Current You'd think after like 15 years I'd stop feeling like a fraud when writing posts but I still do which is both a statement on my self confidence and a compliment to how good my partners are as writers

man ritzy is eccentric.

She's a star.
Well, I'll come walking out of the inn and see what happens from there.
Ah, well, then I'll just have Noriaki wake up and intreact with Ariiko until everyone's in the village proper
So is the group at, like, a restaurant? Because I can have Noriaki stumble onto them while getting breakfast for Ariiko and her

Ritzy yawned all through Steven Stone's speech. Sure, it was probably important, but speeches were so boring, this one was no exception. Battling wasn't interesting to her. Sure, it was an important aspect of being a trainer and she;d battled in the past, having some Unova badges to prove this, but battles weren't the thing that drew her to the life of a trainer, and hearing Stone talk about battling onlymade her more and more bored. Luckily she got sleep on the bus, or else she'd be in danger of falling asleep right in the middle of the speech. That would have been bad, no one wants to be known as the sleeping kid on the first day. Especially not by the teachers.

When the speech finally ended, Ritzy checked her materials. She was to go to room 108, someone named Adams. Whatever. Didn't matter who her teacher was, he or she would just be a footnote in the eventual biography of Ritzy. If a teacher was particularly memorable, Ritzy might even go to one for an interview for said biography.Ritzy waited around in the main hall while other students filed out. She was in no hurry. It was the first day, what kind of teacher would be mad about tardiness on the first day? A bad teacher, that's who.

Ritzy eventually made her way to room 108, after taking the longer, more scenic route. She could her people in the classroom, probably the teacher and students. Smiling, she opened the door to the classroom and stepped inside.

"Ladies and gentlemen, Ritzy is here. Hold your applause, I know that meeting celebrities can be a new experience, but please, I'm just like everyone else. Just famous. No applause, no flash photography, and please, hold the autograph requests until free time! To think, you will all have the privilage, nay, the honor of one day telling your kids that you were a classmate of the famous....RITZY!"

Ritzy made her introduction as soon as she entered the classroom, twirling down the desk aisles as she did so. It was one way to make an impression, to be sure.
I have something to say, everyone.

Despite my efforts, the RPs I get involved with here, moreso on the older site but it's happened here too, have a tendency to die in about two or three weeks. It's always happened, without fail, to the point where any RP that makes it three weeks is a rarity for me. When I posted the interest check for this RP, I didn't expect it to get attention, I didn't expect it to fll up so quickly. I was shocked. I was amazed. I was kind of afraid. Afraid because I've never actually GMed an RP before (and it shows, I know, but I'm learning as I go here.). So many things were going through my head, "What if everyone quits?" "What if it dies?" "What if I mess this up?" "How am I going to do this, this is insane?"

There was some rocky moments early on (don't know what I was thinking with that whole computer thing) and some slow times, but generally things have proceeded and have remained active. I've enjoyed interacting with everyone, and though some people dropped and I was sad about that, we've got a core group here that I've come to like interacting with, RPing with, messing around in OOC with. From megumi all the way down to PyroDash and everyone inbetween. You've all been super swell in spite of my unfamiliarity with running an RP on such a large scale.

What I want to say is, this has been the longest running RP I've been apart of on this site and the old site, and I have you all to thank for that. You've all helped this thing stay afloat, and for that you're all to be commended. You've taken the ball and ran with it, beyond my expectations. And I hope this continues to run, continues to be something that you all enjoy posting in, as much as I have enjoyed speaking with you all.

So, from a rookie GM to you, the members who have made this thing into what it's been, I thank you. Here's to more good times in Lilium! Thank you, everyone.

Who was this guy? Just because he came waltzing along, offering transport and lunch, he thought he could tell Sarah how to behave, how to talk to people? He wasn't her father, and not even he was able to keep Sarah from speaking her mind, try as hard as he might."You worry about yourself, man, I know what upsets Charlie, alright? He's my brother, he's not your kid." Sarh replied, shooting the man a nasty look before putting on her sister expression as Charlie began tugging on her sleeve.

Meanwhile, Emily just stood, unsure of what was happening, but noticing how upset Charlie was getting, it was subtle, the way he clung to his bear, but it was present in his actions. She, too, tugged on Sarah, more of poking her, but her poking came with her signing, gesturing towards Charlie, which Sarah shook her head at, not picking up on the girl's gestures, her intent, at least not until Charlie began to cry.

"It's okay, Charlie, it's okay, we'll be leaving soon, alright? We'll go home, but first we're going to to spend a little time wiht your friend. Won't that be fun? I know it's tough, Charlie, but you can do this. Rah-Rah is here, she's always here, okay?" Sarah lightly tousled Charlie's hair, giving him a warm, sisterly smile. It was here she noticed that he was in need of a changing. This was something she'd have to get used to, it seemed. "Let's get you cleaned up, Charlie, alright?" A cigarette break couldn't come soon enough.

Sarah turned the wheelchair around and headed back inside, towards the nearest bathroom. Emily followed behind, concerned for her friend.
