Normally I'd be all over that, but I have a pretty full plate at the moment.

My next post is going to start outlining our first little mission and what not, and it'll take a little while to put together, so if you don't have anything overly serious you want to post, go for it, but don't have your characters wander off right away.

Also, I have to reiterate that while the enthusiasm and momentum is awesome, let's keep in mind that it can be overwhelming for people to keep up with at times, so give people a chance to respond, and in my particular instance, some time to actually get story stuff set up and posts written out. I'd rather have some meaningful quality stuff that doesn't feel slapped together for you guys instead of feeling like I have to slap something out the door right away. Hell, we've already gotten ahead of my notes and I'm trying to play catch up even for this first mission. I don't want to half ass this stuff.

Nothing's really getting repaired until the crew can get some parts and what not, right now it's basically identify the problems and get shit stowed away. In Tanya's situation, it's basically "Hey, what the fuck are these things so I can find out if changing the oil is going to set the place on fire" until she can start stocking up on the bare essentials for vehicle maintenance. Vellios is best off just doing some basic house keeping in the meantime.

Drono smuggled alot of stuff. Drugs, guns, booze, illegal materials, asari porn....

I'll be doing the time skip as soon as everyone feels like they've wrapped up what they're doing. I don't want to start a bunch of new interactions at the moment, but we'll use Trickster's impending post to kind of segway us to the next bit, and if anyone was still working on something on the ship, we can always do a split post that lets them finish up and carry on the current story bits.

Speaking of which, sorry about the delay, Hank. Today's been a rough one, what with my veins blowing up from failed IV sites and all that. I'm going to work on it in a few minutes.

Also, forgive my ignorance, but where exactly did the vampire lord come from? Was that someone from the story before I joined, or did I miss something?

It's not so much "desperate" as it is...Crippling the crew's front line. Alex is a vanguard biotic, where Charge and Nova alone would probably take a heck of a toll on her calorie usage. If Alex's rations are taken, she will be forced to eat the same food as the crew.

So, unless the crew food is fortified with the necessary nutrients and calories to sustain an active and physically strong biotic vanguard...she will probably be forced to eat a LOT of food, just to do her job. Combine that with a Krogan and a few asari...
