"Yeah, Sol, good to meet you." Sol said plainly as he shook Kieran's hand. Interesting person, Sol thought somewhat abstractly, he seemed... a little detached, like he wasn't quite sure what he was doing. He was about to say more when he noticed another student come over, Azrael? Yeah that sounded right, and he slumped against the wall and made an audible sound of relief. Sol tapped the sword at his belt making a barely noticible clink sound. "Hey, Azrael right? You're one of the... what four sword users so far? Guess we gotta stick together right? My name Sol by the way in case you didn't catch that and this is Keriran." Sol said in a friendly manner.

At least he wasn't all alone in his practice of the sword, though he did feel somewhat foolish bringing his sword to what was supposed to be a magic academy. Oh well, at this point it would be even more foolish to not use his sword, after all what happened if you found something magic didn't work on? Or you had your magic taken away. Now that he thought about it if his magic was taken away that could be extremely problematic. Sol would have to see about getting an inhaler from the office, he hadn't thought to bring one of his own as he hadn't needed it for quite some time.

I will make a plot post as soon as @Jozarin and @Minimum have a chance to post, don't want to leave anyone behind.
Sol stepped to the podium and calmly stated, "Sol Windblade, here for obvious reasons." before stepping down from the podium and taking a look around for someone interesting to talk to. As expected the assembly was full of people, but he noticed a sleepy looking guy around his age with; oddly enough not swords but sword handles. That made two, interesting, Sol of course could wield merely a hilt and create a blade of wind but that seemed like extraneous effort.

He walked over and rapped on the wall next to the guy, "You not get enough sleep? You know we're supposed to have our rankings determined after this, you going to be alright?" Sol asked somewhat concerned. He'd heard a couple students already discussing that the tests were supposed to be super hard, of course they probably wouldn't be really dangerous but he couldn't really say for sure. Either way it seemed a bad idea to come into the tests sleep deprived.

Name: Sol

Photo:

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Abilities: Wind magic and Fantastic sword play.

How you could work in a team: Doing anything necessary for success

Personality: Sol is a firm believer is hard work. He is rather chivalrous and would never do anything to intentionally offend somebody, except in combat. Sol is a care-free guy but once he gets into a fight his focus becomes almost freakishly keen on the fight. He doesn't like suck ups or arrogant people, and is quite willing to stand up for what he believes in.

I recommend collabing it and posting it before the time skip through titanpad or something similar/PM.
Rina let out a little eek and ran back further into the trees as a burst of webbing fell towards her. Aron took a more controlled step back narrowly avoiding the webs and deciding to counter attack. He gestured and a clump of earth rose from the ground and turned into the shape of a spear. It looked remarkably more dangerous when Aron tapped it and liquid metal flowed over it and hardened, leaving a lethal looking shine. A simple push and the spear was sent hurtling at a surprising speed towards the center of the nearest spider's body, it seemed things were going well with the orcs helping. "Go get 'em" Rina cheered now safely several trees back.
Dorisma simply grunted and began getting to work. Though her tribe did not use tents she herself had used them several times while traveling and was rather experienced with the whole process. She grabbed a pile of them from one of the carts and set them down on the ground. Them she grabbed one and began the rather admittedly slow, process of setting them up. Dorisma had little in mind for plans of organization instead simply planning to set them up next to each other until there were no more tents.

She did not ask for help nor did she require it. Dorisma sniffed her nose disdainfully at those getting drunk and singing, and they wondered why the humans found and killed them... "One watch humans and one watch girl." Dorisma said bluntly to no one in particular while setting up the tents. She gave an inward sigh, she really did sound stupid when she talked, perhaps she should practice tonight by herself.
