I've been on here since before the fall, way back when I was a middle schooler. It seems a lot more slow paced on here then it once was. I'm also old now soooo maybe that is it.

Magdalene

Maggie greeted Elizabeth back before she was off down the hall again. She then turned her attention to her brother, and away from the window. "I've been up to nothing in particular. You on the other hand, seem to have started your day off by visiting ghosts." She said hinting at the fact that she saw him leave the left tower. Though if he understood the indication of her abstruse remark, she didn't pause to find out. "I'm just happy that it's not another boring day in my prolonged life. How you made it to five-hundred without doing something severe or insane is beyond me. Maggie said cheerfully.

Quite a bit of the time Maggie said things that would be interpreted as gloomy, if anyone but her was saying it. But weather she was serious or joking was usually hard to tell. It was true though, Nik had always been the obedient and responsible one. She couldn't really think of a time when let loose, or did something completely for himself. But she understood why he behaved the way he did, as he was the eldest, and heir apparent.

She began to idly trace the ivy pattern that was carved into the window frame with one finger. Maggie glanced back out the window, and saw two servants running to catch Magnus's attention. Something was happening in the castle, but Maggie chopped it up to another half dead human in need of medical attention. Alice and Caspen still had yet to find out what self control was. Mother really needed to teach them a lesson in poise. "What do you think that is all about?" She asked tilting her head as she watched the scene unfold.
I'm going to bed! @EmzyOfNeverland and @SouffleGirl123 don't let me hold up the IC. If you want to keep on RPing the convo with Nik and Liz go right ahead.

I'll be back on 1-3 pm EST tomorrow.

FYI I'm on Sweden time. Which is like 6 hours ahead of EST.

:D

Goodnight

----------------------

Wow I'm must be more exhausted then I thought. I've never accidentally posted an OOC post in the IC before. What the hell. Ok goodnight and sorry about that.

Magdalene

Maggie flitted down the halls looking for the others to tell them the news. As she turned the corner she noticed Nik in front of the huge wooden doors that lead up to the forbidden left tower. He didn't seem to notice her and she slinked back into the dark hall. Maggie watched as he locked the doors behind him. She had seen this few times before throughout her long life. Nik coming and going from the place that she had been prohibited her whole life. As he walked on down the hall, she slowly came over to the door and nudged them. As usual they didn't even budge, or make the creaking sound many of the other doors in the castle made. She sighed softly, and spun around.

Maggie leaned against the doors and ideally wondered what was so secret up in the tower. For a majority of her childhood and early vampire decades, she had been under the impression that there was something liken to Casper the friendly ghost hidden up there. But as she got older, she went through a thousand other ideas on what or who it could be locked up there. By the time she was well over three centuries old she had given up trying to figure out the family secret, and just assumed it had to be something only the heir got to know. She tapped her fingers lightly against the door frame and then proceeded to follow where Nik had gone. She caught him glancing out the window.

"Guess what Nikki. Our little brother has finally came back home." Magdalene said as she walked up to stand beside him, and see what he was looking at. She was obviously talking about Victor, as everyone knew Larkin was still in his honeymoon faze with his mate. She wondered how many decades it would take to finally become and Aunt. Though in truth, Nik should have been the first to find his mate, as he was the oldest Krishkov child and heir to their father's throne. Maggie had come close to finding hers, but it all ended in tragedy like most first loves do. The smile on her face faltered for a millisecond as she thought of the past. She spotted the scene with Quin, Magnus, and Fang outside. She remembered when her youngest brother Quin was born, with red fluffy hair and a sweet little smile. He had grown up to be all sass.
Magdalene stepped out of the deep claw foot tub and wrapped herself in a fluffy ivory towel. She had spent the last two hours pampering herself in the jet stream shower, and then soaking in a relaxing bath of luxurious oils. Now that she smelled like a bouquet of jasmine and honeysuckles, it was high time to get ready for the day. This particular bathroom was decorated in the ornate pastel style of the 1700s. It was her favorite bathroom in the house, mainly because she was so proud of the ceiling. She had painted the Norse gods and goddess up on the high domed ceiling as a gift for her father birthday over 300 years ago. Back when she and most of her siblings would try to top each others gifts to their parents.

She walked over to the mirror and rubbed away the steam. She glanced at herself in the the mirror. Though she was 438 years old she didn't look a day over 26. Youth and beauty was not really something she concerned herself with, unlike her mother. She towel dried her hair and slipped on her silk robe. She left the bathroom and made her way down the hall and upstairs to where her bedroom was. Maggie changed into one of her many dresses. She had clothes from every decade she had been alive, but her collections was small compared to her younger sister Alice's. Today she decided on wearing her pretty lilac dress she had gotten back in 1913, it was her favorite color and the chiffon and satin material felt heavenly on her skin. After pulling on her velvet fur lined slippers she finally began her descent to the first floor, were most of her siblings and the castles live in guests spent their time.

She passed the library with the door splayed open and her younger sister Elise was surrounded by books, and looked to be engrossed. Then she heard something she hadn't had the pleasure of hearing in a long time, her dear brother Victor's voice echoed through the stone castle walls. This brightened her day considerably. It was always nice to have the family together. Now all that was missing was Larkin. Her siblings were a range of personalities, and behaviors. She loved them all just the same, even the most selfish and conniving of the brood. "Victor's home." Maggie said softly to Elise who nodded, but didn't look up from her books. Magdalene smiled at her, and then started walking down the different halls towards where she had assumed Victor would be. But she could hear Gunnar reprimand of her foolish younger siblings, and turned around. She could wait to talk to Victor, rather she didn't want to walk into a middle of an argument. People could get savage around here. Instead she would go looking for Nik, and anyone else who was most likely not aware of Victor's sudden appearance.

I'll have a post up within the next 6 hours or so. It's been a long day. My computer is being a bitch. So I might be typing out my post via phone. *cries*

IT Student here. Can't promise but I'll try. Though I'll need a bit more info:
- What OS are you using? Windows 7, 8, 10?
- How old is the machine?
- If you know any specifics like RAM or what processor you have, that could help me bit...

Heat could be an issue though generally if heat gets dangerously high, a computer would shut down. (but heat does decrease efficiency). Could be a graphics issue as well.

Personally, if my laptop starts acting a bit too weird I generally do a factory reset but that's a LOOONG process.

I'm using HP windows 10.
It's a laptop. I got about a year and a half ago.
How do you find out ram and stuff?
I don't think it's a heat issue. It's not hot. The fan is not going crazy.
