Hair: Blonde
Skin Tone: Cream
Tattoos/Piercings/Scars: Two ear piercings, small scar on forhead, no tattoos (yet!)
Personal Style: Normally, FantasyChic wears comfortable clothing, mainly t-shirts and leggings, but she will branch out if the mood fits. She loves girly clothing, especially skirts and dresses. Ever obsessed with handbags, she has a large number to match any outfit combination. Her favorite color to wear is, of course, pink.

She typically wears her hair down as it falls to her lower back. She has only ever cut it once (and regrets it to this day). Jewelry is minimal, but she is fond of earrings and necklaces. She is also a big fan of sweatpants.

Personality

Witty * Inattentive * Fun-Loving * Troublesome * Reliable * No-Nonsense

Sexuality: Heterosexual
Relationship Status: Forever Alone
Personality: FantasyChic is, above all else, a fun-loving person. If it's not fun, she does not take part in it (unless she has to). She is sarcastic and witty to a fault, at the expense of others. She isn't afraid to tell someone off if they are acting the fool. She can be the best friend you could ever want or the worst enemy to make. The choice is, often, not yours.

FantasyChic is reliable. She strives to get her tasks done, even if it takes a bit, but she will do it, especially for those she cares about. She can be inattentive, usually not because she does not care, but because she is probably thinking about puppies/glitter/memes/etc. She is also troublesome, getting things wrong and messing up in real life and in RP. However, she doesn't let bad times phase her.

History

Why Did You Come To The RP Guild?: I had the itch to RP those years ago and no amount of writing was sedating it. I needed a creative outlet. So after scouring the internet, I stumbled across this site. And the rest is history.

Life Before The Guild: I started RPing in the MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) game City of Heroes. I played for fun, but I ran into a group of people RPing. I asked them what they were doing and they introduced me to the concept. A quick character creation later and I joined their team and began RPing on my own.

Eventually, I moved from game to game, RPing in each one. I played Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls Online, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Tera mainly. Each game introduced me to new concepts and I grew my skills in RPing.

However, tragedy struck in each game. I was put into positions I was not comfortable in, I was harassed by people I thought were my friends, and I found myself not having fun anymore. So I up and quit. After a couple months, I missed RPing.

Life Since The Guild: It's been a whirlwind of a time on here. A rocky start found me joining (and leaving) many RPs due to inactivity or lost interest. Finally, I found a place I feel wanted, loved, and cared for. And I don't plan on leaving it soon. It got to the point where I am even considering GMing my own game: a thought I NEVER thought I would have.

This is my home now.

Relations

For one reason or another, I have come to know these people and consider them friends. Regardless of starts or ends, these people are the reason I continue to come to this site day after day. And I wouldn't have it any other way!

@Lord Wraith: Probably the person I consider my first friend on here. He seemed to be in every game I put interest in (especially the superhero ones). As time went on, we got to know each other and became friends. We've had ups and downs, but he will always be someone I care about and I hope we can write again in the future.

@Morose: Oh my pink bothers you? Too bad! I love this girl so much! She is a wonderful GM and a great person to talk to. We've butted heads a few times, but what friends don't? Who knew we started off in Superhero RPs together? I must have blurred those memories! Either way, she is a great storyteller and I look forward to the chaos we'll cause!

@Nallore: This girl is quite the character. She's goofy and fun and a joy to be around! She's there if you need someone to listen to you vent or to just bitch about our life with. She has even become a really good GM, able to create some interesting stories. Put us together and I have a feeling not much would ever get done.

@ONL: We met in an RP and our characters were fated to be stuck together. After all, we only have each other in that game. He's such a sweet guy and his characters are all interesting to read and interact with. I've had the best time RPing with you and I hope it continues.

@Natsu: This guy is so sweet. I've enjoyed RPing with him and having my characters and his interact because there always seems to be an inherent closeness with them. He's such a sweetheart.

