Zande would instead piston his weapon up to gore the man's exposed right armpit as he reacted to the blood spray, potentially cutting open the axillary artery and keeping the blade driven deep as he tried to take the knight down, desiring to work it in as they struggled to cause further harm to tendon and muscle. This would be difficult to anticipate with Max's elbow blocking his own vision. The cannibal knew that each vulnerability harkened to another, and had no shortage of tricks. Zande would likely be deep within Max's guard and below his arm by then, and if Max were able to have both stopped the blood and saved his armpit, then when he launched his backhand Zande would tilt his head to his right so that his pauldron shielded the side of his mask, making it more likely that the gauntlet would bang against the top of the steel mask or the pauldron.

The takedown would have less gusto than before, as the shoulder barge would have been compromised and weakened by Zande's reaching across to stab the armpit, and though Max could try to keep himself upright with one arm holding his great sword, he'd be supporting nearly two-hundred pounds of dynamic force, taking into account the weight of Zande.
@KOgaming

That chicken wing was a telegraph, and one that Zande wouldn't miss. Max, on the other hand, would very likely fail to see the result. Zande had bitten his tongue up good, hence the working jaws. Right as Max released his punch, a spray of blood would jettison from betwixt the headhunter's front teeth, aimed to spatter Max's face and make him either flinch, shut his eyes, or look away. Would Max expect the islander to go for his throat? A mistake, that would be. Zande would then dip down just below the strike, bending at both the waist and knees in a timely fashion so the arm overextended past his head, and were Max to have been distracted by the blood, he'd next find that the knife had been rammed deep into the crook of his right arm.

Regardless of that result, Zande's momentum would carry him thereafter towards Max's center mass, the lunatic swinging his left arm down low to try and hook it behind the knight's right leg (behind the knee) from the outside, simultaneously attempting to bowl the man over with a heavy right pauldron to the abdomen. A single leg takedown. If it succeeded, the wily headhunter would withdraw his knife (if the stab worked) and attempt to scurry and clamber into a full mount atop Max, his wiry, agile strength a force to be reckoned with on the ground.
@Krot

How many officers went missing each day in this crime riddled crapsack? Enough so that one extra wouldn't be out of the ordinary. One Officer James Blackwood, whom Donny had yanked right off a street corner and into the back of the Pinto on the way to Home Depot. The next stop would be the Gotham Public Library. Information, eh? Last of all the bunker. A maintenance room in the basement of an abandoned high school, set for demolition in nine weeks. As Spider and Donny went about the errands, the killer began tossing new and nasty ideas towards his partner. It appeared that Donny was making everything up as he went along, and he seemed to be good at it. He knew perfectly how to abuse the fundamentals of human instinct and morality, almost like cheating. The way he rattled off each deadfall in that droning, nosey drawl was reminiscent of a bored but experienced Walmart employee who could tell at a glance how to quickly satisfy each customer, as had been done the day before, and the day before that, and the day before that...
@KOgaming

Because even a stabby weapon can skin a man or cut a throat if it has a serrated edge.

And unless the post mentions Zande attacking, it's safe to assume that he's not.
@KOgaming

I specified the length. It can cut through cloth and leather like potty paper, but can't be shoved through plate armor in all practicality. It can pierce chain with a solid thrust. Basically, a sturdy weapon that is best inserted through joints and gaps.
@KOgaming

Zande stepped smartly back onto his left foot at the last moment, the tip slicing air before his sharp eyes. Might the greatsword be drawn back for a thrust? Surely such an endeavor would be doomed to failure against this particular foe. Were the blade to carry through with its arc and draw near the ground, Max would find that the agile headhunter would have propelled himself from his rear leg and shot forth alongside the greatsword (on Max's right) to close the distance in two rapid, scissoring strides, three should Max try to escape to either side or in reverse. The vicious knife would be ready to shed blood in Zande's right hand, held below the waist. As he rushed in, his muscular jaws worked up and down behind closed lips.

Few if any outlaws could have such prowess. Perhaps he was, by profession, not a taker of goods but of lives.
@LeeRoy

LeeRoy's preparation did not escape the watchful eye of Gonad. Once again Gonad would make no effort to defend himself. If anything he would allow LeeRoy a better shot, further lifting his right hand as LeeRoy launched his attack. The Spaceman's large fist would crash into the barbarian's ribs, cracking two of them and bruising the liver they sheltered. Any other man might have gone limp from such a liver shot, but Gonad's bodily control allowed him to freely regulate his blood pressure.

LeeRoy's clean shot would have a hefty price tag on it. Gonad would heave his grizzly bear weight along with the momentum of the strike whilst also seeking to slap an excruciatingly tight grip upon LeeRoy's left wrist before he could retract it from the blow, for the mighty right hand of Gonad would have been poised above the anticipated target.

When Gonad heaved his weight off of LeeRoy, he'd also twist sharply at the core like a discus thrower, intending to wrench his opponent through the air and into a tight arch by the left arm and right leg, effectively slinging him head and shoulders first into the floor with enough gusto to create a spiral webbing of cracks two feet in diameter along the hard tiles. It was almost like LeeRoy was a big Teddy bear that had been lying beneath a fiesty young lad in bed, who on a whim had vigorously rolled over and unceremoniously dragged his inanimate companion over his body, catapulting it onto the other side of the mattress. Not precisely as such, but such a comparison would be moderately astute. What kind of man could make effective a common childhood wrestling antic? One with the girth of a silverback gorilla, most likely.

This was the dismount. What would the scorecards read!?
@ProPro

Look at this friggin' place. A better question is why hasn't he arrived already to ride the blimps and make retard clown thugs eat gravel?

@Ruby

We knew exactly where we wanted to go. It's just that there's no players willing to get into some PvP now. That wasn't anticipated. I suppose we could kidnap a sidekick NPC and hold him hostage to try and lure out Batman, but that'd either be too easily accomplished or problematic for the long term future of the roleplay. I don't reckon it's supposed to be easy to lure out Batman, least of all if our hostage is already bent to our will on a metaphysical level.

We just need some real action.
@Ruby

Otherwise all we can do is drive around and do pretty much nothing else.
