wasn’t gleaming like before. A short huff of a laugh came from his mouth, and Dante slightly shook his head. He would get up. “I apologize, Felicity, I must get my bags to my room. So, I must excuse myself for the time being.” Dante said, giving his ever-famous feign of a smile.

His aura changed within seconds. The room felt rather heavy, like something entered his mind to make him want to be alone. Her worry and curiosity peaked but she would keep that to herself. They weren’t friends yet. Therefore, she wasn’t someone he saw as worth giving a piece of his heart to yet. Her gaze softened, her smile wasn’t as big, but she was able to nod and accept his desire. ‘I’ll be in my room.’ she replied with her hands. Standing up as well, she picked up her things and with her soundless steps, Lissie walked passed him and back into her room.
@Altered Tundra I'll hopefully start Lissie and Dante collab tomorrow

And once a Tess post is up, expect Ceil ;P
@smarty0114 the only reason I noticed it was because it's my year (yay cheats xD)
@smarty0114 oh my bad. Must have passed me by or I'm a hot mess. Prob a bit of both. She looks good to me, besides her year 1993. That's my year and I'm 23. You have her as 20. You can just take the year off if you don't want to do the math.

She's accepted tho.
@Thundercrash I could be totally wrong with dates but I do know it's vacation fer sure.

Saturday just makes sense mentally for me for people to have a party and get shitfaced xD
@Thundercrash No. It's still vacation. The time skip was only a day.

Vacation ends next week. After this day Hushed may do a week timeskip.

If I'm not mistaken, it's probably Sunday... I think we started IC a Saturday or Friday. I'd have to look back.

Calm → Subtle forewarning while still being her playful self → Popular *Sigh*

Waking up from her calm, enjoyable slumber, Gianna opened her eyes gradually after hearing a loud *thump* to the ground. Jackson's voice was simply background noise as she allowed herself to comprehend the world. A dreamless night. How wonderful. Perhaps, she should get that drunk more often. Her melting chocolate orbs stared at the ceiling for a brief moment. Her head was pounding but nothing she couldn't bare. Sitting up, her bronze skin looked smooth like silk, especially in the red tinted light and her light brown hair with blonde highlights wildly draped on the right side of her head. Although she did have morning hair, she still carried that sex goddess allure - a beautiful, hot mess. Her gaze met with the nervous boy's stare. A blush fell on his face while he covered his mouth with his hands. Gia couldn't help but respond with a soft smile. He was embarrassed, but why? Was she that intimidating even when she slept?

Looking around the room, she thought to herself, 'Oh, that's right.... so he thinks he had sex with me.' Her phone vibrated but she didn't want to be rude. She simply listened to the cute boy ramble and show his obvious disarray. To lighten the mood, and hopefully ease his tension, she let out a cute giggle, "You're something else, Jackson."

Once she was done stretching her long, slender body, not feeling nearly as awkward as him, Gia stood up and approached the hero at a leisurely pace, so that she could get a better look at his face before replying. "Why don't you take me out to dinner tonight?" She let that question settle in before continuing, "Then I'll fill you in on our late night adventure." She tilted her head, whilst giving an impish wink. Her captivating stare never looked away from his soft blue eyes, "This will give you most of the day to truly consider the question you just asked me. But also." She leaned in by his ear and whispered with her seductive, red wine voice, "You'll have the chance to ask me whatever you want."

Walking passed him, Gia went to his desk and scribbled her number on a random piece of paper. Turning to him, leaving her number behind, she genuinely smiled, "I'll return your clothes after I wash them. Text me if you still want to follow through, with the time and place. If I don't receive a text, I'll know your answer." She took the next moments to collect her things.

Going to him once more, Gia gently planted her warm lips on his cheek, "I'd love to stay but I have dance class."

After she gave the boy a moment to react, she dismissed herself, leaving him in his room to contemplate what he should do. She wouldn't blame him if he didn't want to go on a date with her. Even Gia can admit she wasn't an easy woman to be with. Walking in the opposite direction of Lucas, yes, still very much in Jackson's clothes, she continued her way to her bedroom on the third floor. After sauntering her way back to her room, she responded to the texts she received throughout the morning. 'My, my. Aren't I popular.'

