The Uteqx came around the galaxy almost half a billion years ago the only marks of their creator's universe and who they are is an only know to a humanoid creature that is worshiped to this day on his regeneration capsule in a Superfortress on 01010010 the time of arrival is only remembered still by the so-called first generation that only five survivors exist.
The Age of anarchy/The age of swords

With the centuries passing by the Uteqx came to colonize all the region of the nebula Cyuoene and then for an unknown reason decided to freeze their expansion and for next millions of years of an unmarked time they also stagnated technologically for some members of the Uteqx, they call this time period as the Aron of peace or the Aeon of stagnation due to the politically divided political nature of their country on current times this time ended by the arrival of the Ashtar
The reason being called Aeon is due to the fact that even the Uteqx historians don't know when the events that led to the colonization halt in Aeuburus and technological stagnation started, either way, the Uteqx froze in time for millions of years and when a power that came to rival than arrived they simply would submit in switch of high levels of autonomy and giving more resources in exchange for greater freedom this period of time also ended in confusion some information say 500 years before the Ashtar appeared to one hundred to the arrival of the Ashtar what happened during this time is still a mystery reserved to the oldest of the Uteqx.

The Uteqx government is divided between 3 government branches nicknamed the Amber conclave, The Congress of the crescent moon and the Obsidian council
The amber conclave is where most of the executive power resides led by the five chancellors and the high chancellor leader of the nation members being Cybel, Prism, Aura, Codex, and Helix with Cybel being the head of the conclave, making him the Head of state although only in theory in practice his powers are just a little above the others, the five have the power to generate lawns and rules in a instant, including accepting new laws of the Crescent moon council and Obsidian council although making only by five members the council is currently split between the leaders of two factions most notably the Progressives and the conservatives. The Congress of the crescent moon is the parliament of the nation formed of elected individuals across the sectors or states if you prefer the name, the Congress holds the ability to create new laws decide investments on sectors and the members also have the job of representing the population of their sector while major proposals that can affect the whole nation such as embargo or limitation of trade need to pass through the Conclave are directly send to Amber conclave minors dealing with sector status or simply small issues are generally delegated to the Congress meanwhile laws and proposals that affect the lives of the citizens such as rights and population control it must pass through the Obsidian Council making then hold part legislative and part of the executive the congress now stays in a rough position most notably by two factions splitting the Congress in half following the same problems in the Amber conclave.

The sound of guns shooting far away could be heard in the streets of a city with dozens of bodies spread across the streets of a city, more than half of the dead bodies spread in the streets are from elves and with ashes falling from the skies the elf standing in the field looked up and said “This is how far we went?” watching the ashes falling from the sky he then began to hear a loud noise of a train and words saying “Sir sir are you awake?”

He then raised from his bed in a train looking to his right seeing a man in a suit he said “Ah… what is it, we arrived?” the man smiled and bowed in respect saying “Yes Mr Pablo we arrived in the Capital” Pablo straighten his suit and hair raised from his bed and said “Is good to be back at Castello” he picked his overcoat and left the train saying to the man “Take my things and put them in my house understood” The man bowed and said “Yes sir... Pablo then put the phone back on the place he then looked at Darcy and said “Is that what you wanted to discuss with me?” Darcy raised from her chair and said “Yes that is what I wanted to say” Pablo turned the back on her and walked to the window of his office while watching the Capital he said “So what the Emperor decided on this matter” Darcy then replied “He summoned the fourteen congress for the announcement of his decision” Pablo coughed with nervously thinking that the Emperor had made his mind already “So what is his decision” Darcy approached the desk and said “He decided to wage war...” Pablo when he heard that turned around with his eyes widened in shock he said “War? why?” Darcy then replied “You already know why he also asked you to initiate War plan 7 in exactly 8 hours”

After some heated time between the Oswarian Empire and the Bjergavjern, both states send ambassadors to attend a diplomatic meeting in the city of Floross in the nation of Flovati to discuss a way to ease tensions and negotiate a possible trade agreement but underneath the press eyes, things always are negotiated in secret.

Foreign Minister Nicklas Sparre of Clan Bierbrau was sent by Volksfuhrer Ivar Hermann to attend the meeting with the diplomat of the Oswarian Empire. Gruff and grim, Nicklas wore simple traditional clothing of his clan while bringing several barrels of beer and ale to the city. Hermann wanted the Oswarians to experience dwarven hospitality and nothing else was welcoming than a mug of Bierbrau alcohol.

The dwarf whose beard reaches his knees almost swelled with pride knowing that his clan is being properly represented in this meeting. Every since the Volksfacistikefurband av Bjergavjern took power in the capital, Holkungenssete, they have implemented a series of centralization and reorganization of dwarven economics and industry in their so called 5 year plan. Thankfully, Clan Bierbrau still retained their speciality as brewers when the party acknowledges their exceptional skill and technique in Bjergavjern.

