So for today, he's visiting his second army's generals to work out his attack plan for their latest territorial dispute. He only visits you within eight hours of these meetings if he hasn't already gone to his own home that day. Except in the condition that he visits three or more generals subsequently, in which case he visits you within four to eight hours, 71.6% of the time. But today, he went to visit his passive army for a wellness overview, which means that the above factors are going to shift in weights according to the wellness check, and because I know that army is scoring low on their recent fitness tests, I knew that I would have at least fifteen hours from the time you let me in to the time he got here before he decided to come by, with a 96.343% certainty! Make sense?
