Shiet, I may just have to loan in Norlandia to give Saorise company.
Since I mostly use YouTube as my playlist...

I could have gone on more I think, but that section was already getting very long to begin with. At the rate I was going it would be like I was making the north the focus of the RP and not anywhere else. So I tried to go over it and explain some factors that goes into that area and hopes the map would imply the rest.
Wait, aren't we pretty far north though? I know I changed a few things when I read that the Northern Deserts are sub-artic.

I'd place us roughly around the 30 degree mark. There are going to be cool seasons, but they're not going to be freezing.

What effects the north would be - in my book - the long expanse of basically nothing up to those mountains. There'd be the season effect of the world's tilt to and from the sun, but seasonal warm moist air probably would not factor as heavily there as it would in the south or sometimes in the mountains. And with a minimal lack of mountains - save for dunish regions/highlands - there's a lot of unblocked landmass for colder arctic air to span further south earlier in the year and probably last longer. It's not to say all of it is and will be comparable to Siberia. But its position and relative nature throughout it and beyond it would make it like the The Taklamakan Desert in my book.

But the cold rain-shadowed desert would mostly be on the west side I imagine. There's a break in the mountains there that I feel would and should factor into things be introducing more season warm wind to mingle with the colder air making a section of there to be more temperate. It's probably one of the more diverse areas lumped together because it's geographically the same, but environmentally different. So you have cold-ass desert on one side, then it eases into sort starts turning into something more like this the more east you get...

I'd say summer, seems to pretty much be the pretty standard way to start. Though it may not matter nearly as much when the most northerly people who aren't in mountains can enjoy a more-or-less eternal summer.

I'll also start posts later today.

What is even

So Chapa was asking for some additional details about the size of the map. Namely how big those little decorative squares I put in the ocean are. With some informal math and calculating I measured them out at being roughly 475.5 tall and wide, or with an area of 226,100.25 kilometers square. About 9 and three-quarters stacked makes up the distance between the 10 degree parallel and 50th.

On a map, the distance between the horizontal parallels (10 degree and 50 degree) is comparable to the distance between Terezigno, Italy and Mukalla City, Yemen.

Also IC is open, it's been open.

Knowing this, I went out of my way to do some comparisons to RL nations from the above linked map.
Svargiya is about the size of Tunisia.
Poertia is about the size of Yemen.
Angor is about the size of Bulgaria or Portugal.
As far as I can tell Manya-Samyaa is about 3/4 the size of Iraq.
And Vos is about the size of Syria.
And if you lump Corsica and Sardinia together you'd get Daria.
