I'm not victim blaming but all generalizations are false, even this one.

I'll make a post for Krys starting the race today. Should I just write her overcoming the obstacles described and then wait for the course to update further? that seems like the most logical thing but ya know ya never know
@Banana Hm I thought the twins were fine where they were for a bit, what do you have in mind for them? Any other independents that want an update feel free to nudge me. Oh and I could've sworn I put up a post for Ruben but it basically just said he got the parts he wanted within an hour or so, feel free to continue posting with him.
Morgana Estrain

Tapping against the crystal and speaking seemed to have little effect for both parties who attempted it. However upon the feeling of magic playing upon her mind Morgana flinched from within the barrier. It would have been calming perhaps if the words had been more targetted. However Morgana certainly did not consider herself part of any sort of team, the magic and the figures that came with it merely compounding on how vulnerable she felt. Morgana stood up, her barrier re-orienting itself around her. It would be invisible to mortals but to everyone else it would likely look quite strange, given it was pinkish-red crystal simply standing there. A flat voice came from within, somewhat muted but understandable enough. "Don't mess with my head." She'd been unprepared. So unprepared for all of this. So many unexpected things had happened. The crystal rotated briefly. Fenris? Where was Fenris. ... Well that was too bad. Mitsuki was on the ground for some reason. Nobody else was moving. Morgana stood in silence waiting for some sort of input to guide her, like some sort of robot.
If it makes you feel better unless Growlith was aiming for Whooper's feet he wouldn't hit anyway XD
Did the thing.
Fine with me.
Dawkin Trustram

@PlatinumSkink

Urk, he hadn't expected the Ducklett to be able to provide such a formidable defense. It took practically no damage while his Wooper couldn't same the same. At this rate both his Pokemon would be worn out before he obtained victory. What's worse the male had made things worse by handing the girl his pokeball, obviously the brains of the operation. Fine then. Change of plans. "Atlas bump Whooper into the water, Whooper attack that guy's legs and capsize him." Atlas would shove Whooper into the water: with a mild noise of surprise from the latter and out of the way of the fire, hopefully the Whooper could at least threaten the Growlith and its trainer. If not it wasn't a big deal as Dawkin had given up on holding his ground anyway. When the girl threw the Pokeball Dawkin would attempt to catch it to prevent it from going past him. He wasn't sure whether he'd be able to catch, but he was going to darn well try. His options were so limited, at this rate he was going to have to use his trump card, what a shame.
Well with the majority of folks in looks like we need a little ground based magic to round it out. I'm thinking a cleric would fit right in aye?
^ Yeh, Matt's hanging out at the card shop with Ayami right now.
I think it's a good interaction, though I'm not sure how to set up it to occur naturally. Perhaps speed-trigger ends up getting them involved? In terms of updates for you you're all good from me to find a new base of operations without much trouble and go from there.
