In part. Baphumet may be able to divert the abilities of some or all Codex; if so, that would be something that lies outside of the current theory. We do not know if this is a result of Nullis at this time, but we believe that the Codex she absorbs does not affect her ability directly other than high rank Codex providing a greater expansion.
So, in theory, if we managed to interact on a higher spacial dimension, we could confront her directly?

Baphumet can probably see other spatial dimensions or something like that, according to Abel, and by destroying Pseudo-Codex, somehow, one's Codex Essence is expanded, which may allow me to control vectors in those other spatial dimensions... or something.
