Current You'd think after like 15 years I'd stop feeling like a fraud when writing posts but I still do which is both a statement on my self confidence and a compliment to how good my partners are as writers

How the tables had turned, more or less. Isabeau was still confused, or more accurately she was overwhelmed. She had come to visit as a tourist and now, by some stroke of luck or possibly even fate, she was leaving as a summoner. And now, three of the four strangers were offering their services as Guardians. As the katana-wielding black haired girl approached her, Isabeau took a cautious step back, finally letting out a sigh of relief as the girl took a knee and offered her services. Isabeau didn't even know the girl's name, and yet, it was she that indirectly led them to this place...so it would be accurate to say that this girl wishing, begging to be a Guardian was responsible for Isabeau's new position as a summoner. A fledgling one, but still a summoner.

Before she could respond, the man named Gippal introduced himself and another named Urick, and they, too, offered to be Guardians.

"Wait...I didn't even say I was going on a Pilgrimage or anything..." Isabeau sighed, shaking her head, "I don't even know any of you!" Somehow she knew, maybe because of lucky guess or maybe because of how quickly they came around, but Isabeau knew the three of them were not likely to take no for an answer. "Tch, if you want to follow me around, do what you want. Just don't be annoying or get in my way!"

She nodded in triumph, her attitude returning almost as soon as it had vanished. And with another humph, she followed after Tidus, wanting to leave the temple behind for now.

...I don't think I need to say that Nadeshiko is very comfortable with her sexuality. >.>

To the point where it makes others uncomfortable!

So.. is Haruka the only one totally comfortable with her sexuality? :|

Reiko was before her dark and tragic past.
And now there are two mysteries. What will the teams be and who was Reiko checking out.

I know the answer to one of them!
The shrill, piercing bleat of Himeji's whistle sounded. It was quick, it was loud, and it was repeated twice more. The surly gym teacher was staring daggers at the group of girls that seemed more content to stand around and socialize rather than participate in the planned activities. She had just finished helping other groups get going, informing them of the rules and demonstrating the proper way to serve the ball, how to set, spikes, bumps, the whole rule book. Except that Himeji's idea of instruction was blowing her whistle and shouting. Behind Himeji, groups of students were awkwardly engaging in a match of volleyball.

And now she was approaching the gossiping group of giddy girls.

"Does this look like a social gathering, ladies?" Himeji called, cradling a white ball under her arm. "Gather up!" Another blow on the whistle.

Reiko, who hadn't said a word since addressing Junko, silently stood in front of Himeji, wiping a few loose strands of hair out of her eyes She had been rolling her eyes at some of the bits and pieces of the conversations going on around the field, The amount of times she had to bite her tongue to keep from voicing her opinion on the matters being discussed would have made her bleed out had she literally been biting her tongue. It was better to ignore it, to just stand there and look as uninterested as possible. Being uninterested, unapproachable, was actually to Reiko's benefit in more than just not having to deal with frivolous conversations about nothing.

Because when no one approaches you, no one notices your wandering eyes.

Her head movements were subtle, but they were there. As Reiko stood, waiting for someone to start throwing the ball around, her eyes were at work, lingering longer than could have been considered an accidental glance on a pair of legs on display thanks to the uniform. The object of her gaze was for her to know, but as soon as she caught herself staring, it was back to staring forward, uninterested in anything, her shoulder the coldest thing on this April afternoon. And now she stood in front of Himeji, sighing heavily, moreso out of annoyance than anything else, something that didn't go unnoticed by Himeji.

"Oh, am I boring you, Ishida? I see you're still not in appropriate uniform. Kinda arrogant, don't you think, that you think you're special enough to bend the rules? Whatever, sooner or later you'll learn that you don't make the rules. Anyway, volleyball. Simple enough. Two teams, head to head, three chances to get the ball over the net using your arms or hands." Himeji proceeded to explain, with several whistle bleats for emphasis, the various techniques. "Now, form your teams and get going. You play until class is over." Himeji blew her whistle once more and chucked the ball she was cradling to Shinobu Kotone. "Kotone-san, I'm putting you in charge of a team. And...you." She points towards the injury faker, "Honada-san, you can run the other team, unless your ankle starts acting up again. But it won't. Will it?"

She didn't even wait for a response before blowing her whistle a final time. "Get your teams, and get going. When I come back, I expect you all to be playing volleyball."

And with that, Himeji turned on her heels and proceeded to check on the other groups elsewhere on the fields. With her back turned, Reiko put an index finger on her lower eyelid and pulled down, adding a stuck out tongue to the unaware gym teacher. It was immature, sure, but it was worth it.

Just outside, I think.I was assuming Nadeshiko would either be late or just skip PE, though, so don't feel like you have to wait for them. ^^;...Well, not sure how Vita feels about it but yeah.

This is what I would like to know because I'm working on a post and teams are going to be decided.*
