Also, if you want Reathos to mass annihilate Galbar, you just need to do 2 very important things:
1. Show that Slough's life is too naturally flawed, and life must start over again
2. Show the the Hain, despite being sentient, have no place in Fate's plan. Thus they must be removed.
Give arguments for both things, and you will have yourself a very angry Death God willing to sweep life from Galbar.
I was up to it before sentient life, now its too late, will still talk with Zeph about tectonics. But no Siberian Traps or Atlantic Ridge will be proposed.
Though maybe Ilunabar (once she gets over her fear of death gods) could propose a few games to Reathos like "Bring this species from one side to another and lets see which ones will survive" or "Lets make this one bigger and see if it can overtake the current predato" or even "Lets block this river and see how the creatures of this region will react"
