One-Piece: A New Legend [Help Me Not Make This Dead]

Elmusk was one of many Marines being sent to Logue Town because of the rumors about the "Silver Eyes" performing some kind of test there. Unlike most of the other Marines on the ship he was stationed on, he had no interest in arresting the famous crew despite their high bounty, instead he was planning on going after "The Rovers of The West". Sure The Rovers were only a small crew with low bounties, but in West Blue they were known for attacking merchant ships and generally killing everyone on board.

Since he didn't have anything to until they arrived at the Polestar Island Elmusk decided to kill the time by practicing some moves. Naturally he didn't actually use his spear since he didn't want to accidentally hurt someone, instead he used a staff the same size and weight.

Zerry was simply waiting until the start of the meeting and in the meantime checking out the possible competition. It was of course hard to tell who was there for the test and who was just a regular tourist, but the Fishman didn't care. After all it was just something to kill the time with and he would find out soon enough either way.

History: The Vienn's are a family of Marines and Elmusk is no exception. As a child living in north Blue he and his younger brother trained daily to live up to the family legacy. It quickly became clear that he was the more skilled of the two which resulted expecting more and more of Elmusk. While this placed stress on him his father made clear why he was so demanding and treated both his sons equally when not training them.

However Usama started to resent his brother for his superior talent and decided to learn how to play the political game instead of improving his fighting skills, because of this he quickly rose in ranks and is now the same rank as Elmusk, Warrant Officer, despite being three years younger.

Abilities: Elmusk is a practitioner of Sōjutsu
Techniques: Hassun: A quick thrust of his spear.

Very true I also have Aspergers and am one of the loner types myself there are indeed plenty of people wo prefer to be part of a group and sometimes don't even realize they're not wanted (something I'm no doubt guilty of as well). And even the loner can have groups they want to join, either because of a shared interest or because one of their few friends is a member.

History:
As the middle child of a family of five Derek felt his parents paid more attention to his two siblings. Eventually he got envious of his older brother and younger sister, despite knowing it wasn't their fault.Because of this he started causing problems just to get them to "notice" him, mostly small stuff like lying or stealing candy.

In school this meant playing hooky not studying, or acting like the class clown, so that his parent would get called in ,or had to talk to him in an attempt to get him to stop. He refrained from bullying though, not only because he was affraid that is intended target might fight back, but also because bullies generally got punished worse.

When he was fifteen he created a youtube account where he posted generally bad movies in the style of more popular uploaders hoping that some of their fans would like it. This failed and he became known as a rip-of causing him to abandon his account and find some other way to get attention over the internet.

Personality: He can't stand it when others are the center of attention, this can lead to him doing and or saying stupid things. Other than he rarely takes anything seriously so he tends to clown around and ignore others. Derek can be a bit of a coward at times, but he won't abandon people as long as he feels he can help them.
