<Snipped quote by Etcetera>
What I’m implying is that anything could have happened in there. That being one of the possibilities.
I'm not liking the odds.

<Snipped quote by Etcetera>
I give the same explanation.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>
The best way I can describe it is if a hurricane was a storm of reality manipulation. Within it, there is such a high level if chaos going on that it’s hard to ever guess what’s happening inside. All I can say is that the storm is, or was, massively amplifying the signal and just distributing it everywhere it could. But, this guess is only the best I can do.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>
Isaac said he watched the storm dissipate to make absolutely sure that she was gone. Of course, given the nature of such storms, I would be willing to bet they can move instantaneously, much like we do with portals or teleportation. Combined with the fact that pure Outside would have absolutely shredded everything left, I’d say the storm still harbors what we may be looking for. Which means, hopefully, it continues to harbor the who as well.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>
Surgespace storms occur very rarely, and much more rarely the farther you get from our boundary. At least, with what knowledge I’m working with. So, we’re going stormchasing.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>
It is the Outside.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>
*Stops just short of the portal*
What more is there to plan?

<Snipped quote by Multifarious>
Yes! We’ve got to go for it. I can prevent anyone who goes from getting ripped apart with my magic.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>
My equipment isn’t the greatest for dealing with Outside.
*Opens two portals in front of me, and points to the one on the left*
Meet me there. I’m going to retrieve what I can, and make sure the journey won’t kill me.
<Snipped quote by Etcetera>
That’s a very real gripe. I do believe that it’s possible for that to be the case, but it won’t be forever, so if we want to act on an opportunity like this, this would be the time.
<Snipped quote by Balance>
The nature of the storm, the Surgespace is that it’s physically the peak example of the instability that can occur when you mesh our space, with that of the Outside. Isaac is far more of an expert on the material than I am, so it’s a shame we can’t consult him for this, but I believe that, if some semblance of the phone still exists and is detectable from beyond the reach of the storm, then she may be too. No guarantees of course.
