    Scorpio, Goddess of Scorpio

Age: A younger Goddess, a human turned into a goddess.

    Special Abilities: Empathic touch.

Occupation: Vice-Director of the Department of Punishments.

Personality Traits: Unintentionally cold hearted, straight to the point and strict to those under her. Everyone stays in line when she’s around. At least… for the most part.

Little Background: Scorpio grew up being trained as an assassin. She knew nothing else but murder and bloodshed in order to stay alive. She killed to live and cried every night praying for the Gods to give her a new life. The king of the heavens heard her desperate plea and made her into a Goddess under the condition that, when called upon; she would work exclusively under his rule doing whatever he would ask her to do. No matter the situation at hand and she agreed without hesitation. She was instantly given the position of Vice-Director to the department of punishments and introduced to Alexander; the two built an instant professional connection and began to work in harmony with each other. Scorpio knew no other family than Alexander and looks up to him like a father and he to her as a daughter. Though she finds unnecessarily grand pleasure in her job, she doesn’t take advantage of her skills and her powers. She is a professional, and also the king’s hired help.
The throne room of the king of the heavens held a mix of emotions. Shouting and arguing, sadness and stillness and silent dark violet haired woman, “And until you find the end to your marks you will not return to the heavens. The answers you seek lie in the eyes of the god.” A noble man raised his hand into the air, the room filled with a great light and the six individuals in front of him vanished. The King slowly placed himself back onto his gallant throne, propped up his elbow and rested his chin in his hand. “My little assassin, will returning you home injure your pride or begin anew for you?”

As the Gods fell from the sky the conversation began. “The answers you seek lie in the eyes of a god?” The youngest god repeated his voice solemn and depressed.

“Yes Axel, that is what he said; judging by the King’s demeanor, he must know much more than he’s telling us.” The elder of the gods said as he crossed his arms during their fall.

“That trickster of a King knows exactly what he’s doing. I’ll be back in the heavens in no time.” The smirking brunette said laying back as the people fell from the key.

The goddess with the dark violet hair who was falling among the gods clicked her tongue in rage towards the smirking man. “Shut your mouth you worthless lion. You know nothing of the King’s plans.”

“Scorpio be still.” The black haired man with a professional presence said in an authority tone. “Leon knows as much as the rest of us. He is just making a guess.”

“Director Stick in the Mud knows nothing; I at least know where I stand.” Leon said in a casual tone giving a shrug.

“I think we should split up.” The more mature looking one spoke up once again, “Finding the goddess that the king mentioned should be our number one priority.”

“I agree with Hue.” The silent one finally spoke up. “We’ll meet at the mansion and report anything that we have found. Despite the king’s rough treatment of us, he would never set us up to fail. The god we’re looking for must be in the city.”

“Curt is right.” Axel said speaking up, sounding much full of more hope than he had been when they first were summoned to the palace.

Back on this disgusting rock… Scorpio’s inner voice echoed inside of her as she crossed her arms as the other gods continued to discuss more options. A stress-filled sigh left her before a cocky voice echoed towards her, “Feeling stressed Scorpio?”

Her crystal blue eyes shot towards the Director of the Department of Wishes, his white uniform with gold arm band matched his underlines from the Department of Wishes while her group from the Department of Punishments was in black suites with silver arm bands. “Stupid lion!” She explained, her fingers rising to snap at him and use her powers.

“Oh-Ho someone’s mad.” Leon responding in a snarky tone before the Department of Punishments director spoke up.

“Scorpio.” Alexander snapped at his Vice-Director who reluctantly lowered her fingers. “We need to focus. For now we split up and look for the god.” While Scorpio didn’t verbally agree, her boss continued. “We shall split up and meet back at the mansion in the evening.” Despite the lack of verbal agreement, the gods went their separate ways.

Scorpio’s personal hate for the human world was even more annoying when she landed in an alleyway and emerged onto a crowded street. Cringing in disgust, she did her best not to come into contact with any of the filthy human; before finding herself stumbling into a park. The park was peaceful with much less people, couples holding hands and people laughing and playing with their children. “Disgusting.” She muttered to herself as she continued her way through the park, stopping at every man she passed and peering into his eyes only to leave without giving so much as an explanation. Time to look until the sun goes down.
The throne room of the king of the heavens held a mix of emotions. Shouting and arguing, sadness and stillness and one cocking smirking brunette, “And until you find the end to your marks you will not return to the heavens. The answers you seek lie in the eyes of the goddess.” A noble man raised his hand into the air, the room filled with a great light and the six individuals in front of him vanished. The King slowly placed himself back onto his gallant throne, propped up his elbow and rested his chin in his hand. “Oh little cub, let us see how loud your roar.”

As the Gods fell from the sky the conversation began. “The answers you seek lie in the eyes of a goddess?” The youngest god repeated his voice solemn and depressed.

