Fonts and Sizes?

@tsukune The link that's on the thread Shoryu sent me is an awesome link for symbols and colors and design ideas without actually being a template. 9; you do follow the idea (a good one by the way) of providing designs and codes, 8: recommend also providing special characters to encourage personalized designs of signatures as well.

Just my two cents on the matter.

@Shoryu Magami I did see your thread however it told me "no" when people were doing it. I did look at the link provided on that specific thread and I did find it useful for special characters and color which was super cool.

I did figure out the size thing to some degree thanks to a friend. I hope you find it helpful Shoryu.

Trust Your Instincts |a role play request|

Hello!

This is a role play based around the idea that Spark had just received his task of gaining the legendary build Zapdos.
What I would like to see happen is on Spark's way to start his hunt for the bird, he finds a struggling trainer and offers to help. Through the story they bond and grow a friendship that allows Spark to realize he is a good leader, encourages the trainer to follow his/her instinct to victory and they become a team themselves, meaning he/she is a supporting role to Spark's leadership.

This can be a romance but if that's the desire please A] State it up front and B] MxF only. Personal preference.

Rule Play Rules:
1] No One Liners, shoot for 2+ paragraphs.
2] Sometimes I can be gone between 3-6 days depending on how crazy my week is; though I do my best to give detailed and worth-the-wait responses. If this bothers you I'm sorry but I don't think we'll work.
3] If someone beats you to it but this plot interests you please PM me or post here that you're interested, I will entertain all individuals.

Biography

The young grew up knowing that he wanted to be involved in the Pokemon World but always found a passion for hatching and raising Pokemon. It wasn’t until he meant an individual by the name of Blanche during his youthful years in school that he could be something other than that weird kid that carried around eggs. After his friendship with Blanche he met Candela in a weird experience on the playground of kids telling him he would be nothing growing up. That’s when the girl came in and… well kicked their butts. Soon the three of them became friends and Blanche introduced them to Professor Willow. Between the three hitting it off and Professor enjoying seeing Blanche’s new friends; they began to train together growing their skills and personalities as trainers.

It wasn’t long before the three were offered prospective jobs. Professor Willow wished for them to be in charge of helping trainers learn the ways of the world and guide them to success. It was no surprise that Blanche and Candela were up to the task and Spark found himself wondering… why me?

“Professor,” He asked, waving the salt and pepper haired man over. “Professor, I don’t know if I can do this. I mean, I’m just a goof off.”

“No,” Professor Willow informed him placing his hand on Young Spark’s shoulder. “You trust your instinct and that takes talent, drive and determination to never waiver from that. This is perfect for you.”

That was three years ago that Spark took up the task placed in front of him and the three were required to track down the best prize of all, the legendary birds before they could claim their positions as team leaders and trainer assistants.

Can Spark catch the legendary bird? Does he have what it takes to be a team leader? Can he really help trainers who are having difficulty with their Pokemon and getting through the gyms?

Battle 'Structure'

- 3 Pokémon each (Six on six battles take forever.)

- No withdrawing a Pokémon in the middle of a fight, unless it is knocked out. Otherwise, it is considered to be unable to continue battling. (It's okay to make a strategic switch after your opponent replaces a knocked out one, provided you do so immediately. Once the Pokémon begin to battle again, they have to stay out until one of them is knocked out.)

- If a Pokémon cannot learn a move in the games/anime/manga, it cannot use it in this roleplay. (Use This Wiki to look up a Pokémon if you have any doubts about what it can use.)

- Adhere strictly to the defined strengths and weaknesses each type has. Again, the Wiki I listed above can help if you're uncertain. I forget what types certain Pokémon are good and bad against all the time! (For instance, if a pure fire type gets hit in the face by a powerful water type move, it better have a damn good reason to stay standing.)

- Keep the flow of the battle natural. Describe what your Pokémon is trying to do, and the other responds to it. Don't allow your Pokémon to become too overpowered, and everything will be just fine. As long as it takes a reasonable amount of hits and dodges a few times, I'm not concerned. If you feel like it's time for your Pokémon to faint, then have it do so. Some people just get too addicted to winning every fight and their Pokémon never seem to get hit. Be realistic. Our characters' Pokémon aren't the best in the world, so they're going to make mistakes.

Wild/Aggressive Pokemon Showing Up.

When she gently poked his noise, it twitched by itself and caused his face to scrunch up into something that resembled a rabbit. Upon her laugh he couldn’t help but smile back at her. “You are absolutely right.” He said with a chuckle as she settled back against his chest. His face was pink with embarrassment and it came as no surprise that he was shy when she put his hand on his chest and could obviously feel his heartbeat. Well… this was a horrible way to feel self-conscious.

It was no surprise to hear about his brothers from her, Atsuma was an asshole and it was hard to talk to Rayne due to the fact that he was continuously surrounded by people. “I’m glad you talked to me too. I was always so nervous to approach people because I’ve never gotten a positive response that, just out of fear I probably would have missed the chance to get to know a wonderful person like you.” He said with a smile, finding himself gently rubbing her back with his arm that somehow ended up around her. This was slightly awkward but exciting at the same time. For he had never been this close to someone… much less a girl…

Realizing he was staring at her, his face turned beat red and he reached for the controller changing it to ‘The Rite’. Before hitting play, however, he grabbed a piece of popcorn and tossed it up into the air. With these, he caught it in his mouth and gave her a grin. “I love extra buttery popcorn!”
