Location: Mt Hakobe

Walking across the snowy land wasn't really new for her, especially with the determination that she usually carried. It's been years since she been in Fiore, but ever since she heard stories about a guild defeating the Magic Council, she just had to see and hopefully fight one of the members. Her magic compass kept pointing towards Mt Hakobe, but remembered hearing that the guild was in a town called Magnolia that wasn't too far away. Before she decided to stop to check if her compass was working properly, she overheard some commotion over a nearby hill and hoped that it was someone that could help.

After climbing over the hill, she could see two wizards fighting. Although she wasn't completely sure about what was going on, she slid down and waved her arms to get their attention. "HEY! Could you two help, please?" she shouted as she quickly got between the two and giggled as she heard her echo. She tossed her bag to the ground with her maps and doll poking out from it. "There's this guy that I'm trying to search for. I heard he goes by the name of Davidson the Phoenix Blade, or something like that, heard it from a guy with a strong accent. This David guy also apparently carries a bunch of blades with him. Has grey or platinum hair, I heard both so I'm not completely sure, but he could very well be old, but platinum might still be a possibly. And probably looks terrifying if he defeated a certain council member named Grane. So do you two know where I could find a guy like that?" she tried her best to describe what Damian looked like from what she heard.

She tried gesturing to help describe him with her back bent over for old age, snow for the hair, pretending using a cane to hold her up and waved an imagery sword. She even tried speaking in a old man, "Also when I said terrifying, I meant cool, for terrifying standards." giggling again as she thought her acting matched his description perfectly.

That's what I kinda thought. But I think arc of time is just a way quick way to have wizards have access to it. Second Origin is a wizard's extra magic storage that is largely unused. Ultear used a spell called Second Origin Release that quickly unlocked the ability. So I thought wizards were able to fully use it after years, probably decades to actually achieve such a feat, but probably weren't fully aware of it until the studies and term were announced.

I don't know if Gildarts has it, but when he showed Natsu how much power he had and basically wiped away Natsu will and motivation to fight during the Tenrou arc. That was something that didn't happen in to Natsu very often so I thought Gildarts has it but hasn't really shown it yet or something.
