@Cynder You're welcome to join, although there aren't really teams any more (just Uprisers, Loners, and Rusties). Although if you write a convincing enough backstory as to why they're a team, go for it. There's no technical limitation on characters. Just as long as you can handle writing for four.

Here's Mine

Name: Magdeline Garron

Age: 30

Gender: Female

Race: Human

Appearance: She photoshopped this picture of her with one of her son's baby pics.


Personality: Magdeline is a supportive woman. She often projects her motherly feelings on the younger Uprisers, refering to any of them as "sweetie", "dear", "honey", etc. She means nothing by it other than she doesn't dislike you. Magdeline is usually upbeat, unless she starts thinking of Seth, her son who died to protect her from Grimm that were attacking her house. If she does, she'll have a neutral-toned, solomn look on her face that could last seconds or hours.

Background: Magdeline was the mother of a hunter-in-training that had gone to Beacon who lent his hand in keeping the Grimm at bay. He survived. Long enough for him to be a threat to Torchwick, whose men "accidentally" killed him, as he got "in the way" of them taking care of some Grimm. His body was buried in the mass graves the Hunters were given. No headstones. No names. Just one big pit they're thrown in. She was furious at Torchwick's ploys. She finally couldn't stand it and joined the Uprising, and soon became head of reconnissence and unconventional warfare. She's hired a few Loners to aid in the cause occasionally, but it's usually her and a small group of Uprisers chip away at Dictator Roman's defenses.

Affiliation: Upriser

Weapon: Dual daggers. Nothing special. Two daggers with four-inch, double edged blades.

Fighting style: Assassination-style. 90% of her targets never see her face before they're dead. The other 10% lose because of her sembalance (described below).

Sembalance: Shadow Chains - Magdeline can create chains that bind a person to a surface. Only works on living creatures, so she can't use this on mechs. She can use it on animatronics with Auras, so it might be more of an Aura thing than a person thing. No one knows for sure yet. We just know it won't work on mechs. But it does work on mech operators.

Class: Huntress - Gunslinger primary subclass

Ghost: Smartass, upbeat personality with little regard to when he needs to act serious.

Her Face

Gear: Full Rogue 4.5 set with Cloak of Ragged Fortune
W.o.C: Handcannons and Sniper Rifles (no preference on elements)

Personality: Cecelia is a thrill seeker. She'll jump into a group of fallen just to see how long it takes to kill them. Her best time on Venus is ten seconds and a few milliseconds. She loves to laugh and crack jokes, though knows when to act serious or formal, and when to just shut up. Unlike her ghost, Einstein (that's what she named her ghost).

Background: Cecelia's been a guardian about as long as she's been awoken. (well, revived technically) She was woken up by Einstein, whose first words were "get enough sleep, princess?" And from then on, as long as she called her ghost Einstein, he called her Princess. She prefers her comfortable Rogue set due to its simplicity. And her cloak has seen as much action as she feels she has. Most of her work has been on Earth and Venus, not venturing too far from either of those places. She'll occasionally tag along with some other Guardians for a strike if it's in the area. That's pretty much the only time she uses a sniper rather than her handcannon-rush tactic.

@Dragonite777I Think you should make it so sembalances are optional, as not eveyone in the Rwby universe has them. I'll edit my guy in a bit, but what do you think of him so far? Also, how long has it been since the Breach in this universe?

Yeah, that's true. Most of the Rusties wouldn't have one (cause they're just civies with a gardening hoe or something). Also, for your weapon, wouldn't an SMG make more sense than Assault rifles on your claws (which typically take 2 hands to hold up one by itself)?
