Leval raised an eyebrow at this newcomer. He had spoken to the dragon quite cordially, but seemed annoyed at Leval. And at this point, Leval had calmed down from the being surrounded by large creatures and needed a lot more than this guy to ruffle him. Leval glanced him over and decided he wasn't particularly worth the effort. "You were staring at your hands. I assumed you were uncertain where to go. I see I was incorrect. Excuse me." His tone was polite, but had turned somewhat cold. He turned away from the strange figure grasping his shoulder. If that was the way the conversation was going to go, he wanted no part in it. Unfortunately, the other side seemed to be going sideways as well.

Several figures approached and one wielding a sword stomped over and stood next to him making a declaration of his inhuman nature. Leval felt please that he had classified the rude man he was now ignoring as humanoid rather than a human. The wolf man had several good points though his aggressive delivery, pointing a sword at one of the newcomers seemed to add nothing in partcular to his words except the promise of future violence. 'Actually I would quite like to learn more about English and Mathematics. It is a school after all, plus higher level courses are always much more interesting.' The werewolf, fortunately, put his sword away and sat down where Leval himself had once sat. Leval couldn't blame him for that, it was quite a comfortable spot.

More newcomers arrived and the situation grew even worse. A thin white haired man surrounded by small drones, ran right up to the newcomer who had had a sword pointed at him and immediately began escalating the already calm situation by shooting a laser beam of all things at the feet of the seated werewolf! Then, presumably just to further piss of the werewolf, who had already admitted to going into a blood rage with no reason whatsoever, began to insult him by calling him doggy. Leval had leapt back slightly when the shot had been fired, and stared at the white haired maniac in angry, disbelief. 'Lasers now! Dragons , crystal birds, and sword wielding werewolves just were not enough huh? Well I have had it!'

Leval flicked his fingers forward, casting a weave that formed a brick over the head of white haired maniac giving it the appearance and mass of a real one. Then, with another quick flick dropped it onto his head with a satisfying 'THUNK' that broke the brick in two. 'Hardheaded it seems.' The brick would cause a brief amount of head ringing pain but should vanish rapidly after about five seconds, leaving no trace of injury or harm with the possible exception of the white haired man's ego. Leval took the opportunity to step forward between the werewolf and the maniac. "Gentleman. If you two are quite done pointing swords and firing lasers at people, maybe we can make this a peaceful event? After all the new headmaster is sure to arrive any second, if he isn't watching already seeing how we react. Make a bad impression and he might not even allow you to enter the school. I for one, would not appreciate any further pointless violence- we will have combat training at class for that. So maybe just drop the subject before it goes any farther?" When the white haired man looked up from his injured head, Leval pointed up with his index finger to a large anvil floating in the sky above the white haired mans head. The word "ACME" was clearly emblazoned across its side.

Leval was having a pleasant doze now, face warm from the sun, his staff in this perfect position to be functional and comfortable. A shadow moved overhead blocking out the sunshine, Leval grumbled slightly, opening one eye to look up at the sky. It looked as though some type of blue bird was flying up there getting in the way of his light. He eyed it curiously as it started to descend, it almost seemed as though the bird were getting bigger and bigger and... Leval jumped up brain now working in overdrive to catch up to the situation at hand. As the bird grew clearer, he could see that it was no bird at all, it had the general shape but its body was made up of giant crystalline shapes that could have almost been made of ice. When the bird finally landed, the earth shook with its massive weight. Leval, unbalanced by movement below him, grabbed a hold of his staff, still buried in the earth, to steady himself. The giant crystal bird whatever, then began to speak! 'Is this some sort of test? he thought to himself staring at the talking bird in some wild eyed disbelief. While it spoke, he rose his free hand spreading out threads of magic, probing for some sort of illusion. Finding none, he was forced to accept the reality of the situation was that a giant crystal bird was going to his fellow student. Leval cleared his throat, briefly wondering how it would fit in a desk before replying. Hello there, nice to meet you Winter, my name is-"

He never got the chance to finish that particular sentence as the sound of massive leathery wings beating against the sky entered his ears. Leval froze up, turning around slowly, one hand still clutched on the hook of his staff. Two heads. Two heads with two fang filled jaws. Two heads with two fang filled jaws with one body. Two heads with two fang filled jaws with one body with arms and legs ending in razor sharp claws. 'IS THIS THE TEST?? A dragon. A DRAGON. Ancient behemoth monsters that were the undisputed kings of lore and legend, inspiring a near infinite number of stories with their power and greed. And there is one flying right towards... me.' Leval looked up at the sky and raised his arms, slightly bent at the sky as if asking the universe what he had done that demanded this level of reckoning. The great beast landed against the ground fluidly, again causing the earth to shake below it. Leval, now somewhat used the minor earthquakes caused by massive mythological creatures, bent his knees slightly and kept his balance. The Dragon named itself a fellow student, much to Leval's bafflement and asked their names. 'Exactly what is it that these giant, ancient creatures are expecting to learn from this school? Mathematics?!'

Still he had his family's honor to uphold, combined with his desire not to be a crystal skewered roast kebab, he thought that politeness may be the way to continue this conversation. He bowed low to each creature in turn. "Hello to each of you. My name of Leval of the family Lamrue. Forgive my surprise, I did not expect to see any of my classmates as early as I. 'Or so large.' he thought to himself. He was grateful that his cloak hid the slight trembling in his knees. "It is my pleasure to meet the both of you. Drumdawn, this is Winter." Across the field, he spotted another human, or at the very least humanoid, figure standing at the tree line staring at his hands. Deciding this to be an excellent opportunity to leave the center of their attention, he called out to him, "Hey there! Are you here for the top secret Academy meet up too?" On the other side of the field, more students seemed to be approaching the designated spot.