Well considering my character isn't part of the new Justice League group (yet) I am hoping she'll be invited back to the headquarters to meet with the leader or whoever and hopefully be allowed to join. That's if we finish this and continue, of course.
@DreadPirate Not sure what your plans are, but since we got the Green Arrow and Black Canary in ours, perhaps our characters know of each other? Up to you, could be handy to have some established relationships.
I edited my post so my force field is surrounding everyone in the area and the big Starro is the one I am holding back. I am still pretty vulnerable to the tentacles near or the zombied people inside the sphere.
DC/Marvel Characters Used: DC's Black Canary & Marvel's Dagger
Name: Tandy Lance
Alias: Black Dagger
Age: 18
Powers: Has the ability to form 'light daggers' that can stun targets and force them to confront the darkness inside of them. The daggers can also heal and cure addictions. She can also use the power of her sonic scream, called the 'Canary Cry'. Lastly, she is a skilled martial artist and dancer, incorporating both in her fights.
Weaknesses: As a user of light, she can be extremely vulnerable to darkness and those that wield darkness. She is also unable to use her Canary Cry if gagged or hindered by those that can manipulate sound.
Team Affiliation: None, she's a vigilante
Personality: Caring, Tough, Daring, Thrill-Seeking, Loyal
Appearance:

BRIEF Bio: With her mother dead when she was young and her father an abusive alcoholic, Tandy ran away from home as soon as she felt she could handle the streets. New York proved tough, but she found a home with a local crime lord. Unbeknownst to Tandy, the man only wanted her along with a few other runaways as test dummies for his new drug. Before Tandy could escape, she was drugged. This morphed her and she found she could control light and use her ultra-sonic scream. She tested her new powers on some local criminals, making quick work of them. She also found out she could heal and help others with her light daggers. With her new powers, she donned the name "Black Dagger" and set out as a vigilante to help rid the streets of crime and protect those, as she herself would have needed protection.
Supporting cast/characters: WIP (gonna wait until others come forward with their characters. Willing to work with others, but I don't want to step on any toes)
Amalgam Universe Notes: WIP

I will pretty this up come time, but I wanted the basics put in stone.
Question 1: How does player reputation affect you?

I think everyone has a reputation on here. It's a matter of how far reaching said reputation is. A new player will have a reputation of being the newbie on the site, and that can come with negative and positive aspects. I tend to not let a person's reputation taint my view of them when it comes to RPing, but I will say there are a few occasions that I can't look past. Such as a person who plays the same character in different games despite the character either not working out or everyone saying "I don't think this character will fit in" and them getting pissy. Isn't insanity defined as doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results? Just saying...

Other than that, I believe in 2nd chances and I never want to turn down RPing with someone because of their reputation. People can surprise you.

Question 2: Are you influenced by how the RP community looks at you?

I would be lying if I said no. I do want to have a good reputation, obviously, and I try my best to maintain that, but I know there are some people that will look at me and think "Oh god, it's them.." and I can't help that. I try to make sure that I come off as someone that would be beneficial to have in a RP. I also won't lie when it comes to my feelings. If I have a problem with someone, I will come out and say it to them and I call out B.S. fairly regularly. If people have a problem with that, I would expect them to tell me about it instead of holding it in and doing so behind my back. Just like in real life, we're all people here.

Question 3: How important is learning from your reputation?

I believe in bettering yourself. If you're reputation is known for being a "ditcher" for instance, you may want to remember that and the next time you plan to leave a game, give them notice. However, I also believe in people being themselves and in some instances, their reputation is something they can't/won't change, and that's fine. Ultimately, it's up to the individual to decide if their willing to learn and go from there.
I'd be interested if this got going. I somewhat know of the Dresden Files, but I would still be considered a noob.
@YoshiSkittlez Sad to think they really didn't know any better. I mean, common sense dictates 'Hey, don't be a dick to anyone" but back then it was the norm to treat anyone not white like they were beneath you. It's especially silly considering how religious a lot of people were and I'm pretty sure Jesus was all about unconditional love and treating everyone equally.

I am happy that it was in these times that women started making strides forward. Gotta tell you, I don't think I'd make it as a housewife, doing the cooking and cleaning all day and watching the kids. I need to do something with myself.

Also I am big on 40's fashion. I love the styles back then. It's why I picked a lady and had her be the fashionable type, so I can play around :)
This seems pretty cool, I like the idea of combining two heroes to make a new one. I'd like to put forward my interest.
@Musoka It'll be easier in this time period, especially if you're a white male. You can be racist, sexist, and just douchey in general and you're about on par with everyone else.
@Konica I said in the post it was from the tentacles, but I like that idea much better. I will edit
