Lucas Gutenberg

Lucas let out a groan as he pondered his options with contemplative frown. If he is going to be honest, he would rather not take both and focus on getting books and operating as a librarian for the guilds public library. Especially with the recent of headaches he's feeling. It wasn't anything worrying but sometimes he felt some weird sense of deja vu doing his daily routine and sometimes the reverse also happen as well. He had been considering asking for a brief leave to get some fresh air but this sudden eagerness of the guildmaster put an end to that.

If he had to put a pin on when the eagerness started it would be when some members of the guild acted weird, as if they were seeing the guild for the first time. He would look more into it but he is busy organizing a new function for the library, one that would allow the library to turn into a hang out for younger people with toys, board games and other activities they could partake within reason.

But if he needs to choose then...

"I think I'll participate for the games." he decided as a bout of deja vu entered his head.

"I'm not sure when but I remember promising to do that." he added as memories of a time separate to his mixed in his head.

"So if were making analogies, this place would be a game's public server while these kingdoms are the dungeons." Shirona commented as a smile got sketched on her face clearly excited at the idea of doing what is basically a 'raid' to the Kingdom.

"So the Sovereign would they always be a single person? Could they be a group? Could Kingdoms merge and have multiple Sovereigns?" Shirona wondered with curiosity as she toyed at the idea of a Sovereign. To be honest having a personal land where her desires are imposed seemed interesting. Imagine a grand play where everyone will follow a perfect script while she...

While she...

You know what? Being a Sovereign is overrated, if some random force would hand her desires with a silver plate then what is the point of choosing to leave that place? To be honest it is really stupid that she considered the idea in the first place!

"That does explain why the memory of these place photos disappears once I return to the real world."
Kairi Uzui

Kairi smelled the scent of blood before hearing the bells shifting the kunoichi into a state of alarm that filled the room.

"An attack!" Kairi yelled to everyone in the room as she took out her blades, a pair of wakazashi hidden in her jacket's sleeve. "Get Takaya and Kenzo-sama into the hidden room, the rest folllow me!" she yelled as she began sprinting to the door. Those who followed her will begin hearing her mumbling.

"Footsteps are mostly from our side, enemy appears to stationary, no sounds of gunshot, demon presence is likely. Priority is to search for cover and determine enemy's general direction."

With a plan quickly set in her mind she went outside moving to the sounds of the guards mounting a defense and see the direction of how a corpse fell. If the enemy remains stationary...

Then its time to hunt her prey.

The demon would see the tall frame of Kairi as she moves quickly and charge at his direction. She hasn't seen him yet but catching her off guard appears to be an impossibility right now.

Interested might make something later.

Shirona would make a little bow to Signora and her companion Daimon as a sign of respect, at the end of the day everyone around her would be her future teammates, no need to sabotage her first impression for the sake of her curiosity.

She will get her chance later and she might not even need to move her finger for that.

Before she found the opportunity to speak, the noise of a train whistle descending from the sky, passing by a nearby building before landing to the center of the Scramble. She would let out a whistle as she watched the action.

”Damn Seiji, you really need to bring me to your incursions.” Thespian spoke in a teasing voice despite not being sure if she could be heard by the man. She won’t put it past him to be capable of hearing them.

She would then turn to Signora and Daimon who are still on the roof.

”Last to the train is a rotten egg!” she yelled as she leapt from the roof, Daji following her and manifesting an oven like construct which she grabbed as she made her descent.

”Most would go for a limousine or an airship.” Shirona commented as he looked at Seiji in a teasing tone. ”But I suppose you could never go wrong with classics.” She would then look at the train with an appraising eye.

”So what can it do, aside from not needing tracks to move or fly?”
Kairi Uzui

Kairi looked at the shrine with a nostalgic smile, the place reminds her of the headquarters she resided in Kyoto, it is a little heartwarming that despite the many breaches to traditions the Tokyo branch had made some things are kept the same.

She let out a sigh as she tuned out the conversation before her, logically she knew why this branch took in some demons, in fact she knew some cases where it worked. Yet, she cannot help but fear for the day that it will turn out that the attempt to reach their hand is a mistake.

Someone needs to be prepared, someone needs to be vigilant when it happens and if Guen is too busy grieving to be that person then she would be.

Kairi’s mind returns to the real world as she hears Kenzo talking about experimenting on his Soryu. “I would like to see the process myself; perhaps it could provide insight a simple instruction couldn’t provide.” Kairi spoke as she looked around the temple.

“While we’re at it, I would look into the recent news around this city, it would help navigate Funachi once I began my incursions.”

While we're at or, Cheerleaders don't spin batons. XD

That's the Drum Majorette of the Marching Band. ^_^

Thanks give me a minute.

Like a performer under the spotlight, Shirona would turn around and face the source of the sudden voice. It would be a familiar one but it is something that she needs to shove aside for now. Her eyes would look for a brief moment at the bow before she spun her staff like a majorettes' baton. Meanwhile Daji looms over her as its visage stares at Lucrezia prepared but not hostile.

"Is the name of our mutual acquintance Senji? Or did I lure his enemies?" Shirona's voice asked the newcomer in a sing song voice. She is confident that regardless of what happens she could find a way to get out relatively unscathed.

"Regardless you can call me the Thespian, would you give the honor of knowing your names." she asked steadfastly holding on her showmanship.
Cristina Bernardino

Cristina took a moment to clutch her te pain in her head, it's been around a week since that fiasco (in her eyes) of an operation. While time and medical attention had healed her physical scars, she still needs to rest from the countless battles she faced since joining Task Force Obsidian. Said rest is not an entirely bad thing as it allowed her to visit her sister, things between them are pretty awkward and the path of repairing their relationship as sisters will be long but she is optimistic at her chances.

She let out a sigh as she looks at the sights of the reconquered city, she wasn't aware of the battle that took place here but she knew that before her is a recovering city and a sign that things are getting better for this country.

In fact the thought of what happens next cross her mind, she had no intention of staying in the military after this war but should she do? Head to a desolate town with her sister once she got released and her pensions? That sounds a tempting prospect, a very nice one thing to consider.

She let out a sigh as she head to the meeting place, she can daydream about her future later. She needs make out of this war in one piece first. Once she did that, she could start dreaming about her future afterwards.
