Ah, yes, if you are referring to his jobs then you could equate those to just bounty hunt missions but for people who do not care for their lives. I have strong people who could handle them, but I do not want to chance their lives with reckless abandon. Hired guns are useful and I have taken a liking to Rhoan's combat prowess.

AS for what we do, I do take pride in our work. It isn't always a job that many people take, but the people who do participate do it with full capacity of there skills and more. An d seeing the lives of those who could not fight get restored is a very satisfying sight.

They want to be heroes of their dimension, protectors or guardians as some have titled it. I just give them a chance to help others who may be of need who cannot combat people like them.

I try to incentivize them to join me with free food and shelter, but most tend to stay within their own worlds to protect them. Not all find the idea of leaving their home to protect other dimensions.

A being who can go between dimensions decimated it. A few of us were able to escape from the after effects of his destruction. After finding out that I could travel between dimensions myself, I decided to help others who are unable to defend themselves or recover from these threats.
