Also, when it comes to machines: there is torque and there is speed. Speed wont have much torque, and its effectiveness is VERY reliant on weight. Pile on just a bit more weight, and effectiveness decreases notably. Torque, though, like a Legion? Take all the weight off, and itll move just about as fast as before. Double the weight, and itll move slightly slower. lots of torque = big engines, big joints.

thats why small and fast stays small and fast, and big and slow will stay big and slow

Madrys is tall and durable. A descendent of a Northstar that over the years has been modified extensively by Alms. As such, it has loss a lot of mobility while in the air. While it can hover for short distances, Madrys can no longer fly like her more classical Northstar relatives. She is faster than her brethren on the ground though, her longer stride allowing her to cover more ground. Alms has been making her more humanoid in form and has updated her flexibility. As such, Madrys has lost both her ability to truly fly and the tether trap. In exchange, she has more armour, is faster, and has greater flexibility.

How does this sound?

She had decided to call him cat because of his eyes, and because there were no other traits by which to identify him. Well, that was until he shimmered. Her eye caught it all. The man's form didn't shimmer. It flashed, in and out. Too quickly for her to notice what the other form was, but it happened nonetheless.

"No, I did not com here for a fight. I came here for a reason." Slamming her now empty pint glass on the bar, Elizabeth roared in laughter. The woman was sufficiently drunk now...

"Azrael, the name's Elizabeth, Lady of Storm and Blade. Whatever you do, don't call me anything other than cap't, boss, or Elizabeth." Turning towards the Cat, a rosy drop of color appeared in her pale cheeks as a drunken smile pervaded her system. "I'm looking for a crew. I'm looking for a pilot and a gunner. Would either of you be interested?"

I'm thinking nothing except better armor. Madrys is larger than the regular Northstar and has more armor. THus she is more durable and quite a bit heavier. As such, she isn't as mobile in their air, but due to being connected to Alms on a mental level, Madrys has better reaction time than most titans.

Danny Phantom:The Remaining Hybrids (AU) (Drakey & Scott Silverado)

A shadow, less material than a ghost, moved swiftly through the densely packed forest. Pine needles softened foot falls as soft hands held a bow made from maple and holly. A string, dried and cured from the intestines of an elk tied the top and bottom notches together. Red eyes peered out at the silent forest. A short girl, barely 17, dodged between trees. A leather jacket covered a light brown shirt as thick pants adorned her lower body. Fur-lined boots ran up her ankles, wrinkling the ends of her pants.

Finn's stomach growled in the rapidly diminishing sunlight. Damn, she was hungry. The girl hadn't eaten in the past three days. Cursing her luck, and cursing the bastard she was hunting down, Finn took a deep breath. Then she heard it. A snuffling off in the distance. To her left, nearly fifty yards, a deer? No, a moose, foraged in the damp pine straw. Her eyes snapped open, cold hunger apparent in their depths. Moving, she hunted, cold wind blowing against her pale ears.

Slowing, she saw her prey. It was large, easily able to feed a family of five for a week. However, Finn was a greedy women. A hilariously hungry smile crept over her face as her stomach threatened to growl once more. Raising her bow, Finn took aim. Her fingers came back to the corner of her mouth as her left arm, holding the bow, bent ever so slightly. Release. Wind. The arrow flew as the string of the bow snapped back and forth. Striking true, the arrow sunk deep into the moose's side.

What she didn't realize though, was that someone else had shot the moose. ANother arrow stuck out from the beast's side, opposite and mirrored to Finn's own.

Urs was the last one to reach the bottom, having walked down the stairs behind Kathleen. Damnit, why did the class have to be underground? SHe hated being underground, there was no light, no sun light.

However, she knew that it was power dev time, as such, one of her vines dropped from her sleeve. Burrowing into the ground, it travelled, hidden. Worming its way underneath everyone else, the solitary vine sat, waiting.

Urs listened as Jasper introduced himself to everyone else. Smiling, she listened as he explained his own powers. His voice carried over to her, making her slightly drowsy. Sitting against the wall, Urs' hair was all sorts of messed up.

Well, because Madrys has been modified so many god-damned times, that I don't think she counts as anything other than herself. As such, I didn't give her a type and named her Madrys.

However, she can be a descendent of a Northstar, giving her all of their abilities exempt for the tether trap...

And yes, the gun is a Plasma Railgun. However, it will later be modified to the point of it no longer being that....

Is this alright?