Foreign Minister Alessandra Reis Boaventura was sent to represent the Empire of Oswaria in the meeting with Bjergavjern she brought clothing symbolizing a noble of the empire together with a series of spicy foods from the Empire tendency of usage of spices in food in their traditions Alessandra in her clothing also brought certain cloth decoration symbolizing her Esken descent from the southern regions of the Empire.

She brought with herself a translator and a few security guards for her mission, and according to the Emperor, also to find a good position for the empire in the negotiations. The emperor himself would come but due to problems at home sent Alessandra in his place to negotiate with the Volkists.

Here, the relations of the two great powers of Oyessia hang in the balance between these two people as Flovati, unwittingly, sealed its fate alongside them. On the surface, this was a trade treaty to smooth relations and to forgive past grievances of one another. Oswaria in the past used to be a disunited band of princes, electors, and petty counts. Unification was the goal of many but none have were as ambitious nor have butted heads with the dwarves of Bjergavjern as much as the Rosario Royal family. They had the misfortune of being late when it comes to securing ties with the dwarves as their rivals beat them to it first. Rosario’s Unification wars was the sore thumb even since the family’s rivals called upon the aid of the dwarves when war was declared against them. Honor was honor in a defensive alliance and Rosario attacked first. In the end, Rosario’s rivals become too complacent and refused a call to arms in a defensive war against Fenice when the elves invaded the island east of the mountains. The rest is history and Oswaria was formed angry and irritated knowing very well its birth and future was severely delayed by Bjergavjern.
On paper, this treaty, what would soon be known as the Floross Agreement, would put an end to the cold relations between the two regional powers. Bjergavjern has no qualms with Oswaria existence and in fact believed it to be punishment to the petty dukes and counts that dishonored the dwarves. Oswaria, on the other hand, was pushing for advancement of their own economic interest, especially the Irridae Strait. The high tariffs of Oswarian merchant shipping was an insult to their national pride and this treaty would hopefully put forward a more equitable solution.

But beneath the flowers lie thornes and the fate of Flovati has been sealed between these two nations. A fate in which cannot be undone.

With some journalist taking photos of both ministers been finished the guards begun to close the door of the room to leave the diplomats to talk.
Alessandra pulled the chair to sit and chat.
“Sometimes these flashes make my eyes hurt. What about you?”

“Me?” Sparre squinted his eyes in response. “I’ve gotten used to it.” He then took another swig on his clan’s ale before resting the cup on the table.

“Good to know” Alessandra blinked twice. “Well they say the dwarves value their clan rather then their leader sometimes” she drinks a little from the beer in her cup.

“Nonsense.” He brushed off the insult, as if he was used to this gross exaggeration, “Our clans are our homes and our homes are guided by the leadership of our High King, now Volksfuhrer. We swore an oath and it is great dishonor to our ancestors if we break it.”

“For our people our dishonor was letting foreign powers to influence our old states until the unification happened.” She leaned forward in the table. “Our states might had a rough start, maybe we can find a ground where our leaders might be pleased.”

An eyebrow was raised on Sparre’s face. “Ah, that's why I'm here.”

She leaned backwards and said “It seems like we can start talking about business then.” She raises her eyebrow.

“Please continue.” He waved his hand. “I'm listening.”

She approached slightly into the table and said “As you know the Empire of Oswaria has been facing the problem of the high tariffing of the Irridare strait...” She makes a small pause and waved her hand slightly as she chats “If your state can lower some of this tarifs we can establish trade links between our nations most notably the natural resources of your nation call the attention of our hungry industrial base economy.”

“What is Oswaria willing to pay in return for lower tariffs and access to our minerals and ores?” he asked.

She smiled a little “The funny part is that you are literally sitting on top what we can offer to your country.”

Unamused, Sparre took another drink of his beer. “It's gonna take more than that to convince the Volksfuhrer that this will be a fair treaty.”

Alessandra nodded as the dwarf spoke, she then said. “Understandable well, then what your Volksfuhrer seeks to this be a fair treaty?.”

Type of Government: The government of Oswaria worked in the form of an elective monarchy, where the ruling dynasty would have one of their members elected into the position of the emperor. Until recently, the position of Chancellor was also one that was voted on, however, due to the reforms of the previous Empress, the Chancellor is appointed by the current ruling monarch. Both these positions are held for life.

While the nation claims to have a parliament, this branch of government is more for a show, with many of the decision being made by the Imperial Council instead. After the Ascension of Emperor Evandro and the increase of Imperial power, many expect a new constitution to be finally sent after the ashes have settled.

The Age of swords was the time when the empire was under a newly religious fervor and also expansionist growing to the greatest size it has been from the western sides to many zones in the mountains this time, unfortunately, didn't lasted forever as in question of a few centuries the recently conquered territories had gained independence or were conquered by other powers in that time the empire begun to decentralize.