“Yes Axel, that is what he said; judging by the King’s demeanor, he must know much more than he’s telling us.” The elder of the gods said as he crossed his arms during their fall.

“That trickster of a King knows exactly what he’s doing, and I have an idea of what he wants from me. I’ll be back in the heavens in no time.” The smirking brunette said laying back as the people fell from the key.

The goddess who was falling among the gods clicked her tongue in rage towards the smirking man. “Shut your mouth you worthless lion. You know nothing of the King’s plans.”

“Scorpio be still.” The black haired man with a professional presence said in an authority tone. “Leon knows as much as the rest of us. He is just making a guess.”

“Director Stick in the Mud knows nothing; at least I have an educated guess on what the King wants from me.” Leon said in a casual tone giving a shrug.

The goddess we’re looking for must be in the city.”

“Curt is right.” Axel said speaking up, sounding much full of more hope than he had been when they first were summoned to the palace.

“I’m bored.” Leon announced before turning his fall into a different direction. “Do what you wish; I will be at the mansion.” Leaving the other gods, Leon changed his trajectory and headed towards the direction of the manor… however something showed up that he wasn’t expecting. “Oh shit!” He called out in surprise and bounced off the top of an airplane, his body tumbling as he fell out of control towards the ocean as he lost consciousness due to the impact.

His body tumbled through the air in his white suite with gold armbands, he certainly didn’t look the part of a normal guy and why wouldn’t he? He was a god! And the Director of the Department of Wishes from the heaven… and now he landed face first into the Ocean’s water and began to wash towards shore.

A chuckle left Gray when she called it a professional environment. “Hey hey hey, just because I’m in a tie… which I look handsome by the way, I know you don’t have to say it.” He began playfully as he pulled on his tie and gave her the ‘prince charming’ look and smile. Of course that didn’t last long because he never considered himself anything like a prince charming but whatever. Doesn’t mean he can’t joke about it!

“Alright, be ready to be impressed!” With that he began the tour with a skip in his step. Even as they walked, he was stopped by a few employees who had questions for him. He proceeded to answer them with an utmost understanding and professionalism before introducing them to his friend and continuing on with the tour. As they walked away, he explained what each individual did and what they were working on at the time. There wasn’t a project that goes unknown or an employee un-praised under Gray’s company.

“Here we have the break room.” He said as he opened the door to reveal the room. The room was filled with games including a pool table and lounging chairs. After looking around there for a bit they moved on, “This is the quote ‘cafeteria’, you know me I’m not one for things like this but if someone forgets their lunch I don’t want them going hungry.” With that he opened the door to reveal the the cafeteria which didn’t ask for any money except if someone was willing to make a donation towards the front of the door. “This month donations go to building a new vet clinic for the town. So far we’re at $2,000, sometimes I think people purposefully forget to bring their lunch so they can grub here and donate money… or they really are taking after their boss and just sprint out of the house every morning. I’m not so sure.”

Leading her down the hallway he pointed towards three doors in a row. “These are the meeting rooms, looks like nothing is in use so we should be fine to go in.” With that he opened the door to room number one. “This is the professional room.” The interior made it very apparent. “This is where we bring new clients and visitors so they can see that we are a serious company.” With that he shut the door and slid to the next one. “This is our meeting room where we hold a staff meeting once a week in order to make sure everyone’s on task, offer help or suggestions and the sort.” With that he opened the door and revealed a much more modern looking meeting room. “It’s a round table because we’re all knights of the company get it? Get it? Huh? Huh?” He pouts slightly giving her a playful look. “Well I thought it was clever.” With that he closed the door and opened the last one. “This one is the fun room, when the groups get together they will traditionally meet in this room. It’s the fun meeting room and is always the first one to get snagged for groups when they need to pow-wow.” With that and a chuckle he opened the door to reveal the final meeting room. At this reveal he grinned with pride. “This is my personal favorite too.”

After that they continued on the tour. “Sadly the building isn’t big enough to give everyone their own offices so they are in cubicles but everyone gets to design their own cubical. You’d be amazing at how many people put grass in theirs.” He said with a laugh before arriving to his door. “And this is my office.” With that he pushed open the door to reveal his office.

His office, despite all the other rooms she had seen, was the smallest one. It didn’t have much in it and was rather simple but he liked it. Walking inside he offered her a seat across from his desk with a gesture of politeness. “I chose the smallest room for myself because there’s no reason for me to be in here too often unless I want to be alone. I’d much rather be with my employees and help them but this damn project has kept me tied to my office more than I’d like. The sooner I can get it down the sooner I can help the others.” He gave a small shrug and fell into his chair across from her. “How was your night last night…?” He finally asked the question that had been on his mind all day and all last night.