To: Fresh Meat
If u want to talk, come with me to dance class. Fountain in an hr.

If one hadn't noticed, Gia wasn't someone who gave information out for free. If you gave her something that intrigued her or even just amused her, maybe she would give you a bone but until then, not many people were able to get her to talk.

Unless said person was an exception. Her gaze narrowed at the text from Mitch.

To: The Privileged
If ur not gonna pull your mind games on me, u know where my room is. U may walk in on me changing. I leave in an hr.

Before she set her phone down so that she may get ready for her day, she sent a quick text to Lucas.

To: My Pup
U missed a bit. Where did u run off to last nite?

Piano music resounded in the library. Her head resting on a table and face on a book, Ellie's phone rang throughout the building that had no one but her in it. Shooting her head up, having only gotten an hour and a half of sleep, she tiredly and hurriedly grabbed her phone and answered it with a tiny yawn. The piano ringtone seized. Wiping the sleep off her face, having not checked who called, the brunette muttered, "Hello? Eliana Lovelace speaking."

"Did you not take your pills again?" A happy, kiddish, honeyed coated voice was on the other line. She sounded like she was chewing gum too (like a damn cow) - what time was it?

"I didn't want to... why are you calling? Are you alright?"

An almost appalled chuckle came out of the other girl's voice as she listened to her sleepy sister, "If I remember correctly, you needed me. Something about bringing you clothes. Does that ring any bells?"

Finally grasping reality, Ellie glanced up at the clock. Her green eyes widened, "Wait today? What time? I-uh... what time?"

"OH-MY-GOD. Something happened last night, didn't it?!" The excitement was building up in the other girl's voice. There was no doubt she had confidence in knowing what Ellie was going through.

Bewildered, the hero alone in the library hesitated before responding, "I may have a date... in a couple of hours. Around lunch time."

"NO FUCKING WAY!" There was a brief pause while the other girl had a short freak out of happiness, "Don't you dare bail on this guy. Go and come back, and tell me all about it! Your spare key is in our spot, yeah?"

"Jenna, you didn't even tell me what time you--" Ellie was cut off by her younger sister before she could even finish her sentence.

"Don't worry about it! You better dress fine. I'm ready to meet a damn guy of your's. You need to get laid! I'll be waiting in your room when you're back~ Bye bye now."

"Wai-" The other line went dead. Ellie sat in her seat, frozen for an instant. Her sister was so goddamn hyper in the morning. Taking a deep inhale in, she breathed out heavily. 'You'll be fine. Today is going to be a good day.' Glancing at her phone, she noticed a text from Benny. Sighing to herself, the brunette silently replied to him.

To: Benny Hops
Lunch engagement and sister visit. Nothing to complain about. And you?

Glancing down at the book, it seemed like she had chosen to continue reading Wuthering Heights, but with an undamaged copy. She'd have to pay the librarian back for that even though Lucas was the one who ruined it. Cleaning up, Ellie gathered her things and left the building. Strolling out of the library, she walked through the Gardens to get to the East Dorms. She stopped in her tracks to watch Hugo and his friend jam out. Ellie didn't talk to Hugo much but she could appreciate him for being a fellow musician. The bags under her eyes were apparent, but she didn't care. Today was going to be a great day. She had a date with Elijah! And music was always a good sign that today would be better than yesterday. If Ellie wasn't as reserved, she would sing along, but, of course, that wasn't in her nature. She would simply stand and watch from a far.

They met eyes briefly. In response, she gave him a kind wave, which was her way of complimenting him. Once that was all said and done, she went on her merry way to get ready for her day. Her date! There was no way in hell she would allow Lucas to slip on her mind. No. She had a date with an intellectual man and it was going to be fantastic!

Approaching her dorm, Dream Catcher noticed sitting in front of it staring at the clouds... Keats. 'Oh brother'. Jess and her had yet to pay their respects to him for helping Lucas. For now, Ellie would (attempt) to continue on her lovely business. Approaching him, she faintly said, "Excuse me." and made her way passed him (maybe?) - ideally she wanted to enter the dorm without an interaction.
Gia's post is done. Working on Ellie's! Like I said, I write better at night xD

The deed is done.
