This is a lot of information at once... Getting back to Singularity, are you sure about everything she said? Your explanation made it seem like she only vilified you after coming back to our time, but the way she talked made it seem like she knew you had done it all from the future?

She considered me an enemy before visiting our time, which my strategy didn’t improve. I don’t have an explanation for what a future version of myself supposedly supposedly did, but I can say with absolute certainty that I have no intention to allow serious harm to befall Machina.

No, but it’s a very close relative of it. One that prevents the most conflict. Shifting to Balkan allows us to implement the Tier System on top of the Anarchy System rather than the Nobility System.

We would have. Unfortunately, the Tier System has to be reimplemented from the ground up, meaning a reversion to the Anarchy System was necessary for the sake of stability.
