Hah, considering all the negative press, one cannot be surprised! And I'll not be able to post until another two hours or so, sadly.
@TauGirl Ouch, now that just hurts, right down in the feels, so much xD
And I do believe that shots have been fired, as the terminology goes.
Well, as I am about to post, Stukov will accompany her should she decide to go for warp travel anyways. He just tends to advocate not using warp powers. He has been along for her other shenanigans already, and Ben sure won't be doing it, eh? (Well, post if I can get it posted fast enough before a two hour watch, but it will be up tonight!)

Consider the armsman feeling a pang of guilt for not letting her prove herself reliable after the mishaps. He doesn't dislike the psyker, he does not trust the powers.
And posted, now we shall see how things progress.
The Arbitrator snorted at the response that the Sister amongst them gave, attempting to deride and besmirch the works of the Adeptus Arbites. He was quick in response, his tone cold and uncaring as he spoke in turn, noting the Throne Gelt and left it as is for now, allowing the psyker time to claim it should he desire. The man had far more pressing matters to attend to, and this high and mighty Bolter Bitch, a rare time when the gangers got something right in terminology, needed to realize the real workings of the world. "And you, good Sister, are a lot of arrogance and egotistically fueled pride second to none. I ask of you which lot has, through internal blindness and pride born, some of the greatest traitors and threats to the Imperium of Man? Who heads many rebellions and secessions, over all others? Why, your precious Traitor Cardinals and False Prophets, blindly crowned and further blindly followed. It is you, Sister, who follow a creed that blinds them to internal and external corruption, and as you yourself said. 'A more pathetic lot have I never seen.' And from no other group have I put down more ringleaders and law breakers than your own precious preachers who think their power is above Imperial Law. So guard you tongue, Sister, and stick to your prayers and holy incenses and tend to the spirits of men. Me and my own will actually get the Emperor's work done."

Atreides dismissed the Sister of Battle as the elevator swung open and he stalked forward, leaving the Gelt behind for the psyker, scanning his surroundings after his rebuttal to the sister and stand against her attempts to bully. He would not have his authority and jurisdiction infringed upon by the Ecclesiarchy. They had their place, to tend to the faith and spiritual well being of the Imperium of Man. And they can stay there and do nothing else, after all, it was his job to uphold Imperial Law. The job of all Arbitrators. And he would not have some high and mighty Sister trying to tell him off for an analysis honest and blunt. There would be no playing around the truth, they would need improvement to face the worst that the enemies of Man could throw at them. And as he continued his careful vigil of the surrounding metalwork of the Hive around him, he resisted the urge to turn to smoking Iho sticks. He was not a user of them, but they proved useful in trade and bargaining. So with that he resumed his vigil, disdain for the Sister higher than anyone else within the group, hand resting on the shock maul should it be necessary for use.

Ahh, diverging paths of honor and treachery. We shall see which side of things we fall upon, yes? I'll try and knock out a post fast before reporting for watch. (Fair warning on that, I am active duty Navy, so I might fall off the grid at some point with little time to warn.)
Oh the Sororitas and Arbitrator are not going to get along, I can see this already.
Stukov looked at the hallway of statues, his gut telling him that they were trouble, and not in a easily handled manner. He had a feeling from the very serious warning and plan that the Inquisitor was giving them that this hallway was tainted beyond mere appearances as of this moment. Smiles wasn't pleased with being rearguard, her attempt to interject was clearly that. The glowing pink eyes from the hostile statues were something strange, intentionally alluring as well from what he could tell. Emperor protect them indeed. As the Inquisitor finished his brief on the matter, but before he began his journey, Stukov began whispering under his breath, barely audible as a prayer that he had learned from a priest aboard his first ship before it was nearly lost to the warp. It wasn't anything fancy or elegant like some favored, but it fit well enough. Especially considering what he was about to march through, but it was all history for him in the grand scheme of things. One of a handful of remnants of a near damned ship many years ago.

"Though I travel into the eternal darkness of the Void, I shall fear not, for my Emperor is my Light.
Though I tread amongst the Heathen and the Xenos, I shall concern myself not, for the Emperor is my Guide.
Though I march into the fields of battle, I shall worry not, for the Emperor is my Protector.
Though I journey from this world to the next I shall falter not, for the Emperor is my God."

By the time Stukov had finished his prayer and performed the sign of the Aquila, it was almost time for the next person to head into the statue tunnel. If it wasn't for Smiles speaking up, he was about to enter the tunnel itself and brace himself for the passageway he was about to subject himself to. When she questioned if anyone else did not want to go through the Tunnel of Doom, the Armsman recognized her suggestive tone and immediately responded, not sure whether to seriously think that she intended to use warp trickery in such a tainted place or not. He glanced at Watchman as well, who he seriously doubted would even consider such things which meant it was down to him to keep an eye on Smiles, just in case. So that meant at least trying to talk reason into the woman before she dragged him off onto another gallivanting, sickening adventure through the warp again. He wanted to minimize his exposure to such things, especially in a nexus of corruption like this. "Smiles, I don't think this place is the best time to be stepping through the Warp like we did to get here. That might get some rather unpleasant attention or set off those statues. Or worse, to be frank."
@Dedonus Yea, Jerod was one of the ones inventorying stuff. And squires should have been doing it right away, lazy squires.
