Eklispe — Roleplayer Guild

Now don't get me wrong, I love yugioh and skill is certainly part of it. But I've never really though of Yugioh as a skill based game :<

Like imo everyone can get on the same knowledge level pretty easily in terms of knowing what cards to play and stuff, and after that point it's just luck really. I mean it's a card game.

Name: Saloul Anamon

Appearance: Saloul is surpsingly tall, not because of how tall he is, but rather because he doesn't seem tall until you're standing right next to him. It's not that he's one of those people who you don't notice in general, he just doesn't seem to be the slightly over 6 foot that he is. His warder training has given him a substantioul amount of bulk, even wearing his fancloth cloak he's obviously very muscular, even for a Warder given his choice of weaponry. His skin bears the tan of someone who cleary spends much of their life out in the sun. He does not bear the scars of a warrior of countless years, most of his nicks and minimal still visible injuries are from scuffles as a kid. The only one of note being that his nose is slightly bent from being broken early on. It is the only offsetting thing from his otherwise charming appearance. He has welcoming brown eyes and generally gives off the feeling of some sort of oversized teddy bear.

Background: Saloul was born in Tar Valon and was a bit of a misfit growing up. He wasn't quite a vandal growing up but he certainly wasn't a goody-two shoes. It wasn't uncommon to find him getting into trouble one way or another whether it was snatching a pie or pranking some unsuspecting individual, even if they did deserve it. Of course he made friends easily and had an overall easy-going personality, allowing him to weasel out of the consequences far more than a less likable person. At some point it become to much however and his parent's entered him into the Warder academy to straighten him up. Naturally the strict and brutal training he went through made him a little more serious and gave him a lot less time to screw around. 

Despite this he took to the training rather well, finding it to be a challenge and giving him a purpose he'd been lacking before. Several years later he was as deadly and skilled as any warder, yet far more personable and friendly than most of his brethren. It was an odd man that both greeted most everyone they saw with a smile and a wave while also analyzing them for danger and how to best neutralize them in the same moment.

His personality seemed to attractive a boyish Aes Sedi of the Gray Ajah named Alyna. Unlike some warders may feel, Saloul was not concerned with being bonded to the Ajah that dealt with more politics than anything else. Afterall, even as a warder, he still enjoyed the complexities of society and was not merely concnered with fighting. He's been with Alyna for about a month, giving the two some time to get used to each other's company.

Ey he didn't say he was bored with the RP. You know sometimes you get in the mood and the post flows like water from a rock without any effort and you just get inspiration from everything.

Oh right complaining. Man when you seem to be the only one wants to do the RP everyone signed up for even including the GM and nothing happens without bumping it and no one even says they aren't interested or anything they just post like once a month. >.<

New talon is so much fun. Laning is easier and more consistent, even has a little bit of sustain. Ability to trade pre-6 is way up. Overall utility and burst is better. Blades are shinier than ever. I kind of want to buy Kha just so I can abuse new Duskblade with it's insane damage potential. Considering that Duskblade gets up to around 200 true damage end game and Kha can proc it like 4 times in one fight easy it seems awesome.

Dawkin let out a pleased, even somewhat cruel smile, as the battle finished exactly as it should've. Victory without a single loss of their own pokemon. A good start to his journey. "Your compliment is appreciated. Your side also fought respectably given the circumstances." It was certainly impressive that Simon had come to such a quick use for such a useless Pokemon and his team had fought well enough give that, but in the end the handicap and Dawkin's own skill was too much for them to overcome. "Good job to you two as well." Aron said to his team mates and then crouched down to scratch Aron's rocky head. "Nicely done small guy, you certainly pulled your weight." he said, grinning at his own joke. "I can't let you eat Kalmia's computers but I'll make sure to get a treat for you soon, you need a name too don't you? I think Atlas sounds good don't you?"

Aron looked disappointed that he didn't get a treat right away but perked up at the sound of a name. A moment was spent with his head tilted in consideration before he nodded his over-sized head and putted Dawkin's hand to indicate his pleasure. Dawkin revealed a much more friendly smile for half a moment before returning to a more stoic expression. "I thought it seemed appropiate, well we'd be best going then." Dawkin said and returned Aro- Atlas to his pokeball. He then turned to Kalmia "Well that takes care of that, anything else before I get started Professor?"

Plus it raises the max attack cap for King if you ever wanted that for some absurd reason XD
